I would urge you to forgive your husband for God said if we hate our brother the truth is not in us and our heavenly father in heaven cannot forgive us. I urge you and pray for you and your family that God will deliver you. Do not be spiteful or hateful for God says vengeance is mine that saith the Lord. I will repay. Do not waste your energy on someone who blames you instead pray for them and God will do the rest.

Lord God I am frustrated. Lord God Heaven is watching me and I have failed to keep the Sabbath Day Holy. Lord God I have given in to my addictions. Lord God cursed me the day I was born. Lord God thou has given me hope only for me to betray your trust. Lord God have mercy on me and forgive me and do not turn thy face from thee. Oh Lord God. When oh when will this be over and once I can embrace what I have lost! Cursed be the day I was born and cursed me the day that I take my last breathe for I have not loved thee but myself and as I have read Pride goeth before a fall. Lord God please show your mercy and Lord forgive me for when I have tested you. Please Oh God stop Thy self from your vengeance and be merciful unto me. And bring forth thy hand not to harm but to comfort. In Yeshua Name Amen

Study nature. The males build the nests with particular elements to attract a female. Many males will court her with nest building, special decorations, fancy dancing. He wants to stand out and above the others.

    She's worth the effort.

How animals choose the right mate, exceeds humans, I think. Building, furnishing, food supply, with thought to survive disasters, and with kids that will be born.

They're United in purpose at the beginning.

A Christian should not consider unbelievers as a mate for life. One or the other will try to win the other to their concept of God.

Like I tell my friends that are painfully single; not finding a superb mate in a lounge (bar); you are hunting in the wrong forest! "But all my friends are there." "I just don't want a drinker for a mate". Wrong Forest. Try a coffee bar. "I like my own coffee." Try a Christian church in your neighborhood. " I sleep on Sunday."

The objections tell me this person is not mate material, yet. Women are looking for good nest builders who have fancy footwork to dazzle them. Firm plans for the future in process.

Forget what Facebook, society magazines, and other singles tell you. Pick Gods choice for you. You're ready to read the Courtship and Happy Marriage chapter. Genesis 24.

Abraham's servant (verse 34); a type like unto the Holy Spirit. Abraham charges him to find Isaacs wife (verse 2).

This is a principal we can employ in our own search for a mate. It takes a lot of trust and willingness to follow His Leading. She may not water your camels, but she may be interested in nest building and future dreams.

    See it?

    Hi Larry

To put it the simplest way I can, let's look at it like this. God created MAN. Then he fashioned man by dispersion and there came the races. Hopefully someone can go in more detail.

    God bless.

    Hi Tammy.

These verses from Isaiah 45, verses 1 to 7, is a discourse to Cyrus, the Persian King, revealing Who this God is, the One who will use the king as His instrument. So verse 7 comes as a further reminder to Cyrus that this God is unlike anyone else: He creates Light & He has the power to remove it (once Light from a source is removed, darkness prevails - it's the default with the absence of light) - in so doing, it can also be read, that darkness was then created.

He also can bring about peace (or, happiness, prosperity to the individual or the world) & He can choose to remove it (thereby evil will become present & rampant (as a default state), with Satan's influence upon man & the world). Again, as with the removal of light, the removal of peace results in the creation of evil (turmoil, disaster). The Lord doesn't create the evil for evil's sake (He can't do it, He is Holy), but at times, chooses to remove what withholds that peace, thereby allowing evil to be manifested, thus it being created. The Lord has the power to do all things, which the Persian gods could never do.

We know that in the beginning evil was never in the world. Satan's heart was lifted up against God & evil was born. All the evil around us comes from Satan & not from God. And evil continues to abound as God stays His Hand against its raging tide.

    Tammy:

God is LOVE; but how do you know what love is, without knowing what hate is?

God is LIGHT; but how do you know light, is without knowing what darkness is?

God is LIFE; but how do you know what life, is without knowing what death is?

God is TRUTH; but how do you know what truth, is without knowing what deception is?

God is WISDOM; but how do you know what wisdom, is without knowing what ignorance is?

The tree of KNOWLEDGE of GOOD and EVIL, are in the same TREE, when we eat the FRUIT we HAVE KNOWLEDGE of GOOD and EVIL.

Genesis 3:22 And the Lord God said, Behold they have become like ONE OF US (Gods) to KNOW GOOD and EVIL.

Psalms 82:6 I have said, Ye are gods, the children of the most high.

Romans 8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate, to be conformed to the image of his Son (God) ....

Philippians 2:5 Let this mind BE IN YOU, which was also in Christ Jesus:

Philippians 2:5 Who being in the form of God thought it not robbery to be EQUAL with GOD.

Isaiah 66:9 Shall I not bring TO BIRTH, and not cause to bring forth? ......

Isaiah 66:8 ....for as soon a Zion travailed, she brought forth her children (gods: in the AGE TO COME).

    God Bless YOU!

