    Continued:

    Yehshua also said Revelation 6:11

"And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled."

so for those who think they are going to be whisked away are deluded to think so. Understand the rapture is at the END of the Millennium the 1000 years.

only those saved during the tribulation will have our Creators MARK IN THEIR FOREHEADS (Mind) basically what you believe to be true.

    Revelation 7:3

"Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads." 144,000 first fruits

i believe from scripture that number of first fruits is 153 the parable of the fish caught in the net John 21:11

I believe the number gathered is 33.333% of the world population

    Jeremiah 31:34

"And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more."

These are the people that the ALMIGHTY will protect under HIS WINGS during the tribulation.

Yehshua said in MATTHEW Elijah will come first RESTORE ALL THINGS? Before HIS COMING?

WHAT DO YOU THINK? IS BEING RESTORED? His Laws, His Statues, His Judgements, His Sabbath and holy set apart days the world are ignorant to or deceived into worshiping on the wrong days!!! of course HE allowed for all this to happen, because His Word tells us this would happen. Matthew 15:9

"But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men."

the 7 year tribulation is a LIE so is a THIRD TEMPLE BEING BUILT LIES!!!!!. YOU, WE are the Temple, Yehshua is the Head He was also our Creators first witness

you need to understand Zechariah 4:14

Hiya Patricia...Gbu ...But not only is there violence in Heaven but John saw war in heaven...Meaning in the spirit... Rev 12 :10...The H.G. is the Kingdom ...Remember soon as Jesus was born the devil was trying to kill him...And in Rev 12 the dragon satan is trying to kill the Manchild...Which is the H.G. a baby Christ ...Thats y Jesus tells us there is gonna be kingdom against Kingdom...Nation against Nation...The Kingdom of God is not in meat or drink but in joy and peace in the H.G....Thats y satan wants to sow a tare in us to destroy the wheat....And the wheat is the H.G. A baby Christ....Simply b/c the sower of that good seed is Christ the Bridegroom...Thus the wheat is a Baby Christ...And satan is the father of the tares....When Jesus said that which is born of the SPIRIT IS SPIRIT thats the H.G. a Baby Christ...An Israel of God...A new nation of Israel via the seed of Christ Thus an Israel that cannot sin...As him that is born of God cannot sin.

.....Thats y Jesus is telling us Unless ya receive the Kingdom as lil Child you will in no wise enter there in...Thats y the New birth is so important....But Satan is not gonna let this happen thus he sows a tare in us to destroy the Wheat...In Rev 12 the dragon tries to destroy the WOMAN and her Child the H.G The kingdom in us...in Humanity...The field is the world where that good seed will be sown....

......But Jesus said where the Body is there will the eagles be gathered together....Jesus said that he wd send the reapers to gather the tares and burn them....The reapers are the eagles that are gonna devour the tares from our Bodies...As our God is a consuming fire that is gona consume satan and his tares..Our bodies are the tabernacle of the H.G. the wheat...The tares are gona be destroyed from our bodies....But we see a great war coming in the spirit....Kingdom against Kingdom

.....She brought forth Manchild that is gona rule all nations....And there was war in heaven Michael and his angels fought....ok

    .....

The text in I. CORINTHIANS 8:1 should read --- 8:1 Now (concerning) the things offered to idols, we know that we all have knowledge. (Knowledge puffeth up, but love buildeth up.

The chapter 1-13 is THINGS OFFERED TO IDOLS.Knowledge brings liberty to oneself.Liberty may cause stumbling to others.

The altar is the only place where our sacrifice will be excepted! It is the place of holiness, consecrated by an ordained and called servent of God!

The difference between the old Testement, and the altar we have now, is , the priest we have now, is in the man, Christ Jesus.

You can hear His words outside the temple, as He says there shall not be left one stone upon another.

This temple that He speaks of, enthralls the alter, an alter of the old covenant. A covenant that would soon be revealed!

An alter that exsists in the sight of a decieved people, a people who worship themselves, the creature, and not the creator!

This temple built by man, this alter, shall not last!

You can count the days, these the prophets and apostles have spoke of.

This new alter has been established for everyone. An alter given unto all men, not just the few, and the proud.

This alter has the permanent blood sacrifice, the permanent odor of sacrifice! This is the new altar the only place that God the Father recognizes your and mine sacrifice! The ultimate sacrifice of His only begotton Son!

How dose one go about putting the Ax to the root?
  • SwordBearer - In Reply on Acts 17 - 3 years ago
Something you possibly have never heard before.

The Kingdom of God is within you, you are the Temple of the living God.

In your brain is a part called the Fornix, which is tied to the Zodiac Sign Fornax. Fornix is the root of fornicate.

    Define Fornix; fornix (n.)

from 1680s in reference to various arched formations (especially in anatomy), from Latin fornix "arch, vaulted chamber, cellar, vaulted opening," probably an extension, based on appearance, from a source akin to fornus "brick oven of arched or domed shape" (from PIE root *gwher- "to heat, warm").

