What timely advice! We live in very upsetting times, and violence is being conducted as never before. So many use violence as a means to get "justice". Violence only begets violence. If cultivate the fruitage of the spirit we will be able to be restrained when wronged, and fully trust in Jehovah God to administer justice, not our fist ( or gun).

Rightly dividing is knowing the Word of God in Context (what it saying), who is directed to (Jews(Israel), Gentiles, or the Church) and Time Frame (Past, Present, or Future). O.T.(Past-mankind, Israel), Church Age(Present, saved(Faith alone in Jesus)

Yes indeeed God's word is the only solution to our problems, if we continue to read, meditate and study his word and seek God with our whole heart then we will understand him and how he works. If we understand his word then we can apply it to our lives and this will surely bring about changes. With the things that are happening around us we need to study God's word more and seek him diligently as in him are answers and promises.

Study to show thyself approved unto GOD: I am to study to please GOD not man.
a workman that needth not to be ashamed: By studying GOD's word I will be able to know His word in my heart and not be ashamed to share what I Know of His Love For us.
rightly dividing the word of truth: to know when preached to me whether it is truth/truth used for the wrong purpose or just out rightly false.

We must be seperated from the affairs of this world. Its a strong aspect in that the scripture says that we must PURGE OURSELVES from the affairs of the flesh. This can only be done by US with the help of Gods Holy word

Study to shew thyself approved unto God. A workman that needed not to be ashame rightly dividing the word of truth. Thank you Jesus for your words i will never ashame of your words for your words are my life without you we are nothing. I will praise you and worship you alone for you are worthy amen

Acts 2:38 comes before 3:26; Matt. 28:19; Lk. 24:47 ( in the mouth of 2 or 3 witnesses) comes before Jn. 20:28 (My Lord AND My God); then Acts 2:38, 4:12; Rom.10:13, to 'call' on the name is when one is baptized using the name of (not titles) of Jesus.

Jesus is a good Shepherd who laid down his life for us the Sheep. We as a sheep we must live and follow Jesus by obeying his words. Jesus knows who are for him and only the Sheeps who follow Jesus can hear his voice. Jesus came for the losts and the sinners by his blood we are redeemed our prayers must be praising and thanking Jesus for everything

"Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us...." Titus 3:5

God knows those who truly belong to him. If we want to belong to God we must renounce unrighteousness and strive to do what is right in God's eyes.

Yes I agree that we must depart from iniquity and all wrong doing..As human beings we are weak and we fall but with Gods help we get back up to serve Him..If we are in close relationship with Jesus then we surrender ourselves daily to be changed and used by God..If we could change ourselves we wouldn't need a savior but we can't so we need to know He loves us and wants to prepare us for His return!

God is good love one another .no matter what they do

Thank God for the Word, and the clear instructions: II Tim 2:15 tells us all we need to do to understand wherein we stand! Right dividing eliminates confusion and helps us to show other people the message of grace.

The real mystery are in verses 5-6. The word masteries represent areas of total control eg: the tongue thought life passions etc. The text goes on to say victories are accomplished only by adhering to biblical principals. Ver. 6 says the worker in the kingdom must first be in possession of the fruits of the Spirit. These verses reveal the qualifications of the man of god in service to the lord.

The hardness referred to in this verse is one to sharpen. Remember even Jesus before he started his ministry had to go through the hardness in the desert when fasting.
The good news is that we our already conquerors because the bible says there is no temptation that has taken you which is not common to man, but God is very faithful that He will not let you be tempted beyond your capacity.

Nevertheless, questions regarding suffering in general, but particularly the suffering of the righteous, occopied the minds of job in the O.T, Peter in the N.T, and many christians in subsequent generations. Although all the reasons for suffering are not revealed, some are clear in the text of scripture.

Endurance is the theme.as well as being a Kingdom servant

IN these days it takes a very strong person to endure the pain of heart taking place. I am being put upon in all manner of evil, and see evil sinful people taking it to the limit of my endurance. Without my faith i would not be able to handle it. I am stronger in my faith now more then ever. Jesus has lifted me above these worldly insults. I am His now and always.

VICTORY

We are in a spiritual battle : We wrestle not against flesh and blood ,but against principlalities , powers, and rulers of darkness of this world. we are in the world but not of the world. This is a fight to the death and the one that has already lost in the devil and his cohearts : He is so stupid to be trying to still defeat God through His children : When we get to heaven and see the one we were fighting : we will say :"this pipsqueak is the one we were so struggling against. " The devil is already been defeated !!!

God is great, in time of hardship and pain. God show me though our Lord Jesus Christ, that nothing is hard to over come. All we have to do is to call upon he name, and believe.

We should do things that are pleasing to God

If a man therefore purge himself from hatred, gossip, contaminated association, strife, sedition, pride, insincerity, etc he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.

Yes I believe this and receive this!!! We can't expect to get an understanding of Gods Word if we wait on someone else to rightly divide the Word!!! But it all starts out as a Personal Walk with Jesus Christ!!! We have to work out our own Salvation because on judgement day we will stand alone!!! But its got to start with the Heart and renewing of your Mind and slowly removing yourself and allowing God to come into your Heart and except the fact that You don't have all the answers!!! Let Go and Let God!!!
