Vv. 12 and 13 state the heavens and the earth will be burned up, dissolved. So we look for NEW heavens and a NEW earth. Jesus, in Matt. 24:35, states Heaven and earth shall pass away. Not a renovation, new. Wherein dwelleth righteousness.

Vs. 13
Had to come back! As we are living in the last days in the Bible, this scripture helps me not to become discouraged Jehovah God has made a promise, and that is to give us a cleansed earth. Cleaned from all wickedness and suffering. This encourages me to keep living in a bay that christian should so I can receive that promise.

I enjoy this translation of vs. 16-
speaking about these things as he does in all his letters. However, some things in them are hard to understand, and these things the ignorant and unstable are twisting, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures, to their own destruction.

There are some thing hard to understand in the Bible, and some have made up teaching based on their lack of understanding.

I agree we need to do Gods works. and win ppl souls to the Lord.

Vs. 10 says it all! In light of these truths, ALL that matters is our 'PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP with Father God 

Lilian the king of Babylon is coming at the 6th trump that's before the 7th trump where we will all be changed into spiritual bodies. If a person is in the flesh they are not with Our Lord Jesus they will be worshipping another God and that's a no no and if that supernatural entity tells you he will fly you away it's a lie and he is the dragon that looks just like the Lamb of God but is a fake.

Interesting fact about v9... he is long suffering towards US ward, not willing that any should perish. V1 and V8, us are saved people. But we know that saved people aren't in danger of perishing. God is longsuffering when we don't witness like we ought to! It grieves him but he doesn't want lost ppl to perish. Seeing all these things will be dissolved, we ought to witness to the lost about Jesus!

Apostle peter reminding us about false prophets so that we are not deceive by false doctrines and be diligently pray as we approaching end of His return. Finally having a clean heart sound mind it'll help us help to see His glory when He appear

My take is this, we are to be diligent in learning the Word of God, which is the Lord Jesus Christ, to be discerning for that time when we will be needing Him, to be at all times prayerful, to be pure in heart, mind, body. We are being warned, that if we do not, we will be caught off guard, and easily confused, but God cares for all, and waits, but not forever, so repent, change, and Live in Him!

JC the day of the Lord is a thousand years. But when CHRIST comes He will burn all evil elements which is rudiments off earth and the target is the city of confusion which is Jerusalem the gathering place of the vile one spoken of in Daniel 11 vs 21. Satan comes in peace and gathers those who will worship him because they think he is the Lamb of God but it's not its the dragon as Rev. 13 says.

You are not ready to live, until you are ready to die... If you are ready to die-live for Him!

The New Testament is filled with so many wonderful passages warning us to remain steadfast in our faith and to endure until the end. God promises that he will never forsake us, but, we as sinners need to be mindful that although we are saved through faith we are also kept by faith.

This message is more than prophetic it is also a great inspiration to believers. Because of the increase in false prophets and false teaching believers are deceived and their faith is weakened or lost. GOD WANTS HIS BELIEVERS TO SHOW THOSE WHO HAVE LOST HOPE AND FAITH TO RESTORE THERE FAITH BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT LIVE AS THEY SHOULD AND READ THERE BIBLE. They wont know these versus unless shown. Unless the true word of God is reveled. The people are asleep and they need to wake up and repent.

Faith Edet God was first speaking of the world that was, actually it was an earth age before this one we live now in the flesh. Earth was created beautiful Isaiah 45 vs 18 and then it got destroyed in Jeremiah 4 vs 22-27 God with His wisdom created earth written in Proverbs 8 vs 23 to 31 and then Satan wanted to be a god Ezekiel 28 and in Revelation 12 Satan stole a third of Gods stars, Gods children, and did cast them to earth Matt. 13 vs 36-44. To put this all together we lived on earth where Satan stole one third of the children in a political move to overthrow God but God got mad and shut off the lights then He turned on the lights He separated the children of darkness from the children of light. In Genesis 1 vs 2 the word was is 1961 in the Strong 's hayah and it translates became without form and void. Anyway 1000 years is just 1 day and how long is the day of the Lord going to be? 1000 years. Just thoughts that might help you.

GOD FULLFILLS HIS PROMISES NO MATTER HOW LONG PERIOD OR TIME REMEMBER GOD IS YESTERDAY ,TODAY TOMMRROW AND FOREVER HE IS NOT LIMITED BY THINKING,MIND,TIME,PPLES PRESSURES,AFFLICTIONS OF THE MOMENT NOR OUR THOUGHTS,BUT WHEN HE SAYS A WORD HE WILL SEE TO IT THAT IT IS ACCOMPLISHED AND BRING FORTH FRUIT.SECONDLY,IT IS THE INTEND OF GOD THAT NO ONE WILL GO TO HELL OR SUFFER THE ETERNAL FIRE BUT HE IS SO PATIENT THAT HE CAN WAIT TO AN EXTEND OF DELAYING TO DO SOME THINGS ONLY FOR SOME TO GIVE THEIR LIFE TO CHRIST THE SAVIOUR OF THE UNIVERSE AND TO REPENT THAT ALL MEN HAVE JOY IN THIS WORLD AND IN THE WORLD TO COME.

Twist them the bible is used in ways that should not be some add to and take away to make up thier own theology we should obey what it says and let gods word speak for its self most teachings in the bible are just plain statements to obey

I really want to understand the message of apostle peter, because the apostle mention that even our God also have a longer lenght of years before He can answer us. 2 peter 3:8

God 's Grace are suffecient enough for us to be saved and have life in abundance. We are saved by God 's perfect amazing Grace. Jesus doesnt want to bless us only but he wants our Soul to be saved. We must put God first into our life and obey his words until rapture. Our Faith and our obedience to God 's words are more important to put in our hearts and mind until rapture. For God prepares for our salvation God 's own people for those who love him. Amen

The coming of the Lord is nearer than I think. The day of the Lord is coming when you think not. It is my prayer that I will have no attachments to this life that I have on the earth : to be able that when my Lord comes in the clouds of Glory that I will go up to meet Him in the air and so shall I ever be with the Lord !!!!!
