In Genesis 1, man appears to be collective for both male and female.

In Genesis 2, man appears to be male and the female was then formed from the man.

Please enlighten me on these two sets of people?

Here is my understanding of this section of Matthew Chapter 15. If I take Matthew 15:1-20 together, I see the protesting of the Scribes and Pharisees. In Matthew 15:2, they begin their protest. These Scribes and Pharisees were very strict at upholding Jewish tradition. But in Matthew 15:3, Jesus makes it clear that the commandments of God are far greater than any of their traditions.

Jesus goes on in Matthew 15:7 to call them hypocrites. The word hypocrite is actually a theater term, a drama term. A person that learns their lines is an actor, and that person is responding to the script. That is an actor. So Jesus says you are hypocrites, you are just acting according to the script. You have no life in you! They did not have Christ working in them. They were spiritually dead. They were very religious, but they were just acting the part. No life in them!

In Matthew 15:12, the disciples tell Jesus that He offended them (The Pharisees). He called them hypocrites! And then in Matthew 15:13, Jesus gives instruction, and for this He uses a plant. He says, "Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up." Meek and mild Jesus, you got to love him!

If I go on and read through to Verse 20, it seems clear that He is speaking about the Scribes and Pharisees in Verse 13. When I get down to Verse 20 which says, "These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man," I see this as being sort of a "bookend" to Verse 2.

So every plant, (every person) who is not feeding off the life source (Christ) is considered a dead plant, and that plant will be rooted up and cast away.

To All!! I starting to get very disgusted with all things in my life! I've always told other people I've spoken to to hang in there!! I feel so useless inside myself! I pray for the strength of our Lord Jesus Christ, for I can't bear looking at new places to move to, new job, new state, it's just bringing me down! I know the Lord has control of all things including my life! I never took the vax and started to think about it!! Dear Lord, please help me not to ever look back for You died for me to take away my sins! I love you and will wait for you to guide me away from all my wrong doings!!! I'm thinking there was a miscommunication somewhere. Not sure why ppl keep responding to me about being luke warm. I am 100% hot for Christ, nothing luke warm about me. Infact have been kicked off Twitter and just today, Facebook for voicing my opinion about Christ. If you care to explain what this is about I'd be happy to set it straight. Please pray for me. I got arrested for drinking and driving. I ask you to pray that my insurance won't go too high because I need to drive for my work. Just pray that he Lord will make a way for me.

I think it tells us how God has power over all His creation and can do anything He wants to with any part of it .

Have you ever heard of some one blowing hot and cold ? Hot is enthusiastic energetic excited attentive , cold is withdrawn aloof etc , lukewarm is neither , a bit like sitting on the fence , hesitant unsure etc , unwilling or afraid to commit oneself either way . Hope I've explained that ok , I think Jesse did a better job than I did .

Good Morning to You-my dear Precious Brothers and Sisters in CHRIST JESUS! I have been reading and praying for all the prayer request that have been submitted today and even those from days ago.Please pray for me and my situation.I lost my beautiful daughter whom was also my very Best Friend in Life to a premeditated murder,1yr n 10 months ago.Now I have NO Family,No friends and No transportation.I am naked without clean clothes and no way to clean them.And very soon will be also without food and basic necessities needed to sustain life.I am 63yr young and disabled.Here in the deafening silence (where my baby was murdered)I keep myself busy reading the HOLY WORD OF GOD,and singing praise to his HOLY NAME until my throat becomes too sore to sing.And praying for my brothers and sisters in JESUS.I know how Noah,Job and even JESUS felt.For JESUS knew the pain of rejection.Im now wondering where are my brothers and sisters in JESUS?As much as I hate to ask them for help.My situation forced me to do just that.Last Sunday I reached out to a local Baptist church.I spoke with the pastor-Brandon whom your not going to believe this.He had just preached a sermon the previous week on you tube about what it means to be CHRIST-LIKE?Yet he rejected my tears and PLEA for help this help I ask for doesn't include money.Just basic necessity s.Pickup Groceries and these basic necessity Curbside from HEB parking lot doesn't even have to get out of the car.And you would think out of this large congregation of born again Christians someone would be able to help.You know the majority have washers and dryers in their own homes.I have my own laundry soap.No total rejection from this pastor and lies that I was no longer alone and he and his church would help me.He wouldn't even pickup a life sustaining rx for me.I had the cash to pay for it.So as hard as it was I reached out again yesterday to local Methodist church.Picked up rx doesnt seem to care if I'm naked/need food&basics.Please Pray/me.
