I look at the 7 years of burning weapons, and it seems to fit best with the 7 years of the tribulation. So I wonder if this war happens right before the tribulation. John might have been describing modern weapons in the vocabulary of his day. Certainly no ancient weapons would burn for 7 years to provide fuel for the nation. Israel's stunning victory could lead to a treaty which allows the Jews to build their temple, from which the two witnesses preach and which is defiled at the midpoint.

    Yes you are right

    Our preamble to the constitution

Is what defines us the peopl

    This is our country

    We are the masters

And all elected officials are our public servants from president own down

We the people are 325 million people

Yes we have to take back control

Our constitution says that when Washington DC

    Try's to become socialized

Dictators or ever what you want to all them

We the people militia etc not only have the right but duty to remove them from office

I am not talking about bloodshed

That is the last thing we Christians

    Would want

    Remove them peacefully

We have the tight to peacefully assemble

    And redress our greviences

Some would say our military would obey government and shot we the

    People

    I say that would not

The military would not because they are there to protect the people not Washington DC

Asking the military to fire on us

Would require they shots their mothers

    Fathers

    Brothers

    Sisters

    Spouses

    Children

    Not a chance

That would only happen in a communist markist

    Dictator country

That is not who we are

We can do it without bloodshed

    God bless America

We do need to return to God

The most important thing we have to do

    God never blessed a country

    That rejects him

Carmela Absolutely not I know many a christian who's Job including my daughters works on sunday

and if this is challenged look at Colossians 2:13-18 we are judged by the word and Jesus Christ put

an end to the old law, that meaning we worship God twenty four seven in our walk bu the spirit

and fellowship or get together with other believers when we can. The sabbath was made for man not

man for the sabbath, a man we all consider Kings of Kings said that.

Hi Chris The concept falling to my knees almost in fear I don't see scripturally, how can we come boldly

to the throne grace to find help in time of need if I'm terrified of my Father. Now I have absolutely respect

and awe for His working for me in me and around me, but he's the Father I never had.

    Abraham was Gods

friend and talked with him Moses was that close David was that close, these were children by adoption not

by seed and they had respect and awe made mistakes but knew God would take care of them overlooking

there weaknesses we are in a greater position than they we are His Children. He's lovingly corrected me

a thousand times that is my respect and awe because he's working in me to do His good will and pleasure.

That is my scriptural view point.

Hi Chris This is not taking sides but its interesting how translations keep changing things in the Word little by little

by little, but if it all means the same thing why are they changing the word little by little because its[acceptable].

I',m thankful that when Jesus Christ was confronted by satan and satan used Gods Words out of context Jesus

Stand and Reply was It Is Written in the right context. Thank God This is just an example not that were discussing

context usage just changing scripture a little. I'll go with devils demons sounds to nice.
  • Doctrines of NO HELL - In Reply - 4 years ago
Earl, You should not teach that there is no hell. Jesus taught more on hell than anyone else in the Bible. Which means it's important. Rather than cause someone seeking salvation, or a baby Christian__that there is no hell. You should just keep that theory to yourself.

There is a severe penalty that you may not want to pay.

    REVELATION 22

18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall ADD unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:

19 And if any man shall TAKE AWAY from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall TAKE AWAY his part OUT OF THE BOOK OF LIFE, and OUT OF THE HOLY CITY, and from the things which are written in this book.

MISHAEL: This is pretty clear: no adding and no subtracting.

You are a gifted teacher except for this one thing that can get your name REMOVED from the book of life, by God. His son is the WORD OF GOD!!

I had a Pastor of a huge Church in Tulsa. He was Anointed. Because of circumstances, he lost his Church. Oral Roberts rebuked him as did others. He lost friends. IT HAPPENED BECAUSE HE DECIDED THERE WAS NO HELL.

if you want proof, go on YouTube and see what Carlton Pearson teaches now. He's old and gray now. He shows old videos of himself to keep people close that still miss the anointed music.

What are your reasons? I think Carlton feared that relatives who smoked or drank beer; were going to hell. He had a "holiness background".

If we are not clinging to Jesus, the Word of God, we are in danger of hell too.

CHOOSE ETERNAL LIFE, OR CHOOSE ETERNITY IN HELL.

Chris I read your reply concerning what I shared about demons and devils and am well aware of translations

and changes, it is another watering down of the word. I've read your comments and understand your background

which to a degree is like mine. That being said this wasn't personal and I know what is accepted, if I'd go with

what is now accepted wow. That being said Kingpin is known as the Devil his generals and captains and so forth

are called devils. A little detail devil. evil with a d can't go that with demon, and the enemy likes a little change

sorta like thou shalt surely die and thou shalt not surely die. Just one little word, I've seen where in translation

one little word changed everything, so I have shared my point. To me this is over God Bless

    Jesse is right

For we all have sinned and come short of the glory of god

And recognizing that and asking for forgiveness

    We repent of our sins

And from gods grace and mercy and faith

    He is just to forgive

And gives us the holy sprit and from that moment we are reborn into the heaven of god the father god the son and god the Holy Spirit

    We have a new Conscience

Judas said he betrayed an innocent man

    And repented

I only use the kink James version

Not the new king James or any other

Because they change words an words change meaning

    A. Is different than the

Kjv says for the love of money is the root of all evil

Even new kjv version uses a

Our Sunday school teachers wife said it was just semantics

    Then I thought about it

And said well let's change this verse to an A.

