Bible Discussion Thread

Ive been having major depression, isolating alone, once in a while i go out people i do not know walk up to me bringung up am i interested in mediums, theres talk where im living i am a christian, that trusts in Christ alone, and want nothing to do with these things. I stopped long ago staying at a church, pushed others away, and i do believe, for multiple reasons i have been under spiritual attack, it hurts, its discouraging, and i feel, so alone even though Gods here, but alone is tough.

I have been where you are and know what it's like to prefer a solitary world; I can sympathize and rationalize the most convincing excuses, but the Word commands us not to forsake the assembling of ourselves together with other believers. I encourage you to come back to God's House and allow His Holy Spirit to renew your mind and heart through the power of His Word. Cast your cares upon the Lord; He will sustain you. I am sorry you are going through a difficult time and want you to know God uses imperfect people who are willing to be used for His glory. Come to Him with thanksgiving and enter His gates with praise. Check out Phil 4:6,7, and 8: "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things."

Pray and believe Psalm 91 against COVID19 and know that God loves you very much! Be encouraged today and be available to share His love with others. When we're alone and isolated, our world becomes chaotic and difficult. Stay focused on Him and He will see you through.
