    No Bailey TM. It doesn 't mean that about Chapter 22 verse 6. It means that if a child is raised the "right way ", they will take that with them into adulthood and well into his own age. Apparently, when someone has no respect for the Holy Bible, which is God 's word, there is a a strong chance that they were not raised the right way.
