14From the place of his habitation, he looketh vpon all the inhabitants of the earth. 15He fashioneth their hearts alike: he considereth all their workes. 16There is no king saued by the multitude of an hoste: a mightie man is not deliuered by much strength. 17An horse is a vaine thing for safetie: neither shall he deliuer any by his great strength. 18Behold, the eye of the Lord is vpon them that feare him: vpon them that hope in his mercy:
