9When I made the cloud the garment thereof, and thicke darknesse a swadling band for it, 10And brake vp for it my decreed place, and set barres and doores, 11And said, Hitherto shalt thou come, but no further: and heere shall thy proud waues be stayed. 12Hast thou commaunded the morning since thy daies? and caused the day-spring to know his place, 13That it might take hold of the endes of the earth, that the wicked might be shaken out of it?
