thou art my servant; of his choosing, appointing, calling, sending, bringing forth, and supporting; so he was as Mediator, especially in his estate of humiliation, when he appeared in the form of a servant, and came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and give his life a ransom for many; thereby to obtain redemption, which was the great work and service he was appointed to; which he readily undertook, and willingly and cheerfully engaged in, and diligently and faithfully performed; to whom justly belong the characters of an obedient, diligent, prudent, and faithful servant; in answering which he showed his regard to his Father's will, his love to his people, and his great humility and condescension:
O Israel; a name of Christ, and which properly belongs to him, being the antitype of Jacob or Israel; the Head and representative of the whole Israel of God; who was of Israel according to the flesh, and an Israelite indeed in a spiritual sense, and was only sent to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Israel is a name of the church, often given to it in this prophecy; Christ and his church, by virtue of the union between them, have the same names; as she is sometimes called by his names, Christ, and the Lord our righteousness, so he is here called by her name Israel, 1 Corinthians 12:12
The Sanhedrin has a lot working against them. If they imprison Jesus, His followers could rile up the travelers from Galilee, Judea, and the surrounding area who at least think He is a prophet, if not the Messiah. Because of Jesus' popularity, the number of Galileans in Jerusalem, and the fact that the Jewish council cannot execute someone, they need the Romans to kill Jesus. Were Jesus less-renowned and less-connected to conflict with religious leaders, they likely would have been content to let a mob break Roman law by stoning ( Acts 7:54-60). Roman officials hold their trials in the early morning; if the Sanhedrin waits until later in the day, Pilate will not be available. At evening the Sabbath begins, so they need to move fast.
This verse does not describe a second trial before the Sanhedrin. The trial in Mark 14:53-65 happens concurrently with Peter's denials in Mark 14:66-72. "Held a consultation" means the evidence-gathering is over and the council members are making their final decision. They have already convicted Jesus of blasphemy according to the Mosaic law ( Mark 14:63-65). Likely this discussion is to decide on what capital offence against Roman law they will present before Pilate.
John, adds more detail ( John 18:28-32). When the members of the Sanhedrin take Jesus to Pilate's house, they do not enter. As residents of Jerusalem, they eat the Passover that afternoon, and will become unclean if they enter the home of a Gentile. After Pilate interviews and flogs Jesus, the Sanhedrin makes their case again.

The phrase itself means: humans
THE WISDOM OF SOLOMON
The Wisdom of Solomon is recognized as Deuterocanoni- cal Scripture by the Roman Catholic, Greek Orthodox, and Russian Orthodox Churches.
But if you type Wisdom of Solomon in Google and drop down a bit, you'll see PDF FILES with that info on them. You can save it to your Google desktop as an icon by hitting the "box with an arrow" pointing up, and it will be saved there until you delete it.

I personally choose links that have the word, BIBLE in them. i.e. BibleRef, BibleHub, etc.
You will get the Bible explanation without church doctrines.
Obviously; the sin of necromancy which is a form of idolotry becomes a hotly contested point which many would state to show that this cannot be the case; or those who somehow believe in "soul sleep" despite verses to the contrary as scripture shows. It is certain that we are to NOT seek communication the OTHER WAY as to those who are departed. Such occurrences (with the possible exception of Saul and Samuel as recorded in scripture) are without question demons imitating the characteristics of the departed.
We also don't need to be so fixated on what is tangible with the five senses; especially concerning the state of anyone who has passed on from this life and therefore doesn't have a physical body as yet like ours on earth. Those who are able to see the heavenly council (such as angelic and other creatures; as well as demons) are experiencing the spiritua realm; and thus would have a much clearer understanding of the cause and effect of events on the earth; as Revelation indicates. (The experience there could very well have been a literal visit to the future by John as well as understanding the message in the present to the churches). We certainly have evidence of Elijah (who never died) and Moses (who did) talking with Christ. They would have known what was going on with Him; at least related to His impending death. Again; the revealed glory may have been a glimpse of the future as well; or what He always was in preincarnate state.
