the "weapon" is talking about the "waster"... what is the point of these comments?
  • Mark on Acts 17 - 7 years ago
Question on Acts 17:3. Why does it say rise "again"? The KJV and NKJV are the only translations to say "again".

Was there a way the word "again" was used back then that allows it to fit in this sentence?

    Thanks,. Mark
  • Bob-the-builder on Psalms 3 - 7 years ago
The saddest part of this whole passage, is that his "enemy" was his own son. Didn't David teach his children about the Lord? You'd think that a "man after God's own heart" would have been more diligent about instructing his family.

  • I AM on Revelation 1 - 7 years ago
Are ye cursed? Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of GOD. Michael Isaac, even the Christ child in the very flesh, IS the revealing Angel. MICHAEL ISAAC IS THE NAME OF THE LORD AND SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST of THE THRONE of DAVID: even him which is, and which was, and which is to come. MICHAEL ISAAC alone is JEHOVAH spoken AH-WAY. the most high over all the earth. Amen and Amen

As a born again believer in our Lord I see this picture as child abuse. I can expect this in the carnal world but on this site that prints out Gods word this is so offensive. Would you offer this picture of this helpless infant in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ?
  • Randy on 2 Thessalonians 2 - 7 years ago
Were we also begotten from a virginal state or conceived by the word? Rather, we have been born again by the word. Let us therefore strengthen ourselves as virgins in the [...]. (144,000 virgins?)

  • Woodrow e. nichols on Revelation 1 - 7 years ago
What's the name of the revealing angel? why did jesus need an angel to reveal his revelation when he could have done it directly through the Holy Spirit? You are naive if you think this book comes from God.
  • Bruce on Matthew 19 - 7 years ago
It easier for a Camel to go through The Eye of a Needle, than for a Rich man to Enter The Kingdom of God. When His Disciples Heard it they were exceedingly Amazed, saying, Who then can be Saved? Matthew 19:24-25. They Knew The Lord is Telling Them it's Impossible for a Rich man to Enter The Kingdom. / There's no Door Call Eye of a Needle, never has been. Only by The Blood of The Lamb do we Enter

  • Word on Revelation 9 - 7 years ago
Question is what will you be doing in that 5 months? Are you going to follow instead of Christ, antichrist, who has supernatural powers and who is acting like Christ or are you going to wait for the 7th trump and the return of the true Christ. The choice is yours. As far as being dead those who follow antichrist will be spiritually dead. Those that wait will be spiritually alive. The choice is yours
  • Word on Revelation 9 - 7 years ago
The time was shortened for the elect sake and as you read this chapter you will see what it was shortened to, 5 months. This reveals to us that there is a 5 month period that will occur rather than 7 years and why? For the elect sake. Everyone that is alive and walking in the flesh will go through this 5 month period. Split that in half and Satan as antichrist stands in Jerusalem claims he is God.
  • Gonzalo on Genesis 1 - 7 years ago
In verse 3 ..And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. what kind of light he was talking about maybe Jesus ? obviously is not the light of the sun, because not until verse 14,15,16,17 and 18 God created the Sun , The Moon and the stars. so right at the beginning of creation god created a "light" in verse number 3.
  • Lorease on Genesis 1 - 7 years ago
Bro. Alex I do agree w/you on the quoted Joel 2:28-29 speaks of an out pour of the Holy Spirit. Again, Noah's Flood in the OT is literally a flood. I assumed her question spurred from Noah's Flood (Gen) the judgment on the earth for sin. Her question: Since the earth was flooded, how would the sinful earth be addressed next time? 2Peter 3:10. If I misread her question my apologies to you and her.
  • Lorease on Genesis 6 - 7 years ago
Bro. Stephen in Matt 22:30 why would Jesus parallel angels and humans as He spoke on marriage? Why did God ordain marriage, to reproduce. Again many verses proves all angels are males. Isaiah 43:6 has nothing to do with Sons of God? When the verse clearly speaks of restoring the children of Israel. Sons of God vs sons and daughters major difference
  • Walter on 2 Thessalonians 2 - 7 years ago
if the church go up to heaven at the beginning of the 7 years when does the 144 thousand jews go to heaven?
  • Randy on Isaiah 57 - 7 years ago
Could verse 1 be the rapture? And will there be so few that nobody notices? Remnant? Make every effort to make sure of your salvation. Have to be 'righteous'. Bible says sin is all unrighteousness. God be thanked that we were sinners, but have believed from the heart that form of doctrine that was delivered us. Now being free from sin, we become servants of righteousness. Jesus took away our sins!
  • Travis on Ezra 10 - 7 years ago
does not The LORD hate putting away? is this not an increase of sin, seeing that God has not given a cause for divorce except fornication?
  • Bruce on Genesis 6 - 7 years ago
Cheryl: All through Scripture Angels are referred to in The Masculine Gender. The Angels that talk to Lot are Called Men.They are always Called by Masculine Names. -when they rise from the dead they neither Marry nor are given in Marriage but are as the Angels which are in Heaven: Mark 12:25 / Zechariah 5:9 Two Women have Wings like a Stork. Two Female Angels? Found nowhere else in Scripture.
  • Cheryl on Genesis 6 - 7 years ago
How is it that we say that the daughters of man mated with the Angels when we are also taught the Angel's have no sex , are they taking about men having sex with woman without marrying her and then saying the made giant children none as the nephilim dosen't make sense ?
  • WIlliam - 7 years ago
My question is where did Cain wife come from? Were she and her people also created by God OR: were she and they distance relations of Cain and Able. What were the time frame before Cain and Able was begotten. Gen. 2 verse 4 indicated the one day could be generation according to God's time frame. Could there have been several generations and many children begotten before Cain and Able.
  • Adrian on Genesis 8 - 7 years ago
So the next time god punishes the earth will be with what?
  • Adrian on Genesis 7 - 7 years ago
    So what happened to cain?
  • Rev Autrey on Psalms 18 - 7 years ago
Ps 18:31 reads:"For who is God except our Lord? Who but he is a rock?" Most people say this is speaking of God the Father, but in Romans 10:9 Paul applies this Scripture to Jesus when he says that "Jesus is Lord" or "Jesus is the Lord." In other words, he is saying that Jesus is the God of the OT and not the Father. I know this is new information to many but it is true. Amen
  • Joyce on Philippians 3 - 7 years ago
If we be in Christ then who can deny us but Christ the kingdom of Heaven. Once we have died, our bodies are only a shell left after our spirit has left either in rest or in Hades. It is not for us to say. The bible does not speak against cremation. Are we to be rotted flesh or ashes to be brought back together for judgement day? Does the body really mater or is it our souls that he wants?
