To anyone out there; this is just a query, not a 'judgement; why are some messages posted under chapters that - have nothing to do with the said chapter? And also, very few give chap. and verse refs.; they just quote verses and think everyone knows just where to find them - ? You can, of course, with a concordance.

For some reason, the last half of my 'reply' to John Grays got cut off. It was a question for him - "Do you read the Bible?

I am constantly amazed at the explanations give by people for the inconsistencies of the text in all versions of the Bible. People point out glaring errors and are told, "it's the way it was told." Genesis 1 is an outline, the rest expands on the outline. It is annoying to say the least.
Well I have grown weary of it.

It looks neat on my tablet. It is very readable.

V. 43 - "..........the star of your god Remphan ..."; Amos 5:26 - star of the god Chiun. Type in 'remphan' in the dictionary, scroll down to the pictures, one is of the Popes 'hat' with the star of Remphan on it. Also type in 'Chiun' in the dict.; it'll say Chuin is Acts Remphan.

P.S. - I doubt now, in fact I KNOW you couldn't put up a religious sign like that; no "in God we trust" on coins, no pledge of allegiance in school, no 10 commandments on gov't property. I'm surprised one can wear a 'WWJD' whatever now; I've never worn such so maybe we can't .....?

Amos 4:12 - ".....prepare to Meet Thy God." I can remember, as a pre-teen, in Kansas where I was raised, riding in the car with my parents and along the road every so often seeing these signs - PREPARE TO MEET THY GOD. I 'think' at the time I knew what they were referring to because I can remember the repugnance I felt. I didn't know at the time it was from the Bible. Also - JESUS SAVES signs.
