27For hee maketh small the drops of water: they powre downe raine according to the vapour thereof: 28Which the clouds doe drop, and distill vpon man aboundantly. 29Also can any vnderstand the spreadings of the clouds, or the noise of his tabernacle? 30Behold, he spreadeth his light vpon it, and couereth the bottome of the sea. 31For by them iudgeth he the people, he giueth meate in abundance.
