Please keep in mind that there is no where found and written in the Book of Acts about
Matthew 28:19 KJV [19] Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
There are the only scriptures found and written in the Book of Acts 1:12-26 KJV
[12] Then returned they unto Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is from Jerusalem a sabbath day's journey. [13] And when they were come in, they went up into an upper room, where abode both Peter, and James, and John, and Andrew, Philip, and Thomas, Bartholomew, and Matthew, James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon Zelotes, and Judas the brother of James. [14] These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren. [15] And in those days Peter stood up in the midst of the disciples, and said, (the number of names together were about an hundred and twenty,) [16] Men and brethren, this scripture must needs have been fulfilled, which the Holy Ghost by the mouth of David spake before concerning Judas, which was guide to them that took Jesus. [17] For he was numbered with us, and had obtained part of this ministry. [18] Now this man purchased a field with the reward of iniquity; and falling headlong, he burst asunder in the midst, and all his bowels gushed out. [19] And it was known unto all the dwellers at Jerusalem; insomuch as that field is called in their proper tongue, Aceldama, that is to say, The field of blood. [20] For it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be desolate, and let no man dwell therein: and his bishoprick let another take. [21] Wherefore of these men which have companied with us all the time that the Lord Jesus went in and out among us, [22] Beginning from the baptism of John, unto that same day that he was taken up from us, must one be ordained to be a witness with us of his resurrection. ..then seeking the enduement of the Holy Spirit ("baptism" as you incorrectly call it) is also adding to the work of the cross. I never intimated that baptism replaces the work of Jesus on the cross or that what He did is ineffective. Nor did I say that water baptism is all that is needed to be saved. I just believe in taking in the whole counsel of Scripture on a matter rather than pick and choose verses to paste together to manufacture a meaning that was not intended in Scripture. Nothing can be added to the work of Jesus or the Holy Spirit concerning salvation. It is all a work of God, not of man. But how we are to respond to this work of grace is made clear in Scripture.
Let's be consistent and real about this and stop using euphemistic language and inapplicable interpretations to try to prove a point.
I appreciate your response. It gives me an opportunity to get to know your thinking more and to respond in a sensible way. I never said that water baptism "makes one clean" as God had already declared Cornelius clean. If understood in context most people would understand what I said in my post, but I truly don't think that you wish to understand what I said or even understand the Scriptures. You simply attempt to make Scriptures say what you wish them to say by your many additions, substitutions, terminology, and inaccurate examples from Scripture content.
So, I am glad that you are concerned about me and what I say. I am also concerned about you and what you say. So, I do believe that these discussions are truly helpful even if we do not agree on a topic. I believe God is at work in us and those reading. He desires us to know the Truth and will lead us in it.
Acts 2:38-40 KJV
[38] Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. [39] For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. [40] And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.
Please notice that there is no where found and written in the Book of Acts about what Jesus was saying to the eleven apostles whom He commanded to do that they must teach and baptize all nations in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost according to the scriptures of Matthew 28:19 KJV [19] Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Only Apostle Peter to whom Jesus gave the keys of the kingdom of heaven according to the scriptures of Matthew 16:19 KJV [19] And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. It was Apostle Peter to whom Jesus gave the keys of the kingdom of heaven to bind on earth that shall be bound in heaven, and loose on earth that shall be loosed in heaven according to the scriptures of Matthew 16:17-19 KJV [17] And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. [18] And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. [19] And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. I as was pointing out what actually happened in the instances in Acts where people came to belief in Jesus through the action of the Holy Spirit. Conversion is done by God through the Holy Spirit. The accounts in Acts show us how Paul and the apostles approached this conversion in new believers. I am sure that each of these apostles knew exactly what God wished for them to do once the Holy Spirit had brought people to belief, whether it was to preach the gospel, to baptize in water, or to pray and/or lay ands upon them to be endued with the Holy Spirit's power (as happened at Pentecost.)
