45And assoone as he was come, he goeth straightway to him, and sayeth, Master, Master, and kissed him. 46¶ And they layed their hands on him, and tooke him. 47And one of them that stood by, drew a sword, and smote a seruant of the high Priest, and cut off his eare. 48And Iesus answered, & said vnto thē, Are ye come out as against a theefe, with swords, & with staues to take me? 49I was daily with you in the Temple, teaching, and yee tooke me not; but the Scriptures must be fulfilled.
