"Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you."

    1Peter 5:7

I believe God has purpose. And the side its painful to accept but like the verse I share go to God humble yourselves and accept as your personal Saviour. For I know the Lord Jesus Christ loves and careth for you.

There can be a new song in your heart. Have you invited Christ to change you? He loves you. Casting all your care upon him, for he cares for you. Bible says that the lonely are brought into families. This loneliness and sorrow can be shared if you will find a faith family and join it. Our burdens are to be shared and carried by our Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Praying for you dear friend. The hurt you are experiencing is like no other I'm sure. Let the balm of Gilead, the salve of Christ touch your heart.

Greetings in the wonderful Name of Jesus Christ...

I am so sorry to hear about your daughter. My prayer for you:

YHWH, God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, I bring this sister to you. I lay her down at the feet of our Messiah Christ Jesus our Lord. I ask that You pour out Your love and blessings on her. Heal her from any pain, whether spiritual or physical, and comfort her in Your loving arms. Help her and guide her and protect her from the perilous pestilence, the midday demon (Ps.91) and all forces of darkness coming against her. Thank You for the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross. Thank you for the Truth - that Jesus Christ conquered death and ascended to heaven. We praise and glorify Your Holy Name. Amen.

    Blessings to you, my sister.

Moment by moment abiding in our Lord Jesus Christ is the answer to all our needs. In Him we live and move and have our being. He is the True Vine and we are the branches. Apart from Him we cant do anything that will last and we will wither and die if we are separated from Him. Every day when you wake up, fix your heart and mind on Jesus, deny yourself, take up your cross and follow Him. Roll all your cares and anxiety on Him and be faithful in prayer and the reading of His Word. He doesnt give you anything you cant bear. His Yoke is easy; His burden is light. Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you for Sea Slay. Thank you that he is reaching out to the Body of Christ. Thank you for being his righteousness, salvation and eternal life. At this time of pain, loneliness, loss and grief gather him under Your Wings and cover him with the Your Feathers of peace, safety, comfort and consolation by the power of Your Blessed Holy Spirit. In Jesus Mighty Name, Amen. If you feel led, please e-mail me. I love and encourage you in the Lord. Blessings in Jesus.

    Hello Glenn,

I fully agree with you. There are many great women who are far more capable of teaching and in my opinion (for whatever it's worth) can do a much better job than some of the men teachers. I don't think any of us can argue that women would not be able to do a fine job. But the question I have to ask is does God's word allow for a woman to pastor a church?

In 1 Timothy Chapter 2 beginning at Verse 11, Paul is giving Timothy instruction concerning church function. I see nothing there to suggest that he gives the okay for a woman to fulfil the role of a pastor. 1 Timothy 2:11-12 seem to stand out for me.

We're talking about doctrinal issues in the church. A woman is not to teach, nor to take the authenticity of man, but to be in silence. That's just what he said. They are to learn in silence. How can that happen if the woman is the one behind the pulpit teaching the men?

It's not talking about women not having the same ability or being better than a man, or a man being better than a woman. It has nothing to do with that. It has to do with God's proper order in the church and how the church is supposed to function. God's proper order is God/Christ/Man/Woman, in that order. This has nothing to do with a woman's ability to teach or to say that she is less than the man. I believe many women have a greater teaching ability than some of the men.

But God's word still does not allow the woman to be placed in a position of authority over the man in the church and that's why she's not allowed to pastor a church, even though many women still do!

Please know that I have nothing against women, and nothing against their ability to be great teachers. And like I said, the points you make about women's abilities to do a great job cannot be argued, at least I can't argue with you there. I just don't believe they should pastor a church. Unless I can see some concrete doctrinal statement that says otherwise, I have to stick with what Paul says about the matter.

I fermenter my time where I felt so alone and at my most desperate time I could hear the inner voice of my Lord Jesus, my older brother, in me saying "I said I would never leave you are forsake you, I will not leave you without help. Now which is it? Are you alone or am I with you?" I felt I had to choose. I choose to belive Him and He vindicated me in it. Every since then I have never felt alone and started acknowledging His presence. I had to be made to realize that I have to actively choose these things for Him to vindicate them. I've since realized that that's all we have in this faith realm we live in and that is choice. We must stop being spectators and start participating with Him.

    Deuteronomy 30:19

I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Therefore choose life, that you and your offspring may live,

Be blessed my sister in Christ.

