You will get differing opinions on this, so I suggest studying Scriptures carefully that people give to support their view.
Me, personally, I think Jesus is coming back one more time. I believe his because Jesus did not say He'd come two more times. Mark 13:24-27 speaks of His return after the tribulation. See also:
Matthew 25:31-33, Matthew 24:23-31
So, for me, I want to live with going through the tribulation in mind, having the faith, strength of character, resolve , and love of Christ that the early Christian martyrs had.
If Jesus comes back before that, then - I will be ready, too.

I always recommend beginners to begin reading the four gospels . They tell us about Jesus, our Savior, and His life and words. We should get to
know the One who saved us as a first thing.
When I was a new believer, I began reading the gospels, starting with Matthew. Where to begin is an individual choice. I would ask the Lord to give you a hunger and desire for His word and for Him to show you where to start. I think it's different for each individual but I believe the Lord will lead you in the right direction.
You are correct, most people who claim to be believers cringe when they hear preaching or correction concerning repentance as meaning turning away from sin because many are taught an easy to swallow definition of repentance and also do not think believers need to repent since they have 'come to Jesus'.
But the reality is, we as believers need to repent every time we fall into sin, especially if it is a sinful habit. If we do not repent, then our hearts become hardened and we drift farther and farther into sinful ways.
That is why young people who leave the church (I read that 70-80% of young church going kids will leave the church as teens or young adults) often speak of the hypocrisy of adults as a reason. They say that the people in the church behave like the people outside of the church, and there is much truth to that.
Even so, there are many church fellowships that try to teach about godly living (not just the ones you mentioned) but the members don't heed the teaching or do not attend classes about it.
I believe that everyone will continue to sin in this life, even after conversion. And I think that Christians do enough willfully. If you are a believer and you lie, that is something you choose to do willfully. If you are a believer and you have axial relations with your boyfriend/girlfriend. You choose to do so willfully. If you are a believer and you choose to gossip about someone, you choose to do so will willingly. Anytime you do something you know is wrong, you are choosing to do so willingly. And I don't really think that any believer could say that after conversion they never chose to do something they knew was wrong to do. When you choose to do what you know is wrong you are using your will to choose to do it.
Some people employ semantic gymnastics to say there is a difference between choosing to commit a sin and willful sin. But they are both the same thing.
That's a good question! But it's not one I will be able to answer, So I thought I would share a bit of my confusion.
First of all God placed the Cherubim there to guard the "way" to the tree of Life.
I would like to know why did he put 2 Cherubim there as well, after all he drove Adam out!
Also why haven't anyone found it by now after several thousand years? It shouldn't be to hard to Identify it has 2 Cherubim guarding it!
Perhaps the garden of eve is in another dimension than what we see here, and the tree isn't being guarded against man!!
God definitely wouldn't need 2 Cherubim for me!!
We do know it shows up again In Revelation, And after Adam sinned he was forbidden to eat of it so he won't live forever in that fallen state.
Hopefully we get a better understanding from someone else.

Those who speak against the apostles are speaking ill of people who are not here to defend themselves. Thankfully, Scripture gives us the truth.
I believe Jesus knew more than anyone what yhesen believed and what they needed to learn before He ascended. To think that the Holy Spirit was going to do what Jesus could not is disturbing. God is a unity of persons and all three work together to accomplish the divine will.
If the Holy Spirit can regenerate people after Pentecost as the apostles preached the gospel, then Jesus could regenerate the apostles when He taught them the truth these men needed to know to believe in Him. They heard Him preach, learned from Him in intimate settings, observed His miracles, met with Him after He resurrected, saw Him ascend to heaven.
They knew who He was and what He had done for salvation before Pentecost. Jesus taught them these things before He ascended. To me, it is obvious that Jesus accomplished in each of His apostles prior to Pentecost the very saving faith that the apostles would see generated in others as they preached the gospel.
But I guess that some speak negative words about these men as if, it seeks, they think that they know Jesus better than the apostles did.
So, I speak up about this view because it isn't supported by the Word and this view can lead some to discount the writings and accounts of these apostles in the Scripture. It is important to not bear false witness against others, especially believers.

When God created Man on all he created he said it was Good!
So one would ask "how and why did Homosexuality come into the world?
Here's how and why.
Romans 1:21-27. Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
WHEREFORE GOD ALSO GAVE THEM UP TO UNCLEANNESS THROUGH THE LUSTS OF THEIR OWN HEARTS, TO DISHONOUR THEIR OWN BODIES between themselves:
Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
It came into the world as an form of curse for lack of better terms. Sin entered the world by one man "Adam" Romans 5:12.
All sin leads to Hell if a sinner is not turned from it by regeneration by the Spirit and caused to repented.
This behavior "Homosexuality" was initiated by worshipping and serving the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for!! We still do that today!!

The apostles did not deny or abandon Jesus they were confused, scared, shocked. They believed Jesus was the Messiah and the Son of God, they did not doubt that. Even though Jesus told them several times, Jesus being arrested, crucified, buried, and resurrected, Matthew 17:22-23, Matthew 20:18-19 John 20:9, and more. It was hidden from them. Luke 18:32-34. When He was arrested, crucified, and buried in a tomb they were in shock.
During the time they were with Jesus they thought He was going to set up the kingdom then. They even asked Him before He ascended if He was going to set up the kingdom, Acts 1:6. When He was killed, they did not know what to do, the Messiah, Jesus the Son of God was supposed to set up the kingdom, now He is dead. For three days they mourned and cried not knowing what they would do now.
Then Jesus told them when He met and ate with them and opened their eyes where they would understand, Luke 24:44-47. The purpose of His death and resurrection was hidden from them and Satan. Things was held from them and much they did not remember as Jesus told them in John 14:26.
We think about all the apostles were told and being with Jesus for 3.5 years how we would act if we were there. It is not that simple, as John wrote if everything that Jesus said was written down the world could not hold it, John 22:25.
They never lost their faith they were just in shock for three days and as we see 120 of the disciples were together at Pentecost,