It certainly seems clear that we will be active participants during all Tribulation judgments; and see those under the throne.
Up at the top is the SEARCH BOX. Links for all books of the Bible is below that. for Bible subject only
Example:
You can put the word 'Atonement' in the Search box and hit the arrow >
The engine will fetch every scripture that contains that word. You can sort the list; choose OT or NT only; and the engine places the list in book order.
With DATES OR HISTORY, you'll have to go on GOOGLE. Type it in like this:
"Atonement, history" (or meaning, or commentary, or teaching)
You have to use ancient names from ancient maps.
By using all the search options, you'll learn some really awesome information. If search doesn't fetch anything try wording it differently.
If it fetches 5,000 verses; try wording it another way or just look at only OT or NT verses.
Look around on this whole website to see what's in it. If you get lost, just back out and come back in. Curious is good.
The location of the COMMENTARY BOX is below the search box. Touch a scripture and it will highlight Yellow. Scroll down slowly.
I like: BIBLEHUB or BibleRef on Google. It has many commentaries, to compare with.
( Luke 22:42). It is obvious from scripture that "all men have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God". ( Romans 3:23). There are; of course many other verses in both Testaments on that subject.
We could say that since Revelation indicates the fate of ALL who are NOT written in the Book of Life is to worship Antichrist ( Rev. 13:8) we all are going to turn away as your quoted verse in Psalms indicates. Obviously; some do come to God; but since repentance is a gift according to scripture ( Acts 11:18); and faith is also mentioned as such in Ephesians 2:8; it becomes clear that all good gifts come from above ( James 1:17).
This doesn't absolve our personal responsibility; and part of this mystery of election involves man's response or lack thereof to the same evidence at least with external appearance. The sticking point comes as indicated when Christ said "why do you call me good"? ( Mark 10:18). Seeing Him as God in the flesh only comes through Divine revelation ( Matthew 16:17). Others see Him as a "good teacher; Prophet or something else as the earlier verses in that passage indicate. Those people are not "spiritually discerned" ( 1 Cor. 2:14).
Finally; going back to Noah we have the lack of salvation available for hybrid offspring of the fallen angels; as well as those angels themselves. Therefore; a universal destruction occured; except for Noah "perfect in his generations" ( Gen. 6:9). This indicates pure human seed; not sinless
[12]She defended him from his enemies, and kept him safe from those that lay in wait, and in a sore conflict she gave him the victory; that he might know that goodness is stronger than all.
Q: whom was defended from his enemies and given a great victory?
In any event; Satan always has been a control freak; hence he is the god of this world. In Reveleation; in fact ALL whose names are not written in the Book of Life are going to follow Antichrist. So; in a sense after Lucifer fell he was the original one to sin; and we shouldn't neglect his punishment along with man in Genesis. God has divinely held him back just enough from destruction of the earth; he nearly succeeded (short of Noah and his immediate family) in corrupting the seed of men; he nearly succeeded in destroying ALL male children in Israel except for Jesus during his early years; he nearly caused an annihalation of the entire 120 provinces from India to Etheopia of all Jews in Persia; he nearly wiped out the European Jews in WW2; and in the future 2/3 of israel is destroyed in the time of Jacob's trouble. He causes much of the power and seduction of sin; and men are merely puppets; sold out due to their sinful state so that he is given legal access to mess with their souls. God; however is in charge ultimately of the souls of men; as to their eternal state. Therefore; God wins.
Once the Millenium arrives; the art of war will be known no more; and men will turn swords into plowshears ( Micah 4:3; etal).
The whole word was filled with violence at the time of the Nephilim before the flood; and it is as the times of Noah and Sodom today. The lawless one in such a society today will be welcomed; even to those "religious" people who put patriotism and other human virtues above God.