That is not the end of the road. There is more to look up to. Only God knows the reasons for what occured to you. But remember you are not alone. You have never been alone when your daughter was still alive. God is with you in the midst of the fire in the midst of the troubling waters. And there is no way he has given up on you. Believe in his words and stand by the faith the emerge out of it. Talk to him and He is ready to dialogue with you. May God restore your joy and fill your heart with peace.

    My dearest sister in Christ

How I wish I lived closed to you but for now, I'm with you in the spirit and my heart are truly broken with you. I know exactly how you feel - the brokenness, the questions, the anger, etc because my daughter was also cruelly murdered (9 years ago).

Being a child of Almighty God helped me 'survive'. I can only tell you how I managed and.

Firstly, I prayed and prayed and sometimes felt the Lord wasn't hearing me but His word is true and I reminded the Lord daily if His word and He was true to it. He carried me, He understood my tears, anger and questions (questions that I'll have the rest of my life). He comforted me through His word..read His word daily - ask Him to open His word to you as you read it. Pray 'without ceasing' - it can be done. In your mind, aloud and you'll find that you'll even pray in your sleep.

I remembered how Jesus forgave the murderer on the cross and said to Him, He'll see him in paradisWOW, really!!! So what was I to do?.very difficultly I had to forgive whoever did this to my girl. If Jesus can forgive, then we should forgive as well. I know my dear sister, it's very hard but you'll be a better person afterwards. You'll feel a release, you'll feel lighter and you'll grow even stronger in the Lord. This is not a overnight change, it takes time and a lot of faith and trust in the Lord to help you through all of this.

Another thing that helped me is what I'm doing right now - witnessing and inciuraging people who lost a loved one through murder. It strengthens me knowing I'm not alone in this but that there are so many others having to go through this cruel death of a loved one. Reach out, help where you can and receive that inner strength through witnessing how the Lord helped you through this.

I will be praying for you and believe me when I say, I love you and I know you can make it through the comforting strength, guidance and wisdom that the Lord gives you through the precious Holy Spirit

Thou shalt not be discouraged but shall remember that you are not alone.

You were paid for by His blood as He suffered unimaginable pain levels on a chilly cross with likely a chilly breeze blowing on all His wounds.

Remembering also that the sufferings of this life are temporary and that until His coming, some tears must be.

We must comfort one another in loving word and in deed.

He is coming quickly and His reward is with Him.

Perhaps the pain we experience enables us to sympathize and empathize and thus minister until those that we can relate to..

    Please see 2 Corinthians 1:4:

Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.

Hello dear sister in Christ. Jesus, he knows, he knows what you are going through. He knows the pains and grief that you are facing, he himself experienced the loss of Lazarus and the mourning of the family ( John 11:35). Jesus knows it all, oh so clearly. How do I know that? I know because the scripture says, I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live, yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. ( Gal 2:20) He has not stopped loving you since the day he made you a child of God. He always gives a purpose to everything we experience, as it is written, And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. ( Rom 8:28). It is up to you to decide how you will serve God through him who loves you, Jesus, take your eyes off the loneliness and remember, we need to share the greatest message the earth has ever received; the message of Jesus Christ the Saviour of the whole world, the gospel. Paul writes that we should redeem the time because the days are evil. There is a season for everything under the sun my dear sister, but be courageous, Jesus' Spirit is in you, and will give you strength and power to walk after the Spirit and fulfill God's great calling for your life. I pray, Father in heaven, help my dear sister in Christ discern your will, show her the way in which you want her to walk, help her rekindle the great joy of her blessed Saviour, and ours, Jesus Christ. Amen.

You are surrounded in prayer, keep your focus on the Lord, He is faithful and true. Sometimes the darkness surrounds us in such a way that we can't see our way out. Just be still, God will fight for you and will bring you into the light. He is there with you even when you can't connect to Him. Hold on, you are not alone, He will never let you go. Praying for your healing and for comfort and provision.

Hello. I am so sorry you are dealing with this spiritual pain. As others have reassured you, God has not left you. He has promised this so many places in scripture (like Matthew 28:20). I just read a devotional that I think will resonate with you. It can be found on the First 5 Proverbs 31 Ministry Facebook page. The title of it is "He's Never Absent; We're Never Alone." I hope the prayers of so many of your brothers and sisters will encourage you and that God's Love will be felt in your heart, providing the help and hope you need.
