I don't read them because is speaks much on the Chaldeans of ancient culture. God did not want Israel to intermarry with them.

I read about the Giants, Judith; but it is not about our Savior Jesus Christ. The Canonized Bible is about Jesus from Genesis to Revelation. His story is the Power of God into Salvation. That's good enough for me.

We all make choices every day.

    1. Oh God arise and show me mercy and favor in ministry, business, marriage, financed, in Jesus name!

    2. As you clothe the children of Israel with favor in Egypt clothe me with favor so heathens can bless me in the name of Jesus!

    3. Give me favor in the sight of men, give my ministry favor in the sight of men, give my business favor in the sight of customers in Jesus name!

    4. Satisfy me Lord with favor and fill me with blessing in the name of Jesus!

    5. I receive favor with God and with man in everything I do in the name of Jesus!

    6. My father, give me favor with kings and great men of this world in Jesus name!

    7. Oh God arise and encompass me with favor as with a shield in the name of Jesus!

    8. O Lord, give me the spirit of favor in all my business transactions in Jesus' name!

    9. In the mighty name of Jesus, I claim

    - divine favor

    - abundant prosperity

    - divine wisdom

    - increased sales and expanded markets

    - new product ideas

    - new service delivery concepts

    - divine helpers

    - the release of finances

    10. O' LORD, by all the power for which you are known to be God, let my prosperity appear in the name of Jesus!

    11. My Father and my LORD, I thank you for answering these prayers in Jesus name. I receive it.

    12. Help me so I can help others less fortunate.

Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me; Bless His holy name.

    Tracy,

My favorite part of the whole Bible is the Gospel accounts of Jesus. In these we hear of our Savior's advent, life, death, and resurrection. We hear His words for us. We read of the acknowledgment of Him by the Father and the Spirit. We hear of His miracles and righteous deeds. We come to know who He was, what He said, what He did. Jesus is the basis of our faith and the source. I believe the whole Bible is for everyone and that one who discounts any of it as not "being for them" will suffer a deficiency in their knowledge of Him and the Truth of God.

Thank you to all for their replies to my recent questions. Very thoughtful and helpful. Posting on line is very new to me and i respect all for their varied opinions. I tend to search out truth by searching out everything that seems to interfere with it, thus whatever is left is truth. I liken it to searching for gold; when I remove all the stuff in the gold pan ( a tedious process), what remains is hopefully what I want: the gold (truth). I mention this because it may appear as though I'm attempting to disprove something in the Scriptures. Not necessarily so though. Being exposed to the Bible and Christianity all my life, I desire for all of it to make sense.

With that being said and out of the way, what does the Bible and believers mean when they refer to God, Jesus, and H.S. as being in us? If literally taken, it sounds like "in our bodies". I think most would reply, "In our heart", though I don't think it is meant our physical heart. Is it? Or is it our whole body? I'm asking myself (please excuse me), who or what would want to dwell there; it is somewhat disgusting and somewhat foul smelling in there. I'm almost sure there's a simple answer to this that I can accept as truth. Any help would be appreciated. Peace to all.

    Hmm, Sandra, good question.

The Scripture does not say if the Nephilim produced any offspring. It is likely that these Nephilim had lengthy life spans like the those who lived prior to the flood, listed in the genealogies in Genesis and their ages at time of death. Perhaps the Nephilim were unable to produce offspring.

Our baby is officially here. Moses Levi made his grand entrance into the world this morning at 5:23 a.m. Labor and delivery went just as planned, just earlier than expected and labor was my hardest yet. Baby and I are doing great. The kiddos will be Skyping with us to see him this afternoon and then will see him on Wednesday when we go home. We are now parents of 8. Thank You, Lord, for the gift of children. Life would be boring without them. Let me know if you are interested on hearing how it all went.

"For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence." Acts 1:5 KJV

Another controversial topic. Do we need to be baptized by water today, I mean the Church age? There may be some discussions about this somewhere. I hope the truth will come to ALL. Agape.

I see Jesus Coming down the mountain, I must wait as He is fast and their are many following Him. I will only have a minute. I will ask Him as I look into eyes and I know He sees my heart through my leprosy, and ask Him "if He will, can He heal Me "?

This is the condition needed for us to be healed!

We need His healing every moment of everyday!

In the midst of people who want to get close, but are not in His way, we wait and watch predicting His next move! Oh, that my heart would be ready when I finally see Him face to face! As I hear Him say, "yes be thou healed!" Remember me Lord when you enter into thy kingdom!

I had no idea until I woke up one morning and the whole phone was in Chinese characters. Factory reset at Best Buy got 99% of it but I saw the space bar and the microphone still had CANTONESE language on it. I saw 1 minute video on [YouTube only on my tv]. It said go into settings-keyboard-and delete everything except English. It s like totally fixed now. I deleted YouTube off my phone

They can get in our money and bank accounts. First day I called credit cards and the bank to report stolen cards.

We live in troubled times. I kinda wondered why anyone wonder what an old man in Texas data looks like? It's a new game to see who you can rob online. It's sick.

