God has a way of proving us.

Will you make the right decisions concerning your faith while confronted with trials.

    Money, power, greed, will end.

Unlike Christ word, when we here Him say to Peter, that Satan desired to sift Him like wheat!

The flesh is weak when it comes to the things of God and the world. Strength , power, in the matters of the kingdom ,takes proving!

We cannot succeed in doing His will until our strength is made perfect! This cannot happen until we are made weak!

The days ahead, rest assured, will do His will as long as you are in it! Life is more than meat, and the body raiment.

Pray that He comes before we see those days of judgment! Abide in Him, for He cares for you. Christ knew the heart of Peter, just as He knows yours and mine! PRAY! WITHOUT CEASING! That Satan will not sift you and I like wheat!

    Repent and be Baptized

Ezekiel 38:1-7 This is what's happening here:

vs 1-3 God despises Gog (Russia) for various reasons, like selling his birthright to Jacob.

vs 4 God will keep Gog down, contained, put hooks in his jaws, until the end of days, when God brings Gog forth against Israel.

vs 17 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Art thou he of whom I have spoken in old time by my servants the prophets of Israel, which prophesied in those days many years that I would bring thee against them?

vs 5-6 Iran, Ethiopia, Libya and more invading from all sides at the day of the Lord.

vs 7 Russia will protect its allies at all costs.

I'm feeling farther and farther away from the Lord. I don't know how else to explain it, but Im not having any desire to read His Word or to walk in the Spirit. It feels like I'm giving up, but at the same time I don't want to, I know what God has done for me, I know how He sent His Son to die on the cross for me, but my life isn't showing I know this.

I'm asking for your prayers that I would get back to serving the Lord whole heartedly, seeking after Him in all things. Please pray that no matter what circumstance I'm in, that I'd look to Him for guidance and strength.

Please also pray for my family. My dad has been acting very strange recently, getting very angry at little things. It's affecting our family in a very bad way and I think it's drawing us away from the Lord. Please pray that we would put our focus where it needs to be.

I can't thank you enough for your prayers.

    Richard,

Nebuchadnezzar fulfilled Isaiah 17 in Assyria, 616 BC. No mater how hard the US and ISIS tried, they couldn't topple Syria. It was the little horn, Daniel 7:8 Russia, that saved Syria from America.

The unwalled villages are the 3 nations anti-christ plucks after his "evil thought", Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish.

Israel gets land expansion when Christ comes, not before. Look up the "greater Israel project" to see that Israel used the US to carve a buffer zone between Israel and its enemies. Nothing good is coming Israel's way for a long time. Israel will soon have their hands full with captivity, again Joel 3:1

Hello Keron. I believe this verse, Titus 3:5, speaks to us of a one-time act of the Holy Spirit. As you read from verse 4, we can understand that "the kindness and love of God our Saviour" continues onto verse 6, "Which (Love - that Love of God) he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour", with verse 5 being parenthetical between verses 4 & 6.

So Paul is writing about God's Love poured out to us through His Son; & to receive His Love & appropriate it in our lives, the work of His Holy Spirit has to be involved. This work cannot be done by us ("Not by works of righteousness which WE have done", v5), but can only be done & done perfectly by the Holy Spirit. So the rest of verse 5 tells us that the Spirit washes us (our hearts) clean to give us a regenerated life, & also renews us (giving us His Spirit, Acts 10:45, that we can & should 'from henceforth no longer live for ourselves but to live for Christ'). All this simply cannot be done by our volition or power - only by the Spirit & Power of God.

Some folk believe that the "washing of regeneration" pertains to the regenerative act being accomplished when one is water baptized. And this alludes to the 'laver (basin) of washing', i.e. water baptism for whence comes the full regenerative work in a believer. I don't subscribe to this & Scripture doesn't support an extra act to complete regeneration, which would mean something done that is added to saving faith, which then negates the real meaning of 'faith'. Rather, I think of Paul, who also writes about the Church in Ephesians 5:25-27, that not only individually, but also corporately (the Church) whom Christ loves by sanctifying & washing it with the water by the Word, so that she might be presented spotless & faultless in that day. Here we see the same author (Paul), using water as a metaphor of purifying the Body of believers, just as His Spirit washes our individual hearts clean from all past sins & filthiness that once separated us from God.

