God, I was an ignorant of your word. But today I understand your are the key to my life. Have your way in my life and make me a new creature in Jesus name. Amen.
i have been greatly exercised over this verse as the media and the world judge people according to size and age and prosperity etc. if you are a grandfather or mother and mature size not the skinny teen size that is all the go right now then you are no good. if you are old you are of no avail if you are pensioned you are written off if you are slow you are written off if you blieve different that the media you are of course wrong. If you go to a certain denomination church you are judged ok but if you are different you are not.
is verse is very meaningful as what does it mean ot walk in the spirit and to know after the spirit and who does this?
"To wit, that God was in Christ reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation." ( 2 Corinthians 5:19)
Draw a large cross on a piece of paper. Put WJ at one end of the horizontal cross bar representing wisdom (fulness of God, His commandments etc.) J for Justice, God having to deal with man's sin.)
At the other end of the horizontal cross bar put MG. M representing God's mercy toward man and his disobedience and sin. G representing Grace toward man from God.
Wisdom and Justice looks all the way to Mercy and Grace. Put an > on the end of the line (horizontal cross bar) representing Wisdom and Justice must be completed in Mercy and Grace.
Mercy and Grace looks all the way to Wisdom and Justice. Put a < on the line (horizontal cross bar) where Wisdom and Justice is. Mercy and Grace must reach all the way to Wisdom and Justice.
See one of Jesus' arms nailed to Wisdom and Justice and the other nailed to Mercy and Grace?
Now see Jesus looking up having to satisfy God and God looking down on Jesus hanging on the cross. God having to satisfy Wisdom, Justice, Mercy and Grace looks down upon Jesus; Jesus seeking to complete redemption for man and satisfy God's just demand looks up to God. Put a V on the top of the vertical line representing God looking down on redemption being fulfilled in Jesus hanging on the cross.
Now take a pen and start at the tip of one side of the V and go around the cross bar where WJ is; connect all the way down to the bottom of the vertical line (Vertical cross bar). Go back to the top and start at the other tip of the V and go around the MG down to the bottom of the vertical line (Vertical cross bar).
The fulness of God's redemption for man - Jesus reconciling all things in Himself - reconciling us to God.
I thank GOD for giving HIS only begoting son to died for our sins.so that anyone who comes to HIM become a new creature old things has passd away.AM a new creature..
WE MUST WALK IN NEWNESS. WE MUST RECOGNIZE, WE ARE NOT OUR OWN, NO LONGER GRATIFYING THE LUST OF THE FLESH, "NO EXCUSES", NEW CREATIONS IN CHRIST JESUS. JESUS DIED FOR OUR SINS, THEREFORE, TO CONTINUE IN SIN, IS TO SAY "JESUS, DIED FOR NOTHING", I PERSONALLY LOVE HIM FOR WHAT HE DID FOR ME. OTHERS, WILL DO THEIR EXPLAINING BEFORE THE JUDGEMENT SEAT.
5:7 Even though we can not physically see him we know he is there.we feel his presence...just like the wind we can not see it but we can feel it! amen...in order to live our daily life we have to have faith that we will continue to live free from the stuff of this world. God made us a new creation.
It is encouraging to know that as we live in these bodies that after this life God has reserved a body for us in heaven if we live according to his word.
Love this verse in the bible, live this day to day after recently being divorced, if it wasn't for the lord or my faith don't know where I would be thank-youm Jesus
Walking by faith is the knowledge that the blessings are real and though the outcome of prayer is not apparent, and I am convinced that Satan works against faith, waring in our minds against the word of God and casting doubt that a believer must not give heed. In John, chapter 14, Jesus said ask anything in my name and God will give it.
John 3:14 Jesus became sin for us. Go back to where Moses lifted up the serpant in the wilderness. The children of Israel were instructed through Moses By God. Jesus had to become sin for Us so that we can be the Righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. This is what the Word of God teaches
The Son of God became a sin-offering that through incorporation into Christ we become right with God the Father.
Jesus did not become sin or a sinner.
The brother of Jesus says: "He who knows to do good and doesn't do it, sins." That's not Jesus on the cross who came to do the will of the Father.
The sin-offering doesn't become sin or a sinner.
"The life of a creature is in the blood, and I have given it to you to make atonement for yourselves, on the altar; it is the blood that makes atonement for one's life." Lev 17:11
The blood of the cross ( Col 1:20) that Christ shed cleanses us of our sins ( 1 John 1:9) bearing away our sins ( 1 Pet 2:24) and therefore the sin-separation between us and God is removed ( Isa 59:2) and we become "at-one" with God in union with Christ through the indwelling of the Holy Ghost.
The wrath of an angry God was not poured out on Christ on the cross. God was in Christ reconciling (at-one-ment) the world to Himself ( 2 Cor 5:19).
2 Cor. 5:21 He (God) knew Us completely and He (Jesus) the son in the trinity, gave his life for us on the cross. God the Father , God the Son (Jesus) and God the Holy Spirit. I am so thankful Jesus' LOVE CHANGED my Life.
This is a awesome chapter and it shows us that old things are left behind once we accept Christ as out personal Lord and Savior, and everything now is new, and I thank God for saving me and now I am a new. Glory be to God.

quite effective in combating false sects
and cults
