God amazes me.

My bible says that the holy spirit came out of the heaven's as Jesus's was being baptized like a dove it is not written that the holy spirit was a dove. My bible says he the holy spirit came in a bodily form not the form of a dove but descended like a dove. When a dove is landing it makes a whispering soft gentle sound that is very peaceful spirit filled and gentle as soft wind. The holy spirit is a being not a gas a vapor or a ghost. The Holy Spirit was here when God formed the heavens and the earth .Back in Genesis when god said let's us make man in our image The Holy Spirit was there and so was God and his son who now sits on the right hand side of his Father. So Where is it stated that the holy spirt came descending out of the heavens in the bodily shape of a dove. As new translations of our HOLY BIBLE are made we have some need for wisdom as to understand that we should not get away from the fact that Gods written word is not to be changed to how we want it to read.

I agreed with what you posted on the flesh Jesus was born in, the same as the first Adam, without the stain of sin which comes the penalty of death. Jesus started just like the first Adam and as the first Adam being pure without sin and death had no hold on him, he could obey or disobey. He chose to disobey; the last Adam chose to obey.

When God made the covenant with Israel, it was a covenant of works, obeying the commandments of God that Adam failed to do. Because of Adam's sin, we are born corrupt and cannot please God apart from grace. For this covenant to be fulfilled a man had to live his entire life without sin, a perfect life. Jesus was not only tempted by Satan He was tempted as you and I, His entire life, Hebrews 2:14-18

If Jesus was incapable of sinning, the fulfillment of the law and the covenant would be a farce.

The other part of your reply involves Luke 16, and the thief next to Jesus, I am sorry I do not agree, my understanding is different.

If we look at John 8:24-28, we see in Matthew 27:54 Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God. Their mouths were shut.

Im a bit confused as to why Ham was cursed at the end of chapter 9 in Geniuses. "Noah woke up and knew what was done onto Him," the Bible states. Why was it such a big deal for Ham to walk in on his father being naked and tell his older brothers? I think that his telling someone was better than letting his father just be naked. At these times, why was seeing his father naked such a big deal?

Remember when you ask Mother or Dad about a thing, you may experience their stony response. This is the evidence of what a stone nature looks like. Or the question concerning, abortion, same sex marriage, or even trans-sexual condition one says requires surgery! Your reaction should be as a stone, No reaction!

How we respond to the condition around us will require a stone like response, yet sanctified and justified with the blood of Christ! We as stones have been sprinkled with His blood through Baptism, a baptism that is reserved in heaven through the reminder of Holy Communion given unto those who trust and believe the Gospel! Sam, Donna, Cindy thank you for the praises. but I'm sorry to say the deal fell through and we are back to square one. the same for my son's and my employment opportunities. I can't fix anything and I don't know where the problem is. My family is at everyone else's mercy.

I was healed a month ago, after physical therapy on my shoulder. I came home and cried out to Jesus to heal me.

Later I put my arm up on the back of the sofa, no pain! Then I touched the center of my back. No pain!

I waved both arms and danced around.

Called the PT people and said Jesus healed my arm and I wouldn't be back.

In the gospels, people called out to Jesus, and he healed everyone who asked. I'm 70. I've been healed many times. I do think we should have regular check ups too.

I've prayed for people in the prayer room and they emailed me that they were healed, which is pure joy to hear. Jesus knows who's touching him with faith.

I think we should all pray for spring to come early :D

We need some sunshine, and blue skies to restore our joy in Gods creation.

This chapter carries the statutes (according to verse 27) showing results of all those evils committed by the surrounding nations; hence bringing the wrath of God and destruction. These acts seem to encompass this whole chapter and include uncovering nakedness in general (v. 1-18); adultery (v. 20); child sacrifice (v. 21); sodomy (v. 22); and bestiality (v. 23). The land was said to "vomit out its inhabitants" (v. 25) with a warning for Israel of the same thing happening in verse 28.

Therefore; we see the results of these sins in pagan nations in general (certainly the same sort of things have occurred throughout the earth in such societies). God in His appointed time destroyed those nations and Israel wasn't immune to the same response from the Lord.

In addition to this; many giant offspring (first mentioned in Genesis 6) had their offspring (whose "ites" were listed among 10 giant nations in Deuteronomy). These represented areas the Lord utterly wiped out; and no doubt inspired the idol worship of others who were enamored by their supernatural strength and accomplishments; which certainly fit in to Satan's scheme.

Sadly; all these sins were to affect Israel and or Judah after these admonitions. God had warned them before this; when they were still in exile that they were not to follow the customs or adopt the gods of these nations which would be a snare unto them; neither intermarry. This warning was also given to Solomon; who went from the richest man on earth who had the honor of rebuilding the Temple and had praise and respect from his neighbors and peace with the nations to a man of compromise at best. All his promises of descendants ruling would have to be deferred until the Messiah came. Satan when he couldn't succeed in corrupting all the seed of men would usually succeed in bringing down those who could have maintained Israel as a great nation. The Lord foresaw all this but it is sad to see man's disobedience throughout scripture.

I need your prayers. I trusted my sister n law, that I could live here till death. the house belongs to her and mother n law. Agreement was we pay taxes and insurance and upkeep. I put my life savings in this house, to make it the home I would spend the rest of my life in. mother n law died, Johnny died 2 years ago, now she says move. I am no longer able to work, put all my money in this place. when we moved here she was offered $8000 for it, now after our work and money she can sell for 300000. I only draw $850 SS. can;t find a place I can afford with my 3 animals. please pray for me to stop having these awful thoughts of revenge, I wouldn't do any of them but I keep thinking of ways to make her feel bad. I don't want to be that way. Ican live in a tent as long as there is some where to plug my oxygyn in. please pray for the bad thoughts to stop. thank you

If the Holy ghost is always with us or in us. What is the washing all about, and are we being regenerated every day? My question is coming from this portion of scripture in Titus 3:5 part (B) per say. Where it states He saved us by the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Ghost. I want to add I really appreciate the help in understanding the scriptures.

Thank you Richard , I enjoy your thought provoking posts . I especially like that your mind is open and you don't try to tell me for definate what's going to happen . It feels more like a conversation than a lecture with you . I have to be honest , I'm very excited by what is going on .My heart goes out to those poor Ukrainians but I try to remember that Gods eyes are there and He can see everything . Did you know that Moscow is on the same longitude as Jerusalem ? Putin has a few allies in the middle East and I'm sure all this has been meticulously planned with China eyeing up all of the south east for itself . Putin want northern Europe . We all know who the enemies of Israel are , and these three are all quite friendly with each other , suprise suprise . It's hard for me to contain my excitement ! I think I need to pray daily for the peace of Jerusalem , which is of course the return of Christ and for God's continuing mercies to be upon all flesh . I also feel the need to talk more about this to my loved ones who don't believe . It breaks my heart honestly . I already know that none of them are even slightly interested as I've tried before and they all just look at me as if to say : oh , I didn't realise that Suzanne is a bit crazy . Christ is coming ! I'm so happy excited overwhelmed and I've never felt such peace . I'm totally calm and unafraid . Nothing in this life can touch my joy . It's hard keeping it all in , I feel as if there is an enormous flock of sparrows singing in my heart !

Praise God David that God's ways are higher than our ways, amen. God allowed his servant, our President Donald John Trumph to be elected to show the corruption in both our state and federal governments. We struggle not with flesh but spiritual wickedness in high places. The major news media, and bad actors in both parties, with the exception of a few in both parties, (only 2 democrats) are shown to be fomenting strong delusions through out this once great republic. Never before was there such a grand conspiresy and treason by so many in this country. God has exposed and revealed them and I believe that many eyes are opened to these evil and lawless people. I believe that God will sow confusion and failure among them because nothing is hidden from him. Amen

It came alive for me this morning as I sat down with the word of God. That the same God who filled the disciples with the Holy Spirit is the same today! In Him There is no changing shadow. No change, He has said His!

I'm not scared, but very sad, my spirit just wants to cry. For all the misery we humans can do to each other. 2000+ years, many many wars. Then someone invents an excuse to start a war again, in the world that we can so proudly say democratic. After Mikhail Gorbatsjov, the Russians have also been democratic but still leaned to red. We have the Lord to lean on, we have another hope than to perish. We reach for what is in front of us and do not turn our eyes away from Jesus.

There is no reason today to get upset dear friends. Because we know as Michael says here, the mark of the beast must come first, even though we have had it among us for many years. Has no authority yet declared that we must global have the cip implant. Of course, the chip can come fast now, and then dear friends we have to fend for ourselves. Committed to the Holy Spirit in faith that can move mountains. And I think He has an exit for us :) Amen.
