Thanks. I knew those things but it is always good to recall these events. Who knows if a time may come were we will not have our Bibles in hand. So, continually refreshing our memories is a good practice.

    Hello.

    What is the Tisha B'av?
  • GiGi again - In Reply on Leviticus 22:3 - 4 years ago
    Thanks Earl.

I did know how the Jews calculate their year. I had heard of a June date before, bit also September. We may find out some time through some archeological find. But it really does not matter to me the exact month. It matters that He was born!

    hello,

I had read that the Herod, from time of the slaughter of the children 2 years and younger, died in 4 B.C. So Jesus was born before that date, perhaps 2 or more years earlier than 4 B.C. because we do not know the date of the slaughter edict.

    Bro David,

Yes, thank yiou for the correction. 1 Timothy and 2 Timothy are attributed to Apostle Paul.

So my count now is back to 9 books attributed to be written, by original Apostles. (If my count is correct)

    God Bless

    Brother Bob:

God is SPIRIT, there is only ONE God and only ONE Spirit.

God alone is Holy, therefore God is the Holy Spirit.

Spirit cannot be seen, a ghost cannot be seen, therefore God is the Holy Ghost.

Ephesians 4:6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

Ephesians 4:4 There is one body, and ONE SPIRIT .......

    Hey GiGi,

The dates should be 28 A.D. when John started his ministry and 29 A.D. the first Passover Jesus attended, according to the accuracy of the records. Sorry about that.

    Hi Richard.

HE'S GOING TO WRITE HIS LAWS ON THEIR HEARTS.

Jeremiah 31:31. As it reads God is going to make a new covenant with the house of Israel.

Jeremiah 31:32 The Lord says this new covenant won't be like the old covenant that he gave their fathers, ( On Mount Sinai by Moses. )

Note: "A Mount that could not be touched"

Jeremiah 31:33-34. Tell us what the New covenant shall be. And how it will function!!

    "I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts;

" Not on tables of Stone "

You see an example of this in

    2 Corinthians 3:3.

This new covenant is NOT where they were bond to a law in which they could not keep because of the weakness of the flesh.

    See Romans 8:3-4.

That Covenant and tabernacle was a shadow of the (TRUE) tabernacle.

( Hebrews 8:2. A minister of the sanctuary, and of the TRUE tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man.)

    See Hebrews 8:1-13.

    See Hebrews 9:1-28.

    See Hebrews 10:8-17.

THE ENERGY BEHIND THE DESIRE TO KEEPING THE LAW BEHIND THIS COVENANT WASN'T COMMANDMENT,

This covenant is set in motion and Moved by the Holyspirit. This is an inward action not an outward one.

This New Covenant is what the Old covenant/Law pointed to.

Note with both Covenants in view.

Galatians 4:23-28. But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise.

Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar.

For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children.

But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.

For it is written, Rejoice, thou barren that bearest not; break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for the desolate hath many more children than she which hath an husband.

Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.

    God bless.

    Hey GIGI,

I am with you, we may not ever know when Jesus was born, Earl is close on the month, but the only thing Jesus said to do in remembrance of Him was at the last super, Luke 22:19. Scripture does let us know when Jesus came, the year He was baptized. Luke 3:1-6 when John the Baptist came. Tiberius Caesar was emperor from 14-37 A.D. Pontius Pilate ruled from 26-36 A.D. so the fifteenth year of Tiberius would have been 29 A.D. start of John the Baptist ministry.

This may have been in the late summer or early fall, Jesus came up from Galilee to Jordan to be baptized and the Spirit of God descending upon him, Matt. 3:13-17 Mark 1:911 Luke 3:21-22. Then Jesus went into the wilderness for forty days, tempted by Satan, then collecting the twelve.

In John 2, Jesus was in Cana of Galilee at the wedding and after in John 2:13, the Passover was at hand. This would place it just before spring of 30 A.D. There are four Passovers recorded in John, John 2:13 John 5:1 John 6:4 John 19:14, Jesus was crucified on the fourth. John 6:4 is in question if it was a Passover, or another required feast. May this help.

    God bless,

Hello Blaine One scripture example of your answer Acts 5:32 the Holy Ghost or Hagion pneuma [separate wind or breath ]whom God hath given to them that obey him, the gift form the Giver. Also holy spirit also translated

holy [set apart by God] spirit wind or breath which ties in with John 4:24 which what God is Spirit and we were given His Gift, holy spirit. I like spirit better because ghost makes it sound mystical, that's just opinion. They are both the same.

