    Dear Daniel,

Thanks for your input. I do think it is important to speak about this subject as it is leading so many into a false sense of salvation and false "encounters" with whom they think is God.

    Thank You S. Spencer,

for these good words from Scripture today. The true Gospel speaks the truth of Scripture on all points, not just some, as some do among us. Let's hold fast to that which has been delivered once and for all to the saints.

    Read it--believe it--then do it.

    Now go to Mark 1122,23,24,

Remember, God said, this is my beloved

    Son hear you him???

Jesus said, it is written. It is finished.

You will agree-- or dis- agree.

God's word is the final authority here on earth. Now?? Do you believe this yes--or no.

Smith wigglesworth, said God said it--I believe it--That settles it.

Be encouraged dear Jeremiah. Jesse has spoken well here to you.

You belong to Jesus. All of your sins are forgiven. It is not the Holy Spirit bringing this sin to your remembrance and causing you to suffer doubt and anguish. It is Satan, the accuser of the brethren speaking through your sinful nature trying to rob you of your assurance of salvation in Christ. So, tell yourself that you are forgiven of this sin every time you remember it and give praise to God for the sacrifice of Jesus that makes it possible for this and any sin to not be counted against you any longer.

Jeremiah, most of us have sins from our past that come back to accuse us at times. But, we know we have eternal life and salvation in Christ in whom we have placed our trust and faith, and so, can forgive ourselves as God has forgiven us and send these accusations packing.

I am so glad that God has saved you and that you are among His sons and daughters destined for glory with Jesus. Our treasure is kept for us in heaven and awaits us to receive with the redemption of our bodies. We have the Holy Spirit as our " guarantee" or "down-payment" of this life. We taste it in this life, but will have it in fullness in the resurrection. Praise God!

    Hello Chris,

I am so sorry to hear about your kitten. I LOVE cats and fully understand the heartache of losing a furry family member.

The concept of praying in belief is complicated and simultaneously simple. We can have confidence in going to the Lord in prayer. We can have confidence that He hears us, the He loves us and wants what is best for us.

I find there is also a fine line between believing that a prayer will be answered and expecting it to be answered the way we want it to be answered.

The fact is, that sometimes His answer is "No". Then there is the fact that we are in a broken world in imperfect bodies that can and will fail (even kitties). Just because His answer may be No from time to time, does not mean you are praying wrong or that He didn't hear you or that He doesn't exist. It just means that His answer was No at that time. Perhaps your kitty was too far gone, or would have suffered had it remained alive. God loves all of His creation, and grieves with us when we are grieved.

    I hope this helps you!

    To Mike

They did have the authority, as they did in fact eat. If they hadn't had the authority, they would have been physically unable to eat.

1 Corinthians 10:23 "All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not."

In Exodus 20, the ten commandments are spoken by God in an ordering voice: "Thou shalt not commit adultery.", for example. And yet people still do commit adultery, so they have the authority. Whether it is convenient or not, well, I don't have to spell that out for you.

The serpent deceived Eve in telling her that she wouldn't die despite God saying that they would:

"But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die."

Sure, they wouldn't die immediately, which the serpent based on this his "half-lie": "Ye shall not surely die"; but they certainly did so eventually, as for God one day and a thousand years are one and the same.

Genesis 3:20 "And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living."

1 Corinthians 15:45 "And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit." I repeat: The first man Adam

Another observation, though this is but speculation:

There is only one tree of the knowledge of good and evil, so the fruit it bears might not have seeds as it doesn't multiply.

The physical body is here until the rapture (after death). The Spirit of the born again are with Christ. I'm not sure why some seek to complication this simple Biblical truth.
  • Jesse - In Reply on John 14 - 2 years ago
    Jeremiah,

The bible tells us that all manner of sin will be forgiven except for blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. The term blasphemy is a term that expresses rejection. It is when a person goes through life rejecting the testimony of God's Spirit when He comes and convicts you of your sin and your need of a Savior. That's what it means to blaspheme the Holy Spirit. It means to reject Him. If a person dies in that condition of rejection, that sin will not be forgiven.

My dear friend, if you have received Jesus Christ into your life and been born of His Spirit, you have not committed blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. Please know that the Lord knows your heart. If what you are saying here is true, God knows. If you have called out to the Lord to save you, He has promised to do so. You just need to trust in that promise.

And yes, Satan continues to attack believers. Once we are saved, he can't take that away from us. Satan knows he has lost a believer (Born Again) forever to Christ, so the only thing he can do is keep our minds distracted in order to keep us from growing in Christ. If you're saved, you will never lose that. In order for Satan to take you away from Christ, he would have to defeat Christ in you, and that will never happen.

Stay in God's word and trust in His promises. He promises to save all who call out to Him for salvation. He promises to keep you saved by His power alone. Don't let Satan get in the way of your relationship with Jesus Christ!