Jesus said I am the way the life and the truth and no one comes to my father except thru me

Change that to and A then Jesus becomes irrelevant

Everyone one is trying to change repent to remorse

    Think about it

If Judah at that time had remorse

Do you think satan would have any remorse

    I don't think so

The field judas hanged himself in

Was purchased by iniquity not money

Judas split open after hanging from the tree how long was he there

The physical body starts decomposing fast

The veil of the temple also split when Jesus died on the cross

Meaning Jesus is now the. Perpetuation of our sins and intercedes for us thru god

Jeremiah chapter 31 and verse 34 says

And they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, no the Lord for they shall all know me from the least of them to the greatest of them say that the Lord for I will forgive their iniquity and I will remember their sin no more

So I feel that Jesus and know that Jesus gave his life for all of us and is unlimited and his ability to love and to save

And that also applies to Judas.

Can I absolutely say that Judas was forgiven and went to heaven

    No I cannot
  • Rick - In Reply on Genesis 1 - 4 years ago
Chris I understand the translations and the changes but I'll stick with scripture reason being it makes them

sound less then what they are evil see the connection devil evil and also again another little change of original text. Another point The kingpin is known as The Devil amongst other titles and all messengers operating under Him are

devils. I seem to remember what happened when one person said thou shalt not surely die and another said thou

shalt surely die. Just making a point

I agree with you Dee. And not just with lying, so many so-called Christians think nothing of it, also of petty-thieving, gossip, slander, etc., etc. I think many use the 10 Commandments as their guage for right behaviour & everything else falls into the 'minor sins' category & remains unaccountable before God. Whereas those who have the Spirit of God, always remain sensitive to Him, feeling His tug on our hearts & minds, even the gentle urging or prodding to walk the other way or refrain from doing or saying something. One example that comes to mind is a person I know who openly states that when she goes to buy some fruit, she will always try first before buying, since one has to be sure that the fruit is worth the money. She doesn't consider what she does as stealing, just a sampling.

Even though it's so easy to pronounce judgement on such people, maybe our response should rather be to help them see the matter correctly & maybe do the right thing on their behalf that they might learn. And for lying, if truth is shared (whether from the Word or from calling them out), their lying condition will be exposed. What they do with that exposition will determine where they're at before God.

Hi Gigi I see what he connects but that chain is made out of butter over fire and doesn't hold against

the truth of scripture. Its true we have Christ in us the hope of glory but to say we are saviours because

God works in us through Christ is heretical which is an opinion elevated to a level of absolute even though

not true. It is true we have in the age of grace been given the ministry of reconciliation but that is because,

of Gods grace through Jesus Christ our lord and Saviour, so too say that we are saviours again out of context.

To say that we will like God because in the old testament moses was called to lead the

children out of Israel and God chose to display His Power through Moses again out of context, but trust me there's

a saying here [a man convinced against his will is of the same opinion still].

No offence Adam but you do greatly err scripture says where sin abounds grace does much more abound. And there is no condemnation to them in Christ Jesus who walk not after the flesh but after the spirit, Jesus knew we were gonna sin at times that y he left us some Grace. Its what he did @ calvary that keeps us , All our works are filthy rags We cannot put any confidence in the flesh. Where sin abounds his Grace does much more abound.....But we look for the day when this corruptible will put on incorruptible and this mortal will put on immortality we are gonna bechanged in the twinkling of an eye.

Wisdom is personified as a woman in Proverbs 1:20-21; 2:2-4; 3:14-18; 4:7-8; 8:1-36 and 9:1-12. Each time wisdom speaks. The first time wisdom speaks is in Proverbs 1:20-21.

    Wisdom shouts in the street,

    She lifts her voice in the square;

    At the head of the noisy streets she cries out;

At the entrance of the gates in the city she utters her sayings: Proverbs 1:20-21 (NASB)

The Hebrew word for wisdom is hakmot and this noun is a feminine plural. A literal reading would seem to be "Wisdom shouts in the street," except that the second line is in the singular - "she lifts her voice." F. C. Cook writes,

In the Hebrew the noun is a feminine plural . . . as though this Wisdom were the queen of all wisdoms, uniting in herself all their excellences.[1]

That is, since Proverbs 2:6 says that God gives wisdom, the wisdom in Proverbs is the queen of all wisdoms. There is no greater wisdom.

comment: I don't think proverbs 31 means wisdom is a heavenly female creature. My opinion. It is the way Solomon (had 900 wives;300 concubines) described wisdom. Possibly Jewish literature would address this?

