24Then he which had receiued the one talent, came & said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sowen, & gathering where thou hast not strawed: 25And I was afraid, and went and hidde thy talent in the earth: loe, there thou hast that is thine. 26His lord answered, and said vnto him, Thou wicked and slouthfull seruant, thou knewest that I reape where I sowed not, and gather where I haue not strawed: 27Thou oughtest therefore to haue put my money to the exchangers, and then at my comming I should haue receiued mine owne with vsurie. 28Take therefore the talent from him, and giue it vnto him which hath ten talents.
