3For I testifie againe to euery man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to doe the whole Law. 4Christ is become of no effect vnto you, whosoeuer of you are iustified by the Law: ye are fallen from grace. 5For we through the spirit waite for the hope of righteousnesse by faith. 6For in Iesus Christ, neither circumcision auaileth any thing, nor vncircumcision, but faith which worketh by loue. 7Ye did run well; who did hinder you, that ye should not obey the trueth?

5:5 For we - Who believe in Christ, Who are under the gospel dispensation. Through the Spirit - Without any of those carnal ordinances. Wait for - in sure confidence of attaining. The hope of righteousness - The righteousness we hope for, and full reward of it. This righteousness we receive of God through faith; and by faith we shall obtain the reward.