Unfortunately; human nature which is unstable as water cannot be counted on for steadfastness once the fear of God is removed; and self serving attitudes crop up. We are not naturally inclined to bear burdens of those who seem unpleasant; or in Job's case stink from open wounds. A lot of people don't feel like being around depressed individuals; or to share burdens generally.
This isn't even the biggest problem here: God Himself if anything was even harsher with Job; but gave him a worthy rebuke in that His attributes were perfect. Rather than emphasizing some self righteousness that his "friends" didn't really possess; He stands alone as being totally righeous; and therefore in all ways unattainable. The proper reaction is to be on our faces before Him. And the whole assembly; including apparently Job himself was unaware that Satan was the instigator here; who God allowed twice to affect first with the disasters with those in his personal circles; then to Job himself; limiting his life only to be spared. He was still stated to be a righteous man; the greatest of that land. There was never any indication that his possessions were anything but a blessing from God; as he alone seemed concerned about the attitudes of his family who he prayed for daily; and sacrificially. So with not knowing the source of his troubles; he blames God and is confused. Ultimately; the Lord "creates good and evil" ( Isaiah 45:7); but also is not the author of confusion; and cannot lie. This in the end exalted Job to an even higher standard. We should observe the mandate to pray for his friends BEFORE restoration; as this could have held back Job from these blessings if he had a hardened heart.
Job 6:14. To him that is afflicted - Hebrew, To him that is melted, or dissolved with afflictions: or, as Dr. Waterland renders it, To one that is wasting away; pity should be showed from his friend - His friend, such as thou, O Eliphaz, pretendest to be to me, should show kindness and compassion in his judgment of him, and behaviour toward him, and not pass such unmerciful censures upon him as thou hast passed upon me, nor load him with reproaches; but he forsaketh the fear of the Almighty - Thou hast no love or pity for thy friend; a plain evidence that thou art guilty of what thou didst charge me with, even of the want of the fear of God. The least which those that are at ease can do for them that are pained, is to pity them, to feel a tender concern for them, and to sympathize with them.
David also gives a reason to praise the Lord: He is holy. He is completely separate from sin. When the Lord appeared to Moses in a burning bush and commissioned him to demand that Pharaoh release the Hebrews from captivity, He told Moses to remove his sandals because he was standing on holy ground ( Exodus 3:5). The ground was holy only because God was present there. Isaiah received a revelation of the Lord's holiness in the temple. He heard the seraphim pronounce, "Holy, holy, holy is the LORD of hosts" ( Isaiah 6:3). Praising the Lord for His gracious gifts to us is appropriate, but it is also appropriate to praise Him because He is holy.
Psalm 103:1-5 records David commanding his entire inner being to praise the Lord and to remember all the Lord's benefits. He credits the Lord with forgiveness of sin and healing of diseases. He says the Lord redeems the believer's life from the realm of the dead and bestows on him steadfast love, mercy, satisfaction, and renewal.
Psalm 103 praises God for what He has done. This includes celebration of His personal influence, as well as the way God has blessed the nation of Israel. David encourages praises from himself, from the people in general, and even from the angels and hosts of heaven.
You would not believe that the Wisdom of Solomon is revealed to His saints as it is written:
THERE IS POWER IN THE WORD OF GOD!!!!!
I prayed for wisdom and for those who truly have pure heart, will receive that wisdom, knowledge and understanding. I say that because when I read the Wisdom of Solomon, most of them are already imputed in my heart without knowing it. See Colossians verses below:
Trust, believe and have faith in what Jesus did on the cross. For the blood Jesus Christ shed is just like the OT Lamb without blemish sacrifices. Now He is that Lamb without sin and He already died for us ALL. Jesus Christ already won the Devil. He gave us a free gift: the gift of grace; the righteousness of faith; the grace of God.
Apostle Paul is the last Apostle God revealed what we Gentiles need to do ( the Book of Romans to Philemon).
