9For this ointment might haue bin sold for much, and giuen to the poore. 10When Iesus vnderstood it, he said vnto them, Why trouble ye the woman? for she hath wrought a good worke vpon me. 11For ye haue the poore alwayes with you, but me ye haue not alwayes. 12For in that she hath powred this ointment on my body, shee did it for my buriall. 13Uerely I say vnto you, Wheresoeuer this Gospel shall be preached in the whole world, there shall also this, that this woman hath done, be told for a memoriall of her.
