Vs. 3 This scripture is clear. To love Jehovah God is not a matter of feelings or words only. It HAS to be proven by our actions. Can one simply go to church on Sunday, and yet live their lives in a way that does not please God every other day? Is this acceptable to God? We know it isn't. If we truly love God, we will read his word the Bible everyday, and APPLY it.

In a world of much confusion and pain it is good to know that Jesus has power over all things. To everyone that claim Jesus as lord has eternal life.

Same as Matt. 28:19, the words of the Lord, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.

Eternal life is to know the Father and Son. John: 17:3.

We only have the privilege for eternal life by means of God's son Jesus.

So good to know that Gods love, grace, and mercy will allow us eternal life through Christ Jesus who strengthens us.

I Praise God that through the new birth of being born again I have eternal lie. my flesh will die , rot , decay : But I through Jesus will live forever !!! Praise God !! Jesus Christ being the first born from the dead !!

Why do you use a question mark at the end of the verse?

I am blessed it reminds us about the hope we have in Christ our Lord that we must hold on even though its hard to keep focus.thank you

God has shown himself to me in my life events more than once. Many many times I can look back and know for sure it was him helping me. I also know that everything we get is through our LORD JESUS his beloved son who die for us and was risen on the third day by God our father. Had to read the whole text. The quote is rather puzzling, having the question mark in the middle of it. John didn't doubt his words and, gladly, neither do I.

We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not. So if you are born again, you are expected to not sin nor desire to sin. So quit.

Read this verse. ( Ephesians 5:31) For this cause shall a man leave his father and Mother. And shall be joined unto his wife. And they two shall be one flesh. The message of this verse is that. When a man became husband. He and his wife shall be one. In unity not in number.

Doesn't Revelation 4:2 speak of a throne and one sat on the throne?

does the 1john5:7,8 support the doctrine of trinity as shown in verses 7 ending with words i quote the father,the word and the holy ghost and these three are one

MY THOUGHTS: IS THE TYPE OF SIN THAT THE COMMAND IN 1 JOHN 5:16, NOT TO PRAY FOR WORSHIPPING OTHER GODS? IN MOSES' DISCUSSION (PRAYER) WITH GOD HE IS TOLD NOT TO PRAY FOR THE JEWISH PEOPLE AFTER THEIR SIN . IS THIS WHY HE WAS NOT PERMITTED INTO THE PROMISED LAND?
1 John 5:16, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for... There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.