    Hi Jeremiah,

From my understanding of the Word of God, the blasphemy of the Holy Ghost, is rejecting the Gospel of Jesus Christ that He convicts you of. Even Peter cursed concerning even knowing Jesus during his denial of Him and he was clearly forgiven.

Here are some verses that hopefully will comfort you and dispel your doubts: Eph 1:13 says you are "sealed by the Holy Ghost" and further in Eph. 4:30 you are "sealed unto the day of redemption". Once you are sealed by Him, you cannot be unsealed. You are His purchased possession. We can, through our sin, grieve the Holy Spirit, but we are still sealed.

Lastly, I Pet. 1:5 says we are "kept by the power of God". Nothing is more powerful than God Himself.

You need to do what Phil. 3:13 says and forget those things that are behind, and reach forth to those things that are before you.

Continue to read the Word of God and obey it and don't let your past, forgiven sins be a burden to your new walk in Christ.

    Hey Debbie B.

There may be several opinions on this, but does the bible tell us where He was? Jesus said He would be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth, Matthew 12:40. And He said He would be killed, and after three days rise again, Mark 8:31. One theory starts with 1 Peter 3:18-22. Looking at the context of the chapter it is about doing good and refraining from evil and it is good to suffer for righteousness to have a clean conscience.

If we look at these verses Jesus was put to death in the flesh but quickened by the Spirit. Jesus was raised from the dead in a glorified body and the same Spirit of Him that raised Jesus will raise those who have Christ in them Romans 8:10-11.

Jesus went and preached to spirits in prison who were disobedient in the days of Noah. As far as I know nowhere in scripture is man or saints called spirits, or the dead be in prison, I may be wrong. Why would Jesus only be preaching to those before the flood? The only ones I know that scripture says are in prison in chains of darkness are the angels who left their first estate 2 Peter 2:4 Jude 1:6. In the verses, there is nothing to indicate a time frame in which Jesus did this.

My understanding is Jesus was in the grave/tomb until His Father raised Him on the day of the Feast of First Fruits on the first day of the week before the sun came up. There is more scripture like Ephesians 4:8-10 that you can study for your understanding, keep in context of the entire chapter with an open mind and led by the Holy Spirit.

    God bless,

    RLW

Alot of book of Matthew explains choices. There's parts that say don't go to church and parts that say leave everyone alone. Some people are able to live without seeing another person in isolation. In a isolated envirement if you have a problem its really your own fault. Blame can be put on narcissist and the self righteous. But when there is no one . then who can you blame . the holy bible claims a person has choices. Its your choice to do whatever you do... Some times it talks about good and evil . there's something called a bad good idea. Say a person does 1 evil deed to be able to free themselves from suffering for rest of life . then its all good god forgives 1 bad deed . so just forget it . forgetting is a choice . who cares . the being a light to someone else can be bad . its better to have no friends and go to heaven then have millions looking at you in hell . hell is the earth. A millionaire pastor telling the poorest man in church there being greedy . how can a person with no money be greedy. Jesus gave us a choice . maybe I didn't have money because I spent it on somebody else . and so yea. To be selfish. Well selfish is when you have someone else do something for you . or put somebody to work. When you isolate and cut everyone out of your life . that's not selfish. That's putting a guard tower up. People are time robbers . the bible talks about TIME . I have a choice I can sit all day and do nothing . or I can try to help people . well the better thing to do is help no one but yourself first . do nothing at all. If you try to help anyone there rob your time . RUN TO THE HILLS FOLKS . Jesus said it . no church and leave everyone alone . be alone .

Years ago I cursed at God and said, "GD you God",while angry about a life circumstance.

Mark 3 talks about blaspheming the Holy Ghost/Holy Spirit as being an unpardonable/unforgivable sin. I wanted to make sure I had not committed the unpardonable/unforgivable sin.

I have told Jesus thank you for dying on the cross, I trust your blood payment for my sin as it is pleasing to God, please save me from my sin of curing God. Is what I have done considered calling on the name of the Lord Romans 10:13?

I confessed my sin and 1 John 1:9 says he is faithful and just to forgive us our sin. Does this also include cursing God? I am sincerely sorry I cursed at God.

Sometimes this sin causes me great anxiety as do sinful thoughts. I want to know my name is written in the book of life and that I am headed to heaven to see Jesus when I die.

I know that I am saved by Christ's blood, his payment on the cross, not by works. Eph 2:8-9.

Sometimes I have trouble believing that Jesus will save me, but I cried out to him. Satan probably is lying to me daily to create fear.

Thank you for taking time to respond. I want to be saved and do better at pleasing God/obeying his commandments both new and old testament commandments.