Jesus knew that Judas would betray him. He was called a son of perdition

"Even my own familiar friend in whom I trusted, Who ate my bread, Has lifted up his heel against me. ( Psalm 41:9 NKJV)"

Judas was holder of the monies, and he betrayed Jesus for 30 pieces of silver. When it was done, that demon left him__Judas hung himself and scripture said his abdomen poured out his innards.

In the first book of Acts, the 11 Disciples met and chose another 12th Disciple.

    Alex N,

The Holy Spirit is the gift of God, our heavenly Father gave us so we could understand what's written. Everlasting Father is a title for Jesus. The scriptures bare this out unless I am mistaken.

Below, it appears as though God gave the Holy Spirit to Jesus and Jesus gave it to us. God's the boss, all spirits go back to God, Ecclesiastes 12:7

    Acts 2:33

33 Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.

Hello GIGI, I am ok enough. I envy the retirement time! After working durning the day my eye after first surgery just does not want to read or write much. A second surgery is coming soon and hopefully I will be better then. After the surgery our family is planning a trip your way to the Olympic Peninsula area for a wedding. I hope you and family are well! God bless your faithfulness and kindness.

Thank you Father, for giving us an example of how to stand up to the rigors of preaching the Word of God. The obedience and discipline to be like Jeremiah in declaring the Gospel of Christ Jesus in the face of massive discord and the intentional back lash for telling the truth. May we be strong in the face of many who are against the will of God.

Help us to be continually in prayer for the lost, and our leaders. May they find the Lord Jesus Christ first in salvation, then using the wisdom of the Lord- read His word, and call Him in prayer.

Thank you Lord Jesus Christ for the joy and peace we have in You. February 26, 2022

Dear D, I'm praying for you right now. Thanks for the courage to reach out and share your burden. I trust that your cries to God are heard and that He will provide you a way out. Maybe the exit is already there.

If this were me, physical abuse is a deal breaker and immediately breaks the covenant of marriage. It is evil. It is sin. It does irrepairable damage. It violated the wedding vows. For me if it happened even once, it's over and I would leave immediately to protect yourself and children. No amount of thought, dialog, or time will repair that violation of trust and safety. You have a responsibility to protect your children and yourself. I would do absolutely anything to leave immediately. I would sleep in the car if I had to, I would sleep in a shelter if I had to, I would camp out if I had to, anything and everything to get out of danger immediately. After leaving I would then be on the phone and would pursue every person I've ever met, would pursue all avenues through churches, I would seek all programs, and would never stop until I find more places to go, but I would leave immediately in faith that God would provide for your needs. No one deserves to be abused, it's wrong 100% of the time, and someone always deserves better. You and your children deserve better and I think change for the better will start to happen when you walk out the door into safety. Do you have family or a friend you could stay with tonight? God bless you.

    Alex N,

I made the Ezekiel 38 case more concise; clearer.

Ezekiel 38:9 is the first land covered by a cloud (US) vs 8 "is gathered out of many people", and

Ezekiel 38:16 is the other land covered by a cloud (Israel) vs 15 "all of them riding horses".

    Hi Rich,

Good reply. Many have asked about Judas' judgment. But this side of heaven, I really do not think that nay of use can really know. This determination is really up to God. I think that there is hope for anyone who repents. I, myself, don't feel that I can judge the value of Judas' repentance. I just believe that God is merciful and leave the judgment to Him.

Hello Carleton. Hope to hear more from you. Are you doing o.k.? I know some people are much more busy than I am, being retired. But we want to check up on each other to be sure that things are going well, and if not, how we can pray for one another.