Again, Alex, Scripture does not call the enduement of power by the Holy Spirit "baptism", so you err when you call it that. Also, if someone has a person lay hands on them and pray for the Holy Spirit to come upon someone, isn't that a "work" just the same as submitting to water baptism? Isn't confessing with one's mouth that Jesus is Lord a "work"? Obeying God by following directions in Scripture and the lead of the Holy Spirit(as the apostles did in Acts) in these encounters is not adding anything to the work of Jesus on the cross this were true then seeking the enduement of the Holy Spirit (you call it "baptism" Let's be consistent and real about this and stop using euphemistic language and to try to prove a point.
Matthew 28:18-20 KJV
[18] And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. [19] Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: [20] Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Jesus gave the last commission to His eleven apostles before His ascension to the heaven that Jesus claimed to command no body, but only His eleven apostles whom He commanded to do what He was saying, "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen." The commission was given to the eleven apostles only by Jesus Christ the last day of a period of time after the resurrection of Jesus whom had been alive again and seen by the eleven apostles until forty days according to the scriptures of Acts 1:2-3 KJV [2] Until the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen: [3] To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God:
Afterward He was taken up to the heaven, the eleven apostles went back to the upper room at Jerusalem where they were gathered with one hundred and nine disciples that were all numbered with one hundred and twenty disciples together in the paper room, and then ten days later there was appointed to the Day of Pentecost that they were all filled with the Holy Ghost before Apostle Peter started preaching the first message of the salvation to all the Jews, and saying according to the scriptures as it is written in (Read next comment in Part 2)

its not a disagreement I'm just stating the reality, also this is not saying the Bible is wrong or God changed
His Will and Word are the constant. God Bless also don't need added comment there will be nothing gained.
the physical including marys descendancy according to the flesh and royal lineage David.
In luke the lineage is given as commoner a perfect man Gods Son and servant that's why it says
supposed the son of joseph because in His own home town they did not believe He was The Son of God Mathew 13:54-58,
also Luke 4:16-22. Because they knew the family they didn't believe Jesus Christ was Gods Son.
Your right in one God, one faith, and one baptism. But when we except the water baptism we die to the old Adam nature, and we live in Christ Jesus. Water baptism is to show that you die in the old sinful man and resurrected in a new man, in Christ Jesus. Water baptism is a must that is the reason Jesus got baptized by John to show us water baptism is a part of the walk with God. We have to crucify the old man, bury the old man in water and raise up out of the water a new man in Christ Jesus. This is the will of God that every Christain be baptized in water not sprinkled with water but really be baptized in the name of the Father, and of the son, and of the Holy Ghost which is the name of Jesus. God told me to baptize in this form to keep conflict down. It covers the Christians that believe in baptism should be in the name of the Father the son and the Holy Ghost It also covers the Christians that believe baptism should be done in the name of Jesus.

In Matthew 24 Jesus said take heed that no man deceive you. This is the tool that darkness uses and when we are deceived, we are taken out of the way. You are correct we will not know everything because not all have been revealed. Jesus is the only begotten Son of God and only in Him do we have salvation, He is the cornerstone that the foundation is laid. In 1 Corinthians 3:10 it tells us; According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.
This is where man has blundered, man trying to define or dictate what he truly cannot comprehend or has not been revealed to him. Do not ever doubt your salvation because of confusion caused by man. Let the Holy Spirit guide you and when things that some teach cause confusion and cause doubt, that is not of God.
Matthew 7:13-14 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
We tend to follow the crowd, we should not let the majority guide us, with prayer and a clear mind study this and let the Holy Spirit show you the truth. It would be helpful to study how this doctrine began, why it began, who developed it, how many deaths it caused, and why has it become fundamental, and if you do not believe and confess it you are not a Christian but a heretic.
May the Holy Spirit of truth guide you in Jesus' name.