    *gwher-

Proto-Indo-European root meaning "to heat, warm."

It forms all or part of: brand; brandish; brandy; brimstone; brindled; forceps; Fornax; fornicate; fornication; fornix; furnace; hypothermia; thermal; thermo-; Thermopylae; Thermos.

It is the hypothetical source of/evidence for its existence is provided by: Sanskrit gharmah "heat;" Old Persian Garmapada-, name of the fourth month, corresponding to June/July, from garma- "heat;" Hittite war- "to burn;" Armenian jerm "warm;" Greek thermos "warm;" Latin formus "warm," fornax "oven;" Old Irish fogeir "heated;" Old English brnan "to kindle."

    Fornax (n.)

goddess of ovens in ancient Rome, from Latin fornax "furnace, oven, kiln" (from PIE root *gwher- "to heat, warm"). The dim constellation (representing a chemical furnace) was created by French astronomer Nicolas Louis de La Caille in 1752.

So, as you may be pondering all the scriptures that relate... Set FIRE on the Earth, Luke 12:49

    50But I have a baptism to be baptized with;

There are 5 stages of Consciousness to the elevation of the Human Mind. Earth, the whole Body, Water a symbol of Truth in you. Air, advanced stage of profound meditation where our thoughts are replaced by God's thought, where we rise to meet Jesus in the Air. Then comes the Spirit and we are Transformed wholly by the renewing of the Mind, to the Final 5th stage

    Heaven is brought to Earth.

It starts by proper prayer. Matt 6:6-

Gigi You mention about Jesus being beaten pretty bad, he was actually

Beaten beyond human recognition which is why no one wanted to look at

Him and when you work the gospels he never carried the wooden cross

Because he physically could not. Someone of Cyrene was made to carry

    The cross for him.

    I. CORINTHIANS 15:52 In a atom of time, in the twinkling of an eye, in the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

At the last trumpet sound, (Christ returns) and we all shall be changed,,,...,,,... changed into what? (Spiritual Bodies),,, all flesh instantly dies.

Find my post on "For what it's worth" for enlightenment of the dead shall be raised first.

Upon being changed, there is no population of Flesh/people on Earth anymore, ever amen.

The battle of Armageddon Rev 16:16 and Hamon-GOG Ezekiel 38, 39 The Judgement on Enemies, are two separate battles at the same time in two separate locations, and it pertains to the King of the North coming against the King of the south just (BEFORE) the moment of Christ's return when ALL are changed, The Earth will be a graveyard.

A lifetime of struggle under the poverty line. All min wage jobs, one after another, paycheck to paycheck, never enough to save. I live in dangerous apt complex with murder, hijackings, etc. I have no savings to retire. Stamina, energy, health waning as I get older. Bad back, over exhaustion. Got fired from another crap job and find myself unemployed yet again. Rent got raised by 25 percent. Car troubles. Tired of the struggle. I want the American dream. I want to buy a house and retire. I want to win the lottery. And if I do I will pay it fore-ward. As I'm pushing 60, with brain fog, severe exhaustion, I just want things to get easier. The easy yolk of which Jesus spoke. I've done the hard yoke. I want the bitter cup removed. I drank 3/4 of it. No more, please. Matthew 18:19-20 - Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. Please agree with me in Christ's name that my health, finances, improve. And for that matter, relationships improve, or lack thereof. I suffer social phobia. I have no friends, wife. I could go on and on. I just want to be happy. That isn't a sin, btw, to want to be happy. John 10:10- I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." Jesus said, "I wish that you may prosper and be in good health even as your soul prospereth." 3 John 1:2. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.-- Mark 11:24.

That's a big topic Jewelgh & hope you get other answers. I would first make a distinction between slavery & the slave trade. Slavery was acceptable in the Bible but trading in slaves was not ( Exodus 21:16): & punishable with death.

    1. Slavery was normal amongst the Hebrews because some people needed to survive because of their circumstances. Slaves could be taken from their own people or from outsiders. Hebrews could become slaves because of committing crime ( Exodus 22:3); having a debt they couldn't pay ( Leviticus 25:39,40), but treated as a hired servant; or a father's right to sell their children to pay off money borrowed for taxes ( Nehemiah 5:4,5). Foreigners could become slaves: either they were prisoners of war or purchased from their owners ( Leviticus 25:44,45).

    2. Slavery was fine because God had permitted it to happen ( Exodus 21:1-11), but under strict conditions (as shown in Leviticus chap 25). To note, that Hebrew slaves were to be treated kindly as one would a hired servant & not a slave ( Leviticus 25:39-43). What we know as slavery today (whether from the past or even happening now in some parts of the world), is both wrong & cruel, when they are treated like animals. So slavery then amongst the Hebrews, could be better understood as bondservants, as 'slavery' gives us a wrong connotation.

