"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen."
I personally don't believe that four or more disqualifies people from having Jesus in their midst. Technically 4 people would be only 2 groups of two, so it still fits the verse, and 5 people would be a group of 2+3 also fitting the verse. Maybe it was a quick way to say 2 or more, or maybe Jesus was demonstrating His mathmatical genius knowing that pretty much all group sizes thereafter can be computed with 2s and 3s and that these small groups are better for fellowship and prayer anyway.
Jesus says if you love me keep.my commandments John 14:15
The Bible also states in 1 John 2 1-4.we are liars if we say we love God but depart from the law of love.
Lastly, James let's us know it the standard it the law of liberty. Liberty is in Christ, He makes us free from the bandage of sin in the law of Moses that records the sacrifices for sin and free will offerings.
If thr 4th commandment could be changed or abolish then Jesus need not have died. It is because the law stands fast forever why Jesus had to come to show us how to keep them. I delight to do thy will thy law is with my heart. Psalms 40:8
Just finding out Right to Life was finally upheld again in our beautiful coutry United States of America! Thank you LORD
have to spend all day with my siblings concerning matters pertaining to my Mom's memorial and estate. My family is so divided and there are those who are very difficult to deal with in most settings. Please pray that God will keep my words gracious and kind but also to stand up to those who bully me and my other siblings most of the time.
God bless you Adam, in Jesus Name.
A long time had passed by since David sinned with Bathseda. He knew God's commandments and was definitely feeling guilty all that time. So he was ready to repent, maybe he had already repented when the prophet came and talked to him.
How do we repent?
When one knows that what he's done or thought was wrong, I think it's not difficult to repent. It's true though that our heart is not always ready to repent immediately, it needs some time. Some other times not. This happens to all of us. But what seems to be difficult to do sometimes is not doing it again. This is our struggle in life as christians. That is why our life in Jesus is described in the Gospel as in Matthew 7:14 "Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.'
But you have to have in mind that:
Changing yourself is not something easy and fast. Noone changes from one moment to another. It often takes a whole lifetime to change our character. We may fall again and again in the same mistakes (christians do not commit big sins or should not) and repent and rise up and keep going the narrow way. God works in us with His Word, His Spirit, His actions to help us follow His way. He knows our nature, that we are made of ground, He doesn't expect more than we can do, that wouldn't be fair to us people. He is there to help us, not to judge us John 12:47 " And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.'
We must have in mind that our nature has not changed because we were born, we are still vulnerable to sinning, but we were given Jesus' Blood for forgiveness. So just keep going under God's grace and strength, don't stay behind no matter how weak you may feel.

Compare all 3 passages of Matthew 17:1-9, Mark 9:1-9 and Luke 9:26-36.
Remember, Moses had died and God had buried him. Michael the archangel goes to get his body Jude 1:9
Elias (Elijah) was picked up by a chariot of fire 2 Kings 2:11-12.
They are returned by and re-enter a "cloud" where the voice of the Father is heard, Luke 9:34-35. Note the Father must have been in that cloud / chariot.
The clouds and chariots connection is found in Psalm 104:3 The clouds typify the chariots of the LORD which number 20,000 Psalm 68:17.. notice they are "as in Sinai", Moses time in Exodus. Of course the Cloud in Exodus performed as an aircraft / spacecraft as it came down from heaven and then did many aerial maneuvers.
When the second coming happens it is referred to many times as a "day of clouds" and in Isaiah 66:15 it involves "his chariots",
which is a fleet of at least 20,000 - Psalms 68:17.
Moses and Elias represent the Law and the Prophets, which is what Jesus came to fulfill - Luke 24:44 and they "spake of his decease which he should accomplish at Jerusalem" - Luke 9:31
So then, Jesus makes the statement that there be some standing here which shall not taste of death till they see the kingdom of God... refers to the event of The Mt of Transfiguration event.
Luke 2:33-35
'And Joseph and his mother marvelled at those things which were spoken of him.
And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against;
(Yea, a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also,) THAT THE THOUGHTS OF MANY HEARTS MAY BE REVEALED."
But don't worry. At the end the true sheep will follow the true Shepherd.
In Genesis in the begining it was Father God who was talking to the other two persons of the Trinity/Godhead, that is the Son and the Holly Spirit.

Reading the Bible in greek it is obvious that the scripture is refered to Simeon's color.
The term "niger" is the archaic English form of what in modern times is written with double g's and is called the N-word, an offensive term. It was not offensive in ancient times though. It was used by Greco-Romans to indentify the Black people. The word actually means Black in its Latin and Greek forms. A long time later during the slavory times it was used in English in an offensive way, and stayed like this till nowadays.
Yes Moses' wife was an Ethiopian, a Black woman.
Yes that treasurer of the Queen Cadace of Ethiopians in Acts 8 was a Black man, like Queen Candace herself.
And some info. The lands that the ancients called Aethiopia or Ethiopia (also Abyssinia and Nubia) stretched from modern South Egypt to modern Ethiopia ( including today's Sudan). The Ethiopian church is an ancient church. It seems brother Philip the Evangelist did a good work under the guidance of the Holly Spirit. This church is one of the very few that is not a result of European missioneries but originates from the time of Apostles. A few centuries later they were included in the Orthodox branch of Christianity. Today they are called the Unified Orthodox Church.
Men discriminate people by their race, their colour, their nationality, but not God. We are all God's children and brothers and sisters to one another. All of us have one Father, the God, one mother, the universal church, and one country, the Kingdom of God, here and in Heaven.

Please read: Matthew 24, Matthew 7, Matthew 25:31-46,
Hopefully these are helpful, please read the Bible & study, so no-one can lead you astray.
In the book of Genesis, who was God conversing with while he was planning to create man? He said 'let us make man in our own image"
Also where does it say in the Bible about once saved always saved.
Black people have always been blessed as all races. Moses married an Ethiopian after the death of the first wife. Ethiopians during that time...were all black and God consented this despite Aaron or Miriam's complaints.
The eunuch which Philip witnesses to in the book of Acts was a black Ethiopian. That Ethiopian eunuch is one of the earliest recorded moments of Salvation by Grace of a Gentile in the New Testament.
Just thought I'd add that...