Those who understand the mysteries of Christ/ God will walk in the Spirit of God.
Romans 8:9
But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
You will know these people through the fruit of their spirit:
Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance
Ephesians 5:9
(For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)
Also make no mistake 1 Corinthians 13:2 ; Read verses 3-8; 13:
And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.
Colossians 2:2
That their hearts might be comforted, being knit in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;
Colossians 2:3
In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
Be saved: 1 Corinthians 15:1-4.

Under "specific rules" see #11. I've seen respectful disagreement with those who post on here and others who are downright vehement to say "this isn't biblical" and alienate others from posting.
Calling others 'soft', fools or otherwise doesn't belong in this site discussion. Read what you type before you post and think.
James 3:6
"And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell."
"God looked down from Heaven upon the children of men to see if there is any who did understand (were wise) and seek Him."
He looked for any that did "good" and found no one. No; Not one
They had all gone back to their ways and doing abominable works.
Speak to me about this topic, please! Only addressing Israelites or isn't this us?
When in Matthew 24 the apostles asked Jesus about the destruction of the temple and the end of the world (age) the first thing Jesus said was "Take heed that no man deceive you". I agree with you the rapture theory as taught is a big deception.
My understanding, 1 Thessalonians 4 along with Daniel 9:27 and parts of Mathew 24 and other scripture taken out of context has been used to create this theory of being taken out and up to heaven to be spared the great tribulation. The wrath of God and the great tribulation is wrongfully considered to be the same. The comfort in 1 Thessalonians 4:18 is they can be comforted they will not keep those who have died from resurrection day.
Paul tells us in 2 Thessalonians 2:1-3 Jesus will not return until after these two things happen. In this same chapter, in context of the end times God sends a strong delusion and the reason for it, in verses 8-12. My understanding, this points to Revelation 3:10 and also Revelation 13:11-16. God said He will keep us from this temptation that is coming not from being killed, the death of this flesh body. Our hope is eternal life not this corruptible flesh life.
There will be some that survive this time that is coming but we see in Revelation 13:7-10 and other scripture most will not. It is taught that this gathering of the saints Jesus takes us to heaven but scripture does not support that, I have not found one bible verse that says we ever go to heaven but the bible does say we will reign on earth and God will dwell with us and we will be His people, Revelation 21:3.
God bless,

Thanks for taking your time to respond to this thread, and furnishing the additional info, regarding thread deletion as applicable on this site.
I started this thread initially, and was surprised to see my initial post deleted. The only way I knew my post was deleted was because another poster took their time to notify me. In your recent response, you stated some reasons why a post may get deleted, I understand the reasoning, except for the "unknown reason".
Posters on this site may benefit from receiving feedback (publicly or privately) on their posts - if Deleted, from KJBO Moderators regarding the reason(s) for a post deletion. I know I would.
Thank you for this wonderful site to share God's Word, grow in knowledge, and encourage others to seek Jesus Christ as Savior!
God bless.
Thanks for your post here. Looks like you at least, received some attention regarding deleted posts - as I see a KGBO Moderator responded to your query on the topic.
Since my initial post in this thread passed the initial review by moderators and was posted, it sounds as my posted topic was "deleted" because of being flagged by the community, went against the guidelines, and met "a threshold" to be deleted, or because of some other "unknown reason" as they stated.
I will follow up with KJBO for further feedback and guidance on my post, as I believe this one post of mine is the first time that I've experienced this issue.
Thanks so much for your continued valuable input, and guidance on these issues, and especially your insight regarding the scriptures.
God Bless.
Also, I don't know what the criteria are for deleting a post. Does a "report" on a post cause a deletion or do the moderators read through posts and delete those they disagree with? This is unknown to us. But I saw nothing wrong with your post about the rapture topic. Seems that something is fishy here.
Lord let Mattie be in the center of Your perfect will for her life this morning. In Jesus name. Amen.