    3. The Hebrew word for slave or bondservant is 'ebed'. So, the meaning is the same, but how they were treated was important. In the NT, we can take 1 Corinthians 7:21,22 as an example. The word 'servant' is used thrice in these verses: as a servant to man & as a servant to the Lord. In both instances, the Greek word is 'doulos', where both slave, servant, bondservant can be used. This denotes the dedicated duty to service rather than bonded into agonizing slavery.

    4. As mentioned, 'slavery' has an evil connotation today & could never be a good thing when practised by ungodly men. But it can be a state of happy servitude where kindness & freedom is given.

Verily I/Jesus say unto you, Among them that are brought forth by woman there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: But from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the forceful ones lay hold of it.

This is speaking about the they who try and take the Kingdom by force,,, taken by force or attempts to, is a violent act...(it's not passive) "If any one forces himself in, his offering was not acceptable."Those who fulfilled the conditions had the Father's good wishes.

For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John.

And if ye are willing to receive it, he/John represents Elijah/The Spirit Of, which is about to come. Praise God

What are the significances of "the altar" of the Old and New Testaments?
  • Carole on Revelation 4 - 3 years ago
In one of the prophets of old there is a description of what appears to be a vehicle, not of this world; I remember thinking at the time he couldn't describe it very well because he didn't understand what it was. Does anyone know to what chapter and verse I am referring?
  • Dr. Lyle Lee on James 1 - 3 years ago
James 1:18 Here the apostle reveals our spirit as being saved, by using two words, begat and firstfruits, both of which speak about the human spirit as being resurrected. When reading Psalms 2:7 and Hebrews 1:5 the word begat or begotten refers unto the day when God would resurrect the body of the Lord Jesus, thus creating the doctrine of resurrection in interpretation. Then in Leviticus 23 we are taught of the feast known as the firstfruits, the first feast happened on April 14 as the Passover, then the next feast called unleavened bread happened on April 15, finally on April the 16TH the feast of firstfruits took place. These three feats speak about Christ dying on Friday as our Passover, in the grave on Saturday as our unleavened bread, and rose the third day being Sunday, as our first fruits. It was the third day that God resurrected him, meaning the name reveals the resurrection. 1 Cor.15:23

James 1:21 Here is this verse the apostle now deals with the salvation of the soul as being separate from that of the spirit, for he insists that our soul will be saved by the engrafted word, not by faith without works in Calvary. Now we know that the only thing that was engrafted into every Christian on the day of salvation as an unconditional promise was the Ten Commandments in the heart, also known as the new covenant. For this reason he continues to teach in chapter 2 about this very thought and testified that faith without works is dead, meaning when it comes to saving our souls, rather we must have faith with works, from obeying with meekness the Ten Commandments written in the heart, he calls this the royal law and the law of liberty in James 2:8 and 2:12

Hello Takako. Actually, from Isaiah 52:13-15 to Isaiah 53:1-12 (from the Old Testament), are prophecies about One coming Who would find fulfilment in the Person of Jesus Christ & the suffering He had to endure to make payment for our sins. Isaiah didn't know His Name - only what God revealed to Him in this Word given to him.

So yes, Isaiah 53:3 does show how Christ, in the New Testament accounts, was rejected by so many, when He had so much love for people, even to those who hated Him. Yet that love did not cause Him to turn away from such a shameful agonizing death. He knew that only if He died would mankind have any hope to live as God intended.
  • Dr. Lyle Lee on James 2 - 3 years ago
James 2:8 and :12 both the royal law and the law of liberty are the same law, this refers unto the Law of God, also known as the Moral Law. For the Christian, this law was written in the heart of every believer on the day of salvation as part of all unconditional promises, which is also known as the new covenant. The significance of this law, is that it alone has the power to save our soul, after our spirit was saved by faith without works. James 1:21 Meaning if we would through meekness obey this engrafted word that was written in our hearts on the day of salvation, then can we now obtain the salvation of our soul.

Hi James. Are you referring to Genesis 28:17, "And he was afraid, and said, How dreadful is this place! this is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven." This story is about Jacob who had a dream & the LORD had spoken to him. Therefore, upon his awakening he believed that the place he was at was at the threshold (or, gate) of Heaven.

There are references to other gates in Revelation 21:10-14 but these pertain to the New Jerusalem (not Heaven) prepared of God to be placed on the new Earth, an Earth where sin & its stain will no more be found. Were you thinking of another Scripture?

Gerry this is a metaphor . Birds , usually the females but some males also , will shield their young under their outspread wings . This may be done to protect them from the very hot sun or to keep the chicks warm or to shield them from the sight of flying predators that can easily snatch up a young chick . The Bible is full of metaphors that often pertain to farming or wildlife . This is because the people of the time would understand these metaphors quickly and easily as they often lived lives around farming and livestock . Many of us are not knowledgeable about these things any more as we live city based lives .