How blasphemous is the movie "The Chosen"?
  • S Spencer - In Reply - 4 years ago
    Vincent.

    You quoted

"Four hundred years in Egypt as owners, paid back by four hundred years of slavery under the house of Israel (UK/US) Isaiah 14:2 The curse of Cannan is representative of certain Africans."

Well to begin with Isaiah 14:2 have not been fulfilled yet,

Look at verse 3: And it shall come to pass in the day that the LORD shall give thee rest from thy sorrow, and from thy fear, and from the hard bondage wherein thou wast made to serve,

Do Israel have the rest and live without fear over there as promised in Isaiah 14:3.?

The question is was man delivered from the curse of Adams transgression after the flood? I think not, If so we wouldn't have the account in Genesis 9:25-27. Nor would we have the account of Noah drunken with wine.

that you wrongfully ascribe to a people of today we know as black people.

All 8 souls on the Ark were under Adam's transgression "apart from Gods Atonement,' Genesis 6:14. The word pitched used here is "Atonement"

Apart from God's grace we're all Lost and unrighteous and there is no partiality with God.

Genesis 6:8-9. But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.

These are the generations of Noah: (Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations,) and Noah walked with God.

We know Noah was just/Justified. In which you can only be by faith! They had faith in their sacrifice and offerings which we know they submitted to the Lord as we see as early as Genesis 4:4.

This is a carnal insert to a Christian forum; we should covet the new birth in the spirit and not rank in our old nature "The flesh.

    God bless.

    @GiGi

Absolutely! Keep spreading the love and when you walk with the lord he will be the only judge and jury. We all should listen to one another and not judge, or correct. Our hearts should always come to deep love and compassion for each other. This October I was obtained three time by police officers in public for praying. They put me in for Psych evaluation twice because my wife did not like my faith coming into our life. After going through 81 test of neurological , physical, mental, and 25 blood test they just realized that I was completely coherent. My wife suggested one last test of a spinal tap! So after 26 years of verbal and mental abuse I left. God continues to guide me and no mater what so I got his Back and he has Mine.

God bless you and may he continue to watch over you.

    Amen

The standard Christian approach to immunization is "cooperating with nature" as designed by God whereas these new mRNA and DNA vaccines are a "control over nature" approach that is playing God with creation, specifically the image of God. Our unique genetic code is an essential bridge between our soul and my body; thus, knowingly having our body receive code within our cells foreign to our own DNA and RNA to create partial foreign objects (s-protein) to then generate immunity is playing God with His creation in an essential way that is not a Christian "conformity to nature" approach. All three currently accepted vaccines deliver genetic material to an individual's cells: mRNA vaccines deliver mRNA code, and Johnson & Johnson directly delivers DNA. Even more problematic for my deeply held religious beliefs is the fact that these new vaccine types are not long-lasting, because of this "genetic fabrication" approach, requiring constant "boosters" further injecting this code into my cells over and over, thus, repeating this personally sinful and objectionable process outside of God's design and impacting God's image.

    Sister GiGi:

    Luke 1:26

The Hebrew New Year was calculated and adjusted every year from the spring equinox, according to our calendar this would be approximately March 21, give or take.

Their months went off the moon cycle so the sixth month would be about 26 weeks from March 21.

Gabriel would have appeared to Mary somewhere around our September 21, Elisabeth was already 6 month with child so John the Baptist would have been born close to December 25, Jesus would have been born somewhere around the following June 21.

I have not spent a lot of study on their calendar so I could be off some, but it should be close.

We are built a poem the foundation of the Apostles and Prophet Jesus Christ himself being the Chief Cornerstone, Paul gospel was the same gospel that Peter preached and that Philip preached, Peter preached repentance baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost in Acts chapter 2, in Acts chapter 8 Philip went down to the city of Samaria and preach Christ unto them they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus, Peter went to Cornelius household and preached Christ to them repentance they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus, Paul met some of John's disciples he asked them how they were baptized if they receive the Holy Ghost, they were be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ and received the Holy Ghost just like in Acts chapter 2 chapter 8 chapter 10, Acts 2:38 in the gospel in a nutshell the death burial and Resurrection repentance baptism and receiving the Holy Ghost the gift of Eternal life

You may want to google some on tis topic. What I have read is that tribe of Dan turned from Yahweh and set up a golden calf in his land of inheritance, turning the people away from the True God to idolatry. I encourage you to research more on this. I would be interested in what you find out.
