Hello Jerry, I was researching your questions last night. Esau and his descendants settled among the Horite people at in the mountains of Seir, southeast of the Dead Seir. They eventually intermingled with the Horite people and Ishmaelites, and perhaps the Midianites. They lived along the trade routes both East to West and North to South. They came in contact with many peoples from many lands. So, they most likely intermixed among many different ethnicities. Some sites say Esau's descendants are among the Jordanians, Syrians, and Kurds. But others say the descendants are among the Turks, Iranians, and Iraqis. I don't think that Esau's descendants, like Ishmael's remained intact as an ethnic group.

Genesis 25-27: Tells the story of Esau and Jacob. Jacob and Rebekah worked together to cheat Esau out of his birthright as elder son. Esau made it easy because he'd rather have a bowl of stew than his birthright. He only fought for it when he saw it given to Jacob.

It seems wrong but Esau had no regard for those things until he realized what He had done. It says God HATED Esau for the treachery. This doesn't sanction cheating and treachery. It teaches that when God gives you a blessing, don't throw it away on something temporal.

Esau left Jewish culture and married into other culture an religion. However, to this very day, Esau is still trying to get his blessing away from Jacob. (God changed Jacobs name to Israel.

The wars in the Mid-East today, are still about the Covenants God made with Abraham and descendant of Abraham's wife SARAH.

I followed Esaus descendants to the eastern lands of Israel: a very difficult study. Google Esau's Geneology.

Study it we should. The last wars will still be brother against brother.

    Hi Jerry.

Take a look here at Obadiah 13-9.

The pride of thine heart hath deceived thee, thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, whose habitation is high; that saith in his heart, Who shall bring me down to the ground?

Though thou exalt thyself as the eagle, and though thou set thy nest among the stars, thence will I bring thee down, saith the LORD.

If thieves came to thee, if robbers by night, (how art thou cut off!) would they not have stolen till they had enough? if the grapegatherers came to thee, would they not leave some grapes?

How are the things of Esau searched out! how are his hidden things sought up!

All the men of thy confederacy have brought thee even to the border: the men that were at peace with thee have deceived thee, and prevailed against thee; they that eat thy bread have laid a wound under thee: there is none understanding in him.

Shall I not in that day, saith the LORD, even destroy the wise men out of Edom, and understanding out of the mount of Esau?

And thy mighty men, O Teman, shall be dismayed, to the end that every one of the mount of Esau may be cut off by slaughter.

For thy violence against thy brother Jacob shame shall cover thee, and thou shalt be cut off for ever.

I believe they have mixed in with other tribes. They're no longer a people.

Read all of Obadiah, only one chapter.

    I hope this helps.

    God bless.

    God bless.

Unfortunately I have never come across a church that views idolatry the EXACT way God views idolatry.

I have never come across a church that teaches exactly what God HATES about idolatry.

I have a neighbor who is blasphemous and curses via idolatry and occults day and night and the neighbors go as far as to interfere with my daily life.

I told the church coz it is a spiritual problem (the neighbors are involved in occult and idolatry)but the church turned !! And refused to help.

How does a person protect themselves from someone who is using their idolatry and occult's towards u?

I have a KJV bible and it's a Hebrew-Greek straight translations, key word, study Bible, it's more pure than almost any other version, unless you can find a Hebrew bible with the new testament wld be about as close as a person can get to the original, pure, awesome Hebrew language. But like you were saying, the books of Enoch is like a diamond in the rough. They have been kept hidden within caves and caverns, where they remained for hundreds of years.

ALSO if you TRULY want to understand Genesis all the way and in depth then you need to find to BOOK of JASHER, which is an extended version of Genesis; which blew my mind...it tells you in depth everything that happens throughout the first book of the bible. Also the Book of Jubilee is also a good reading with meat in it; some information that's not in our bible.

Please read The Book Of Enoch and once you are finish reading this extraordinary book, your life will never be the same again. BENEH HA ELOHIM means The Angels , and BENOT ADAM means the sons of Adam. Read carefully of many,

THE EVERYDAY BIBLE , THE CENTURY VERSION. Genesis 6:4. The Nephilum were on the earth in those days and also later. That The Sons Of God ( Bene Ha ELOHIM ) had sexual relations with the daughters of human beings. ( BENOT ADAM ). These women gave birth to children ( the giants ), who became famous and we're mighty warriors of long ago. HE SAID YAHWEH GOD, ( You will live only 120 years) because that is how The Ark took them numerical years. After that the flood came. """ The book of Enoch as many others books Really does mentioned The Coming Of The Messiah, The Son, The Christ. My question is WHY IN THE WORLD SHOULD I ABSTTEIN FROM READING SUCH AS INTERESTING BOOKS ? Look it under WIKIPEDIA in The Lost Books of the Bible and the Forgotten Books of Eden. And the Non-canonicals books referenced in the Bible. And The Missing Books of The Bible. I will Not Mention More for this is it for now. Glory be to God.
  • Frank Garcia - In Reply on 2 Esdras 1:30 - 4 years ago
If the Bible is inspired by the word God we should contend ourselves within those books, of course many people with egos and rebellion attitudes always look for secrets from earthy men but with the faith of stone one can be intuitive to the Holy Spirit revealing the truth of wisdom and knowledge of God's ways.