    I don't know.
  • Rick - In Reply on Ecclesiasticus 1 - 4 years ago
Hello Betty In James 3:13-17 gives a good summary of wisdom verse 17[correct application of information given] from

above and from below 14-16[incorrection usage of knowledge]. The word she biblically is at times used of the item

itself, I think of a man that loves something that's worked well i.e. car, tool etc. Wisdom she is worth great treasure to

those who love her and apply. It is very interesting that in nerse 17 there are eight manifested or shown in someones walk of Gods wisdom and 8 biblically signifies spiritual perfection. These are trsaits in people who endeavor to walk

in Christ Jesus via the spirit.

I could use some help finding any verses in the Bible in reference to witnessing, the one I'm looking for talks about if we tell them and they don't accept the Lord then their blood is on them but if we don't tell them their blood is on us. I know it's not word for word. I really want to use the verses to witness. Thanks for any help

Hello, my question is why does Esther fear death and what is this passage trying to say? I am studying a book and it references "And laid away her glorious apparel, and put on the garments of anguish and mourning: and instead of precious ointments, she covered her head with ashes and dung, and she humbled her body greatly, and all the places of her joy she filled with her torn hair"

Good question. Would someone with a very deep understanding of Biblical Hebrew and of the ancient Bible word usage to explain whether Wisdom is really feminine or whether the noun "Wisdom" is traditionally used as feminine for grammar inflection to show gender (and what does that mean).

    Page 2.

    b. Page 5 of the article: I understand that Ironside is stating that our perseverance in the faith is not according to the power of our mind or will, but in concert with the Holy Spirit's enabling & persevering with us. God in us will do everything to enable His child to live for Him, deal with sin as it confronts us & walk as the redeemed of God. If I lived in such a manner in my own power, I would certainly fail as the flesh cannot combat the spiritual forces working against me - it has to be the Holy Spirit that empowers us ( Philippians 2:13; Ephesians 3:20). But if we're not 'committed to living the Christian life' in unabashed rampant sin, then the question remains, 'are we even saved'? Would God be so gracious to send forth His Spirit to reside in us to seal & secure us, & then say, 'O dear, I think I erred, let's get back out of that residence?' And if we then come to our senses & repent, that His Spirit returns back to us - maybe again & again? I never see the Spirit's movement as that of a yo-yo - once residing in the truly saved person, He's there to stay & keeps us saved & living for the Lord. That's why it behoves us never to judge one another - we simply cannot know another's spiritual condition with all certainty - but the Lord knows those who are His.

    c. Page 7: Here, Ironside speaks of having eternal life now, "I am a Christian now if I believe on the Lord Jesus Christ; believing on Him I have eternal life". He then says that he has it in a dying body, waiting for the redemption of that body. When that body sees its (completed) redemption, he will experience that eternal life (he had on Earth) in all its fullness "spirit, soul and body, entirely conformed to Christ". It is in this sense, that he has hope of eternal life - not just the assurance when on Earth, but now in fullness, with the Lord ( 1 John 5:11-13; Ephesians 1:4-14).

    Every blessing brother.

Brother Dan. I'm glad that you found the time to go through that article. To that end & in light of your comments, I would add or clarify:

    a. Your quote of Page 4 of Ironside's article: God our Father & Jesus our Judge. I understand that God deals with His children as just that - His children, as those adopted into His family through His Son. We can never be judged again for our sins - we faced judgement when we came to the Cross & gazed upon the crucified One, trusting Him to bear our sins & reconcile us to God. Now judgement remains for those who reject the offer of salvation. As sons, He will chastise us (even as a good father would - Hebrews 12:5-11), whether that gentle warning or more severe dealing with, that we may realize our error & come back into sweet fellowship. The only time we see Jesus as our Judge, is at His Judgement Seat (called, Bema) where rewards are given as per our earthly Christian conduct ( 2 Corinthians 5:10; cf 1 Corinthians 3:12-15) when the full worth of our Christian lives will pass by us. The judgement of the unsaved is certain ( Revelation 20:11-15) where even the good that they have done cannot save them.

I'm not understanding your question/statement. I'm not sure which pastors you speak of. Riots that happened early 2020?

Anti mask? Antivax? These five you've quoted Can't, in truth, be lumped together. Let's address the first 2.=

GOD made us in HIS image, we reflect HIS glory, HE didn't create humanity with masks. HE created us with an immune system. We are to go about with unveiled faces. We are to live by faith & not fear. Many discussions have been had on this site about these issues.

    Revelations 21:8,

    Ecclesiastes 37:11, John 2:13-17

USA We The People are the Governing Authority & by Duty, are required to right the "government" when they usurp their authority.

The last 3 labels Antilove,- charity, ect, clearly are not of Christ.

    1John 4:18, 2 Timothy 3:15-17,

    Isaiah 26:3,

Hopefully these are helpful in the heaviness you feel

Very true - thank you, GiGi. All too often, we neglect to "tremble in His Presence" & fail to "tremble at His Word". He may overlook our ignorance, but can He do likewise with our wilfulness? Humility is not only a trait seen before others, but especially whenever we approach the Throne of Grace & His precious Word.