God bless,
RLW
Where in the Bible is the genealogy Mary, Jesus' mother? To answer your question, we look at Matthew 1:1 -16 the genealogy of Jesus from Abraham to Joseph the husband of Mary the mother of Jesus. I believe this is the first record that tells Mary as Jesus' mother. The genealogy of Jesus in Luke 3: 23 -38 is to show man and woman that Jesus is the son of man.

the believers in The body of Christ will be raised with incorruptible bodies to meet the Lord in the Air
Lord being Jesus Christ[Resurrection before Tribulation ] 2 Thess.1-12 1 Corinthians 15:50-54. Then in
Revelation you have the resurrection of the Just before the Grace time frame and unjust those who Didn't believe period
the just according to works and the unjust will be eternal toast in the Gehenna translated Hell with the adversary
and his messengers in key parts of the scripture then given the scripture all that ever lived will deal with being judged
period when you look at it scripturally and eventually raised to either eternal torment or Glory biblically. That's what I gather, God
is no respecter of persons only conditions and the condition is It Is Written.
in regards to royalty, what he was buried in was two pieces, the swaddling clothes is one piece, just for the record.
It Is Written!

whosoever drinks of this water Jacobs well THE OLD COVENANT ( WATER baptism) he will thirst again , Our thirst
for SALVATION cannot be quenched by Water Baptism. Jesus tells her if you knew the Gift of God and who it is that
askest of thee to drink you wd have asked on him and he wd have given thee LIVING WATER .That Gift OF GOD is not
WATER Baptism But baptism of the H.G. Jesus tells her whosover drinks of this water ( water baptism ) he will thirst
again but whosoever drinks of the water that will give him ( the GIFT OF GOD H.G. BAPTISM HIS BLOOD ) That Gift
of God, HE WILL NEVA THIRST AGAIN, ...But the water that i shall give him shall be a WELL OF WATER springing up
unto everlasting life ....Behold i send the Promise of my Father upon you which was baptism of the H.G. that resulted
from the Cross his blood etc....Behold the LAMB OF GOD that taketh away the sins of the world....WATER BAPTISM
cannot remits sin if it cd Jesus shed his blood in vain AND THE CROSS WAS JUST FOOLISHNESS....Thats what you are
preaching Gi Gi the cross was just foolishness who needs it ALL WE NEED IS WATER BAPTISM And we will neva thirst
again for salvation....I pray for you GG......Nothin can be ADDED TO what he did at Calvary When he said it was
Finished it was finished Nothin can be added to it period....Behold i make all things new which is that new creature
the H.G. That Child of PROMISE....She brought forth a manchild that is gonna rule ALL NATIONS....Which is the result
of his good seed the living Word....The baptism of PROMISE....Thats what Peter was trying to do add water baptism to
the CROSS which is a slap in the face of God and the lamb of God. What i have made clean do not call common or
unclean by commanding water baptism to make these ppl clean.....Its akin to me trying to paint another picture over
over the Mona Lisa....k gbu
As you stated, taking care of a loved one can seem impossible and sometimes it is or just not doable. The evil persons that are not taken (have died) and need caring can be supported even if we don't think they deserve it. We would rather hang and/or imprison them than rehab them as their choices are not our problem.
God is merciful, don't be afraid. Stating that it is bad for others to care for the sick when not able to, in your stated case, and calling it merciful by God's hand is misaligned. Do not be afraid. Pray for the ones that are in need of understanding of their merciful and serving life's. Through Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.
I hold that steadfastly and it's in "The Holy Bible."
I can go on, so I will. Spanish was the first language I spoke, English 2nd. years later I mastered the English vernacular as I was born in America. Through pictures and visions, along with mentors of many ethnicities I learned to learned and it garnered me wisdom that I use today to help our living brothers and sisters in Christ. We do not forget our ancestral history. We must not forget those that gave us our freedom that we have today. Are we to embellish those attributes and be idle? There are many ways of life, together we can seek truth. Just imagine it and then live it. Through Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.