Part of me wants to be raptured, the other part wants to evangelize as long as I can, like my pal (someday) John the Baptist. :D we're going bowling and fishing. I used to love hiking. I'd take a few tools to look for fossils, arrowheads. Ahhh. It will be fantastic to see Jesus everyday!!

Let's keep our Happy on despite all.

    Hi bro Giannis,

I enjoyed your comments on this Holy Sabbath Day, and thanks for sharing!

I also observe many people in the world choosing to ignore Jesus Christ and His Gospel of the Kingdom. It is very sad to see the rejection, but it coincides with much of the scripture which tells us so many times that "few people will enter into God's Kingdom".

    Matthew 22:14

"For many are called, but few are chosen."

    Luke 13:23-24

"Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them," "Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able."

    Matthew 7:14

"Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it."

The emphasis coming directly from the mouth of Jesus saying "few there be that find it". If these bible verses don't move a Christian to "take notice" of themselves, nothing well.

Are we truly picking up our crosses and following Christ? Are we living our lives as part of this world? Jesus tells us that we can't do both!

    Matthew 16:25

"For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it."

People need to take the bible to heart and NOT be lulled into thinking/believing they are (forever saved) while at the same time living their worldly lives.

    Matthew 16:26

"For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?"

There are many false teachers, and preachers out there telling others that you can still live a worldly life and still have a "free ticket to heaven".

Any wonder why Jesus tells us over and over that FEW will be saved!

Thank You Laura for reminding me that GOD is still helping me through this tribulation. I used to fuss all the time after he comes back, but GOD told me not to. He is working on me to heal my heart. It is still a work in progress. He is starting to read the bible more and listen to me more. I am waiting for the day when he will be set free. I will be praying for you too!

At the HUD (hud.gov) website there are toll free numbers to ask about housing.

Housing Counseling (800)-569-4287 or Public & Indian Housing (800)-955-2232

Each state in the country has homeless organizations you need to use Google to find them. I hope this information helps you. God bless.

As someone who has been/is in a very similar situation I will be praying for you. I will pass on the lessons I have learned which by now you may also know but it took me many years to really understand these things. I come from a long line of addicts and also married an addict. In my opinion these families carry a lot of insecurity and shame. In Jesus we don't have to be ashamed, let the addicts behavior be known. Don't spread it maliciously but don't take the shame of his addiction onto yourself or any children you all may have. Do not lie for them or cover their behavior. Love them but do not take their behavior on yourself. I lived in shame for years trying to "fix" my husband. I would lie to my church family about how he was always working, etc. That was never my job. I cannot save him that is the work of God. Give it all to Jesus. Cast your cares upon him. He cares for you more than you will ever know.

Also know that by marrying an addict you may have chosen a lonely life. Its not a punishment from God but there are consequences to our actions/choices made even before we were saved. I married as an unsaved and Godless woman but I was transformed through my struggle with my husband. God used our broken relationship to lead me to Him. We are instructed to love them and witness to them. I also believe in still honoring a husband that is an addict as the leader of the family. Our fear is that they will steer our family wrong and destroy us so we need to control the situation. We don't have to, God is in control. When we give him (husband&addict) respect and authority as is talked about in the bible that is right for a husband, then your husband comes under the leadership of God as the head of the family. In my life that is where I truly saw God move my husbands heart towards Him. He is still a work in progress but aren't we all. So much love my sister, have faith, be strong in the finished work of Jesus. Its always darkest just before dawn.

Reality is water levels are below Hoover Dam. Energy companies are scrambling to keep the power on. Check that out.

China is suffering massive floods for months. Pakistan is under water. South Amerix. ca also. The poor have no help.

    These are birth pains.

    Israel is surrounded by enemies.

I only report what I see. What I know about Bible Prophesy.

America is very vulnerable because they do not See this coming storm. Half our country is in drought. Goods prices will soar. Cattle by the thousands are dying from heat.

We could ramp up on prayer. We should care about what our farmers and ranchers are experiencing.

The Biden administration is selling the ranch lands to China. They are draining our oil reserves; selling it to China. When Biden is gone, we'll have depleted reserves and it takes 9 months to restart drilling and fracking. Assuming they can get the leases to do that?

My Bible says evil men prosper when good men do nothing! All we have they "they" want is our votes.

America is a harlot. We fight to kill the unborn, while evil men take away our food and oil behind the scenes. It's all out of whack. Days are coming when we'll work all day for a loaf of bread. It's not a fairytale. It's scripture.

I believe the War of Gog and Magog is soon to be fought. Then, perhaps we'll believe in the God who prophesied it. Just because we are in USA, doesn't mean we are not affected. Russia is blockading all ports so shipments of wheat exports just sit and rot in Ukraine. Poor people starve.

Please let us elect a President and turn the House and Senate, red. We need leaders who can agree, for the good of all Americans. Oppose that madman over Russia. He's going after Israel too.

I just want us to think on these matters and take precautions. Let us work while there is light. There's no scripture saying we will escape the beginning of sorrows.