You will find nowadays plenty of The Missing Books of The Bible and in this occasion The Apocriphal Books, Deuterocanonical And Pseudo graphical BUT of course, not every book is inspired but It is good to read, but read it using The Hebrew writings, Greek, Latin, Arameo and which ever language you come across with. For an example: Genesis 6:2 ' That the sons of God saw that the daughter of men that they were fair; IT MEANS BENE HA ELOHIM, SAW THE THE DAUGHTER OF MEN, which means " BENOTH ADAM " it really makes a big difference believe it or not. YAHWEH : "Behold the hand, behold the nail ". Check the name of God revealed on YOUTUBE to make it easier for you. Chairs/Shalom. The Apostle Paul was the 13 Apostle because he was chosen for the gentiles ( first it was for the Jews and later on was for the gentiles ). Seem not to believe me brothers and sisters, read The Apocriphal missing books and the rest. I wish I could find a meeting place were I could just go and pray to YAHWEH " God " and still learn how to worship HIM/THEY. The Father, the Son and The Holy Spirit ( AMEN ) ""I WILL HAVE ALWAYS AN OPEN MIND""

    KJV Apocrypha

If you'll back arrow out to the red page where you came in, there's a link, so you can read the Apocrypha:

Books that didn't get canonized into the KJV
  • Adam - In Reply on 2 Esdras 1 - 4 years ago
Hi Irenie, just search for a Bible including the Apocrypha. Most Bibles don't have it, because people generally don't believe they are God-inspired, but you can certainly find them with it. I think Jesus quoted the words from an apocrypha book so at minimum it's an important historical document.

How can I obtain a bible that has missing books such as Esdras and others in the NIV and King James Version?
  • Nilermon on 2 Esdras 1 - 4 years ago
Where can I get a complete version of a KJV Bible, there are too many Bible versions around the globe, the NIV, SNV or what ever... They're just don't get to my nerves some of the Bible verses their are allegedly removed and watering down every verses, now this scribes from the dead sea scrolls and some of these "Apocrypha" including the Book of Enoch, which was removed by roman catholic saints back days thousands of years back... Where can I purchase Bibles that are complete and original rather than reading the Obscured Bibles of pastors and roman catholic priest's.

Scriptures says when our breath leaves us or God takes our breath, we are asleep until his 2nd coming. We all return to dust, animals and humans alike.
  • Bobby Beeman on 2 Esdras 1 - 4 years ago
I totally agree with you. Sad to see lives lost, but if taken rightly more Christians will also give witness on account of this sorrow. Perhaps more lives would be lost if it were not for it. But we must then say that terrorists would actually have its good effects as well. You know I believe that there are perhaps millions of souls saved from the terrorist uproars than if they had not been active. God said that there would be a remnant as a sore in the side of Israel for not destroying all of its enemies, but like God is able he will turn everything around for His glory. If I am wrong I am always open for correction.

why cannot people see the good in the virus if you are vertical connected to the creator then what is the problem.I see him working on mans behalf how else was he gonna stop mankind from committing total destruction.blinded by satan living uncivilized. ask me truth
  • Mickey - In Reply on 2 Esdras 1 - 4 years ago
Actually in Isaiah chapter 14:12-16, satan says I WILL 5 times!
God is not destroying people's lives. One of satans other names is: DESTROYER.
Pass it on. He is the accuser of the brethern. Rev. 12:10, Job 1:6,12 and Zechariah 3:1

Part of our problems is that we do not trust God. We think he does all the painful things. Like why is he allowing satan to get near us? That's that voice of the ACCUSER. Another name of satan... or, why doesn't Jesus just heal everybody?
Something I do is read all the red scriptures in my Bible. I wanna imprint what Jesus does, what he says. Something really happens to your perception.
Get rowdy when the accuser shows up.

If the original King James 1611 had no letter "J" originally and where did Jesus come from?
Does that mean with no letter "J" that Jews do not exist either?

I think the Lord hates dogs. but I don't know about other animals

    Revelation 22:15 Context

12And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 13I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. 14Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. 15For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.
  • Stanley Augustus on 2 Esdras 1 - 4 years ago
in king james version 1611 bible it didnt had the letter j so where the word jesus came from.
  • Mickey on 2 Esdras 1 - 4 years ago
There is the will of God; the free will God gave to humans; and there is another will loose in the world (the entire planet): that would be SATAN. ( Isaiah 14:12)
"For thou hast said in thine heart, I WILL exalt my throne above the stars of God..."
Quite a bit in chapter 14 about Lucifer/Devil/Satan. He's not locked yet. He's in the world! How many times did Job's wife tell him to curse God and die? He didn't do it.

Let other people know God does not cause the pain and suffering. He does however go through the fiery furnace with you. Give Him praise people!
When your mouth opens up to accuse God, or you hear someone else doing it remember that one of satans names is: ACCUSER

Is my pet in heaven? My parents don't believe animals go to heaven because they don't have a soul, is this true because they don't have a soul, I won't see my pet in heaven?

As far as burden carrying: there is an escape to burdens. Jesus said to cast those upon Him.
Read these following scriptures. It's going to help you. Did you know worry is sin? Run to 1 John chapter 1 verses 8-9; 2:1

Here's the burden scriptures: Matthew 11:28-29. Psalms 62:8. Philippians 4:6 and Galatians 6:5

I found this to be true that when we are in extreme crushed mode, it's time to fast and pray. Fast from fun and feed on the Word of God. It's more painful than you think. Turn off all media. Emergency calls only. Read the New Testament. Get a pencil and mark some verses that give you peace. Repent as needed. In Church they say fast from food, Feed on the Word of God.
  • Mickey on 2 Esdras 1 - 4 years ago
If you are thinking of marrying a divorced woman, you need to study these verses. Ask the Holy Spirit to read with you.
Matthew chapter 5, chapter 19:1-9; Mark ch 10:2-12; Luke 16-18.
I think it would be good to go to your Pastor and be counciled on remarriage. We are not under the law. Just civil laws.
I know that we are not to stay in a marriage where someone brutalizes their mate physically. We are called to be at peace.
