When Jesus returns to reign, then we will have a perfect government, based on Him. Until then, our world is still under the power of Satan, but for believers. Our calling is not to set the world aright. Jesus will do that when He returns. Our calling is to share Him with whomever will listen in hopes that the body of Christ may be added to daily.

Leslie, continue to pray for him and also, invite him to read the Scriptures with you. That may help him move nearer to the Lord. God is at work when people get baptized. He will continue to work in this person's life day by day. Don't give up on him. God knows His heart and is needed for him to turn more whole-heartedly to Himself. He may have "baby" faith right now. Be present for him and supportive so that he will be willing to ask questions that he might feel embarrassed or timid to ask. You are in his life for a reason such as this.

It was bad for the laborers. The Godhead looked on this and agreed to create languages. The people moved away to other places and built towns where their own language was spoken. Amazingly, customs and traditions, were born.

Also, just a note regarding the original 12 apostles writings/books, I believe it to be a total of 10, and they consist of the following:

Matthew,1 Peter, 2 Peter, Timothy, John, 1 John, 2 John, 3 John, and John again in Revelation. The Gospel of Mark is attributed to being the gospel of the Apostle Peter, as it has been said that Mark was Peter's interpreter.

We also have the books of James, and Jude, who were half brothers to Jesus.

So, lots of good collaboration regarding the gospel of Christ! But, you may know than I about these books.

that is gonna initiate a birth of Christ in US, Thats y he always refers to himself as the son of man, Its a new heart and a new spirit that is gona be born in us which is the H.G. a baby Christ , we refer to him as a baby simply b/c he has to be born in Us via the seed of Christ , As Peter said being bornagain of an incorruptible seed etc.

When He is born in us we get a new mind like the mind of Christ, But Satan puts a Tare in us then we are involved in a war fare . But if we don't birth the Child we cannot enter the kingdom as our lord said unless ya receive the Kingdom of God as a lil Child you will in no wise enter there in. Jesus hand-licked is apostles and Paul for the evangelization of the known world at that time. Certainly, if God wanted the gospel preached across these lands, He would have given them a both a consistent message to preach since people's eternal salvation was at stake. I don't think that God messed this up in any way. Each apostle and Paul had their own style and personality which God used in their ministries. I do wish we knew more about the other apostles, but their writings and teachings have not been accurately preserved and Acts is written primarily about Paul's ministry from Luke's perspective, (who accompanied Paul).

For me, I really do not to continue to query whether Paul taught the same gospel as the other apostles. To think so it to make God one who speaks untruth to those He send to preach the gospel. And I don't think that He did so.

I have rad that interpretation, too. Very little information is given about Nimrod or many of the other people who lived between Noah and Abraham. I try not to go beyond the text. If more information is uncovered archeologically, then we may learn more about other people who lived during this time.

I do not despise the rich nor the poor. I grew up impoverished, but was taught like you to work hard in school and work hard at whatever situation God places us in. We may not become rich, but we can better our situation and be content with what our place in society, whether well off, poor, or in between. We were taught not to covet what others and to to not think that we should decide what others do with their money because it is not mine. If someone is "filthy" rich, as you say, I am not very affected by it, as I live within my means all these 65 years. I know that some people are very impoverished and need some help to provide for their everyday needs and provide opportunities for them to learn skills to be able to improve their employment situation. That is where charity comes into the picture as well as government help to raise people up to a better standard of life. However, as Jesus said, the poor will always be with us, and so, we should be compassionate and share our blessings. we cannot demand the rich to do this. they, like us, should be moved to help out of generosity and compassion. Many of these "filthy" rich people do give a great deal to charity and they pay well over 70-80% of the taxes in our country. I do not blame them for other people's poverty.. If wages are increased, inflation will follow and the cost of living will be adjusted. That is how the economy works. When women were mostly homemakers, a man could provide a living for their family. Once women entered the workforce, the cost of living adjusted upwards because households had two incomes. Now it is very difficult for families to live on one income.

Hello, you can't pay anyone back if you don't have money to do so. Definitely do not get into further debt to do so. When you're back on your feet, have food, shelter for yourself and have the funds to payback then that is the time. If people move you either do research to find them and risk mailing money to the wrong person, or you accept that you can't pay it back. You can pay someone else you don't owe money to or give to a charity.

Vincente, Yes, African Negro peoples are descended from Canaan,, but not all descendants of Canaan are Negroid. Slavery as been practiced worldwide throughout time. It has not only been African Negroes that have been enslaved. These people remain impoverished as a whole due primarily to tribalism that prevents them from working together to improve their living standards over the centuries. Much of Africa was unexplored by and so the influence of Western Civilization did not reach into these tribal peoples until recent times.

Again, with respect, we do not really know what the 12 apostles taught as they spread out across the known world at that time. Very little is recorded. What we do know is that Jesus commissioned them to spread the gospel before He ascended and He said that the Holy Spirit would teach them all things and help them remember what He had told them. I think that we need to trust that Jesus and the Holy Spirit would teach the same thing concerning salvation, since they only will tell what is true.

But we can differ in our ideas on this and still be peaceable about it, as I believe we have been.

Brother Adam, man makes thousands of choices every day. The question is why or what makes him make that choice.

MAN believes man is separate from God.

The word says we are the body that GOD FILLS. Man has no KNOWLEDGE of this.

Christ was the first BODY, you can see a BODY, God is spirit and spirit can not be seen. God wanted to be seen so he created a BODY, and FILLED that BODY with HIMSELF, and called HIMSELF MAN (Adam) and that first man was our GOD and SAVIOUR Jesus Christ. He, the body FILLED with the POWER of our unseen Father, created his wife EVE (WOMAN, which are both male and female).

Christ was manifest in the flesh so his brothers and sisters could SEE who their Father is and cause them to have KNOWLEDGE of who they ARE, bodies that are FILLED WITH GOD.

Christ always said of myself I can do nothing. Ever choice was made by his Father because Christ is only the BODY, its the LIFE in the body that make the choices. Christ had KNOWLEDGE of this, that why he NEVER SINNED.

He WROTE these words to us:

Philippians 2:13 For it is GOD (the LIFE) that WORKETH in YOU (the BODY) To WILL and TO DO his good pleasure.

You and I, Brother Adam, are just a BODY that is FILLED with CHRIST, therefore it is not us making choices but THE LIFE in us CAUSING US to make those choices, to bring us to the knowledge that we are EXACTLY like Christ, a BODY that is FILLED with the LIFE, a Son of God.

He who is BORN OF GOD cannot sin; WHY, becauses it's not the BODY, but the LIFE causing you TO WILL and TO DO, and God cannot sin.

Ezekiel 36:27 And I will put my spirit within you, and CAUSE you to walk in my statutes (CHOICES), and you shall keep my JUDGEMENTS (my purpose for you) and DO THEM.

If you are a Christain than let the spirit of God lead you in all manner. God's spirit will lead you in the right way, and want you need to do on this matter, when you get saved you naturally want to make things right. Brother Adam told the truth, if you do send or try to make things right (the wrong) than take some time pray and seek God's face on this matter before you act in the flesh. Flesh can cause more damage than it can fix and it may put you in a place you don't want to be.
