Wesley taught that a Christian can be totally sanctified in this life and therefore be perfect and not sin anymore.

This teaching gave birth to the "holiness" movement in the 1800's. You find this teaching in many Pentacostal type churches,

I believe that, while the Holy Spirit continually works sanctification in us, as long as we possess the sinful nature(which we do in this life) we will sin and our natural self is still corrupted by sin until we die. So, therefore, we will not be perfected in this life in being sinless or incorruptible.

Paul exhorts believers again and again to walk by the Spirit, live by the Spirit, and not to resist the Spirit so that we will not give in to the sinful nature in us. He knew that we would be battling against the sinful nature until we die.

But when we are ressurrected, our new bodies will be free of the curse of sin and our souls will be no longer have a sinful nature. We will be incorruptible by sin in eternal life and will no longer be tempted by sin. We will become sinless like the holy angels, finally receiving the fullness of our salvation.

Thank you so much. I have yearned so much to gain more of God's Word, that I might "Not" be unlearned of His Word. His Word is a light unto our Path and leads us to way that we should go. My desire is to be a Vessel to be used by God bringing unto Him His due Glory, and unto His Church here on earth, Victory is ours to win. All of this I do as "Unto the Lord", He has loved me before the foundation of this world. To shed light, to do His Will, follow the commands with Love and savor this World as Salt, is my responsibility, Romans 12:1, be Ye transformed. This is the least that I can do. I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Good News, the Grace of God, our Redemption, paid in full.

- I pray that Rachel will regain her faith, love and zeal for God, go to church, serve and be well, that she loves and heals us, that we stay in touch, that the Lord restores all marriages , work miracles in our lives, fast as much as possible, that we reconcile, never harden ourselves, lie, smoke, sin or be adulterous, to find a job, deliver us from fear, from worldliness, fast the possible, to strengthen ourselves, not to put ourselves under yokes, not to let ourselves be judged, to find discipline, to be happy, to wait three months, to expatriate ourselves, to confess our healings, to have good seasons, to succeed in a teaching competition and my studies/exams, to be better in English, to redo internships, to give thanks, to manage emotions and stress, to grow with Christ, not to hide things or be oppressed and to be independent. May he bless our finances and break our ties, give us support and families, regain strength and rest, not go to hospital or take treatment!! May the Lord bless and save our authorities, our directions, the Bible institutes, the universities and that the laws/programs/secularism change, to have good grades, that we can express ourselves, pray in tongues more than others, be always cheerful, let every man be slow to speak, quick to listen and slow to get angry, not to be rejected or bullied, not to hate or have arguments, to eat good things, to go to McDonald's, to recover and heal from insomnia, may the Lord smooth our ways and confirm prophecies, dreams, visions and dreams!! I pray that the Lord will unite and reconcile our loved ones (parents/grandparents, siblings, friends, neighbors, wife...), that they be saved, baptized in the Holy Spirit, as well as our promotions, that they go to church and read the Bible, may they seek the face of God and be born again, give us a new heart and spirit, may everyone enter into their gifts and calling, may children, young people and teachers be saved , deliver

Yes ,.. Paul is explaining that not everyone will be dead, in the flesh upon Jesus' 2nd coming, but instantly upon his feet touching the mount of olives , those alive in the flesh shall instantly be changed into there spiritual body's,.. that's how all of us can be sure, for upon his return we all will be in spiritual body's ,.. so if someone says Christ is here or Christ is there , do not believe,.. for we in the flesh, shall not be flesh when the real Jesus comes

I' going to offer you some practical information. Join the local Senior Center. This is what I did about five years ago.

I learned to play Bridge at the center and have met very many wonderful women. My other friends have taken up painting or pickleball. Or, the library in town may have a book club that meets once a month. You don't have to shut people out. You have options. Be brave. Life still has a lot to offer you.

Hi John. All the scripture says is that it will be written on the person. It does not say if it will be on the flesh or a spiritual mark. We are instructed not to add or take away things from the bible. But we do know if you get it, you can't be saved, and we know that Jesus came to save all those who would put their faith in him. So I think that is about as far as we can go.

Abba Father, I lift Momma up to your throne. You said where two or more are in agreement together there you are. We do not fully understand why sometimes you choose to take the little ones early but we trust and believe that it is for their benefit and that you will reward them 100x over for it. You said it yourself in the written word, "Let the little ones come to me, and do not forbid them for as such belongeth to the kingdom of heaven." SO we already know they are in Heave enjoying everything with you. But it is us who really need the prayer. May you strengthen Momma, and give her peace of mind that the baby is not lost, but in heaven. The Lord saw it fit not to impart any sin unto the baby but to grant him immediate entry into the kingdom. Of course, I pray all these things in Jesus name.

The Church will be taken out of the world.

No one by the Holyspirit would take the mark of the beast.

This don't take an extensive study of the word of God, It's written plainly. We hear to often people try to make the vaccine the mark of the beast.

You see, you can't be perfect phiscally but you can spiritually. You should always be working towards God, and that is how you be spritually perfect

For anyone to come in the presence of God he has to be perfect, Perhaps this is why no one has come in the presence of God and lived. That is what Christ came to through the work on the cross. Hebrews 10:12-17.

It is the spirit that work in you after conversion. Philippians 2:13. Philippians 1:6.

We are to be in agreement with the spirit and bare the fruit produced by the vine. John 15:1-8.

Anything that is done in the flesh and not through the influence of the spirit is not accepted, Your works will be tried by fire. 1 Corinthians 3:11-17.

That which is done in your own strength lacks the ability and authenticity to please God, but the spirit gives life to this fleshly nature captured in these sinful bodies. Romans 8:5-14.

It is important for a Christian to not attempt to ad to the finish work on the cross. ( We should acknowledge the works we do adds nothing to your salvation, that's been taken care of you can't loose it.)

In our walk we will stumble: 1 John 2:1. 1 John 1:7-10. Let's not loose sight of Philippians 1:6.

April, I'm praying for you and your prayers list. I'm getting a picture in my head right now of why it's so important to love your neighbors. I remember having bad neighbors. And I am sure I have been a bad neighbor. I am a better neighbor now that Jesus is the Lord of my life. How do we love our neighbors? I have asked myself that plenty of times. Sometimes by leaving them alone. Sometimes by protecting them from danger and harm. Sometimes by sharing things that I have extra of. Praying for them and their salvation. Being friendly. God has always moved bad neighbors who would not live in peace with me. So do your best to figure out what it is that God wants You to do. Don't do it and let him worry about the rest. Trust him. Just worship the Lord as much as you can with your praise music or your Bible reading or your prayer for your neighbors. I know you didn't ask for advice, In Christ's love amen

Praise the Lord! I pray my husband will be called back to work. He was lied off due to COVID. He's been offered a new job but the start date keep's getting pushed back. I pray the house sells and the water issue is repaired without extra cost. I pray for favor over my son's college life. He will be able to study and keep Gid first. He stay on track and live up to his full potential.

I believe you are looking for Revelation 12:14. Those eagle wings is seen here in Exodus 19:4. and Isaiah 40:31.

The fact that they're carried on eagles wings there is no need for protection from any nation. Their protection always came from the Lord and always will. Psalms 121:4-5.

Judas attempted to return the money but they would not accept it which further added to his guilt. Also Jesus had already spoken that one would betray him so they asked of Judas was a must. Not everyone will be saved and this is evident by the actions of Judas

There is in Daniel 7:4 The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it.

Some take prophecy and symbols like animals and put things together to fit theories about end times. Some put Great Britain and the United States. The Lion represents Great Britain, and the Eagle wings represent the United States of America. Bear means Russia, the leopard means Germany, the chief battle tank of Germany is the leopard tank (Panzer), and more.

Like the wings in Revelation 12:14, you can see in Exodus 19:4, this may give a better understanding of the term used. This could not be referring to either America or airlift by the United States. It has a meaning of caring for the young (children), like what Jesus said in Matthew 23:37.

There are seven-year periods for different things in the bible like seven-year Sabbath, seven years of plenty and then seven years of drought Joseph was given and more, but the seven years that have been placed at the end times is a theory, not in scripture. It is taken from Daniel 9:27 which in my understanding has been fulfilled. You will find only 3.5 years, 42 months, and 1260 days.

I'm sorry I just saw your reply, the meaning of your question is not totally clear. Evil has many faces; it is like the wolf that is dressed like a lamb, trickery, and deception. The meaning of being deceived can be, taken out of the way. James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