Dear Margaret , my heart breaks for you and I can only imagine your despair . Personally I think that blind people are some of the bravest people alive . I hope , and pray to God that you do not loose your sight completely . Please know that your children need you desperately , even if you can't see you can still be a loving and supportive mom , they need you because no one on this earth loves them as much as you and they need your love every day . I don't know what kinds of help there is available for people in your circumstances but I hate to think that there isn't plenty of help out there , from the government , charities and your local church , you must plan for your future and look into all of these things straight away . I don't know if you have a good friend or family member that you can trust , if you do , talk honestly to them soon . You need practical help and support . God loves you and your children very much and He gave you to each other for a very good reason . I feel your pain and fear , I really do , but you must not give up , your children need their mom and God gave them to you because He knows you are the best mom for them . Please go on the 'request a prayer ' section of this site and ask , you will receive Margaret . Your post will stay in my heart for a long time . Put yourself in God's hands and pray to Him every day , thank Him for your lovely children and ask Him to provide for you all and He will . May God bless you all every day with every thing you need . Much love in Christ .

    Brothern.

    Beware of doctrines demons.

There are some that supposedly have a deeper understanding of the word of God that has crept in the church.

Strategically they converse with you, " Not to convert you but to use the platform you provide them to confuse the simple.

They stand in the way of salvation for those who seek Christ through his word.

    ENCOURAGEMENT.

However God is aware of Satan's tares in the congregation, And he that the Lord calls WILL come to him!!

Jude 1:4. For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

Galatians 1:8-9. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

2 John 1:10-11. If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:

For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.

    Encouragement!!

The gates of hell shall not prevail against the Church.

    Matthew 16:18.

    God bless.

    Ed, WHAT IF:

A parable is hidden inside the physical creation describe in the first chapters of Genesis?

We know from the parables in the new testament that we are the garden of God (garden of eden).

The tree of THE KNOWLEDGE of good and evil was in the midst of the garden (we are the garden).

THE FRUIT of the tree IS KNOWLEDGE of good and evil.

This same KNOWLEDGE exist in the FATHER and the SON.

Genesis 3:22 And the Lord God said, Behold, the man has become like ONE OF US (gods) to know good and evil ....

Psalms 82:6 I have said. Ye are gods: and all of you are the children of the most high.

WHAT IF? Through TRUTH and KNOWLEDGE you are being created in to THE IMAGE OF CHRIST.

We cannot go to Heaven as the Kingdom of heaven has to come to us via his Word that heavenly seed as Jesus said his words are the seeds of the Kingdom of God...As our lord says neither here nor there but with in you...It can only come via a Heavenly Birth via his seeds the contents of the book and to whom the word came it made them Gods...Thats y he has to know us..Simply b/c we are gona be married to God..Thus we are gonna be made 1 with God...Thats y Jesus is saying thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth in man as it is in heaven the spirit...As God is spirit... Matthew 13 : 19 KJV...Jesus said the Kingdom of heaven is as a man who sows seed in his field...And them that understand are that field where that good seed is sown in our hearts etc.

..But here is the kicker..Jesus said unless you receive the Kingdom of GOD as a lil Child..This is impling that good seed is the seed of the bridegroom...which is his Word...Thus the wheat is a baby Christ which is the H.G. that Child of Promise...When he breathe on them that was his word as his words are his SEEDS that is gona form that Child of Promise in US...He was propagating very God when he breathe on them as the Children was spirit the H.G that Child of Promise which is God the ....He will multiply after the God kind meaning Gods not flesh and blood Children..But spritual Children an Israel of God that is gonna be born in us sinners...our joint heir is the H.G. the Israel of God...And a Kingdom.

... Romans 9 : 8 The Children of Flesh are not the Children of God its the Children of Promise that are counted for that good seed...But now its not Sarah that is gonna have a baby,..its humanity that is gona birth the Children of Promise which is the H.G. the Children of Promise...But we are just a joint heir with the H.G.....which is our new innerman...10 times in the new testament it speak of us needing to birth a new innerman which is the H.G. We refer to the H.G. as the Promise b/c he is the multiplication of Jesus.

Lesley, How do you know if it is bad.

Joseph, was sold into slavery by his brothers, cast into prison for ten years, but look what Joseph learned:

Genesis 50:20 But as for you (Joseph's brothers), ye thought evil against me: but God meant it to good, TO BRING TO PASS, as it is this day, TO SAVE MUCH PEOPLE ALIVE.

God does nothing, even causing what appears to be bad, that doesn't turn out to be perfect.

We can't see the END, from the BEGINNING, he can:

TRUST IN GOD HE NEVER FAILS.

I live in the USA. My wife lives in Australia. We're being kept apart because of the vaccine passport mandates put in place for international flights. Neither of us will ever allow ourselves to take a covid mRNA vaccine because we believe that it would defile our temples (our body). We both believe that it might condemn us if we allow that vaccine to alter our RNA which God gave us.

Please pray that God will bring us together again and let us stay together. Please pray for Darrell and Alisa to be reunited. Please pray for us. Pray that the vaccine passport mandates for international travel are ended or that her Religious exemption request will be granted, so that we may be together again. I miss my wife and she misses me.
