The church is not made of brick, mortar or wood. The church is not an organization meeting at regular intervals in a building every week. The church is not taught religion or theology from men or women. The church does not take money from people when there are those who need food, clothing and shelter. The living Word of the living God cannot be taught by a university which teaches religion. Individuals walking in the Holy Spirit who are scattered throughout the world are the church of Christ Jesus. Religious institutions and practices are what the LORD warns us of throughout His Word. May the Lord bless you with the Spirit of truth.

To the contrary John, it make perfect sense. If opostasy is the falling away that must come first, that opostacy has pretty much already happened if it's the church that falls away. What church actually preaches scripture-based theology anymore? I believe that the Church,spirit filled believers in Jesus name, are the restraining force holding back and hindering Satan 's powers from being fully released on earth, until the rapture of the Church takes place. Because of the power and authority giving to the Church believers in Jesus name.

Two big points to see in this verse is verses 3 an 4. Let no man deceive you and Satan is kicked out to do just that. This falling away is when all the world give up there religious beliefs and join his following and his religion and he sits in the temple claiming to be God. But notice verse 8 after that first tribulation with antichrist and then Christ returns to reveal who the people were worshipping and guess who they were deceived by Satan acting as the Lamb. Always look for that word and then because you notice Satan with his fake crown and bow and wanting everyone to worship him and then Christ returns and crushes Satans head for sitting where he ought not.

I believe all of this. Jesus will come and clean his garden. The ones that are not fruitful will be cast into the fire. Only the true worshippers will be spared. We have to worship in spirit and in truth. Jesus Christ is the way ,the truth and the life. We have to believe the truth and we have to be righteous . It is best to be found blameless spotless . We need to be in truth and righteous . Verses 10 and 12 explains about this .

The big question is who is the antichrist. 2nd Thessaloians 3 4 refers to a man of sin. The antichrist is Satan it always has been, read Issiah 14 12 16 Lucifer is identified by God as a man. Its not the Pope or any other person on earth. It makes sense if Jesus is the Christ then the ANTICHRIST is?????

Lets look at another idea here. Read Daniel,chapter 11 esp., verse 45. Then read verse 1 in chapter 12.Next, read verse 7 in Revelation chapter 12.
