Question on Acts 17:3. Why does it say rise "again"? The KJV and NKJV are the only translations to say "again".

Was there a way the word "again" was used back then that allows it to fit in this sentence?

The time was shortened for the elect sake and as you read this chapter you will see what it was shortened to, 5 months. The Angels that talk to Lot are Called Men.They are always Called by Masculine Names. -when they rise from the dead they neither Marry nor are given in Marriage but are as the Angels which are in Heaven: Mark 12:25 / Zechariah 5:9 Two Women have Wings like a Stork. Two Female Angels? Found nowhere else in Scripture.
