    I thought it mentioned not seeking ungodly counsel. Now it does not say to seek godly counsel, although we imply that the opposite is true, but in this verse it does not specifically say that. I feel the heart of the Psalm is meditating day and night because out of that springs the blessings of God, properity, etc as one is likened to a tree planted by streams of water.