    GiGi,

I am so genuinely sorry to hear of your mother. My father passed not long ago and I could not enter the hospital to see him. Unable to say goodbye or to hold his hand. Had not spoken to him in years. I pray that the Lord be with you and your family in this time of difficulty and sadness. May His light shine in this darkness and provide you with comfort, courage and strength. We are here for you and you are in my prayers.

I like John Gill's comments on this portion of that verse, Tammy:

    I make peace, and create evil; peace between God and men is made by Christ, who is God over all; spiritual peace of conscience comes from God, through Christ, by the Spirit; eternal glory and happiness is of God, which saints enter into at death; peace among the saints themselves here, and with the men of the world; peace in churches, and in the world, God is the author of, even of all prosperity of every kind, which this word includes: "evil" is also from him; not the evil of sin; this is not to be found among the creatures God made; this is of men, though suffered by the Lord, and overruled by him for good: but the evil of punishment for sin, God's sore judgments, famine, pestilence, evil beasts, and the sword, or war, which latter may more especially be intended, as it is opposed to peace; this usually is the effect of sin; may be sometimes lawfully engaged in; whether on a good or bad foundation is permitted by God; moreover, all afflictions, adversities, and calamities, come under this name, and are of God; see ( Job 2:10 ) ( Amos 3:6 ) : I the Lord do all these things;

    Blessings!

Yes they are the Muslim and Ezekiel 43;1-6 declare so read carefully he wants people from the east build the temple,in verse7

And he said , son of man the place of my throne, and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel forever, and my holy name SHAL THE HOUSEOF ISRAEL NO MORE DEFILE,neither they ,nor the kings, by their whoredom, nor by the carcasses, of their king in high places.

Read carefully and see how GOD CHANGE his mind.

Now Jerusalem was desolate because whoever was there is not recognize by GOD in 630 AD read history so you can how the Muslim grow.

John;4;23 24 But the hour come and now, when the true worshippers shall worship THE FATHER IN SPIRIT AND TRUTH:

For the father seeketh such to worship him

GOD IS A SPIRIT AND THEY THAT HIM MUST WORSHIP HIM IN SPIRIT AND TRUTH

Now how do you worship GOD almighty the creator of heaven and earth

    Hi Sister GiGi,

Thanks for your reply, and it's always so nice to hear from you.

I appreciate all of your input on all of the various biblical scriptures, and always find your posts on point, knowledgeable, and very informative.

I also concur with you regarding Paul, 2 Cor 3:6 I too, also believe that Paul is referring directly to the OT law per this scripture. In my mind I believe Paul was emphasizing the New Covenant was not of the law, but of Christs Gospel. This New Gospel is the "Good News" that, if we hear it, and take it to heart, we will live it, and if we truly live it - will be also be conforming with Gods laws, thereby receiving Life rather than death.

    God Bless.

  • GiGi - In Reply - 2 years ago
    Dear Christa,

Most Christians throughout the centuries have thought that Cain married a sister, niece, or close relative. others think that Genesis 1:26-27 indicates that God created humankind and then created Adam and Eve as a special creation in Genesis 2. At this point in history, we really do not know. If science investigations can find better concrete evidence of either viewpoint, then perhaps we will know more.

Knowing for sure about this does not affect my salvation as the lineage of Adam and Eve are the only ones (Noah and family) who survived the flood and all people alive today are descended from Noah and his wife, his sons and daughter in laws. Jesus, the promised Seed in Genesis 3:15 descended from Adam and Ever through Noah, Shem, Heber, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Judah.

Hello, Believer. Historically, Christians have believed that Jesus is eternally God, never having been created by the Father, One with the Father and the Spirit yet a distinct Person within the Godhead. Also, historically, Christians have believed that Jesus is equal to the Father and the Spirit, all possessing the divine nature to the infinite perfection and fullness.

Your view that Jesus is a created being infiltrated the church in the early centuries by a man named Arius. It was refuted and determined to be heresy. This viewpoint has popped up across the centuries. and been repeatedly refuted. It is called Arianism.

I do not want to include here my own Scriptural refutation of Arianism as the site Pulpit and Pen does a good job of it. I googled Scriptural refutation of Arianism to find this site. I encourage you to check this out.

Dear GIGI, how are you? How's your Mom? Is she any stronger?

You have an amazing attitude; "her days are in God's hands."

What a blessing you both know The Lord. I'm thankful.

May God bless both of you. Would you like me to ask for prayers for you two at my church?

    Kindly,

    Kressy

When we realize that Jesus knows everything about us! When you come too that realization, you have stepped into your destination.

Understanding the love of God is incomprehensible!

The woman at the well questioning Christ, how will He get this water? "If you knew the gift of God"!

These words are gifts of His will toward man. Sitting beside a well full of water that we all need to have to live. He proclaims we need more than this water, we need the water only He can give! Living water!

This water we have nothing to draw with, for it is a gift from Him that is a wellspring unto everlasting life!

You, who are the well spring know this life we have in this water.

For, We cannot live without it!

    Repent and be Baptized
