Brother S Spencer, Let's stop tonight and later let's start where we are TODAY, November 2021, and work forward.

    Ruben,

I am praying for you that God will deliver you from all of your doubts, sins, and troubles by His mighty power and holy Word.

I pray that He will lead and place you in the best Church fellowship for you soon.

God does not reject anyone who calls on Him with a contrite heart (think King David). He is waiting for you to seek Him once again and bestow his gift of grace, faith, and forgiveness in you once again. I pray that you will take hold of what He offers you in these things. You will be restored to fellowship with Him.

I'm writing your name down in my book of people to pray for.

Brother S Spencer, The holy city is the ELECT, those in Revelation 22:14, those outside the gate of the city, are the ones resurrected back to their earthly flesh, those described in Revelation 22:15.

Ellihana, It was the tree of knowledge of good and evil that God commanded them not to eat from. He had a physical object to test them concerning obedience to His command or not. What the tree looked like or the appearance of the fruit (I don't think this tree exists outside of Eden, which was destroyed in the flood.) is not important. Why God gave a command that He would allow them to be tested on, we really don't know. But the Bible said that the plan to save mankind from sin was decided before creation. Therefore, a fall of mankind into sin was necessary and inevitable, being according to God's wisdom.

    Amen Sister GiGi.

Acts 1:11. Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

Revelation 22:12. And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

Revelation 22:20. He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

    God bless.

    Bebita,

Some of what is written is for how we live with and treat others, so it is not all for spiritual growth. There is a lot to guide us in the material world as well as the spiritual.

Yes Rick. The Spirit prays with us and is stronger than angels and demons, powers and principalities, and any man.

Hi Glen, Let's say that a human race was created before Adam and Eve, then these people could have lived in Nod. When Cain went there and took a wife (from them) then he mixed the seed of promise ( Genesis 3:16) with that which was not of the promise. (Like Ishmael and Esau did later). God may have done this as you said. He would have known that these humans and Cain's descendants would not survive the flood and that Noah and is family were of the seed of promise, the line of Seth.

Either way, when the flood came, all of the humans, whether from Seth's line or Cain and the other people's line died, except for Noah and his family. So after the flood, The seed line of the promise was the only line to repopulate the earth.

Gigi What I see and we really need to keep in mind Peter His heart was always in the right pace even before being

born again. This guy wanted to take Jesus place at the cross, this guy had the guts to at least try to walk on water,

this guy is the one who boldly stood up in the temple and gave the first if you will sermon to over 3000 people, so it

I don't see willful sin I see someone still caught up in the old testament law which is not willful sin just a lack of

understanding the grace but that just like us always learning.

Look at Acts 10 When the angel said to cornelius send men to Joppa and find Simon Peter now verse 9 Peter

Goes to the housetop to pray verse 10 was a vision[it was God showing Him something specific for his head to get] and peter was not

so to speak out of it he was focused verse 11-16 He sees this three times and still doesn't get it. At that exact moment

the messenger from cornelius is at the gate and the spirit says go with him!

Look at Gods timing verses 20-27 explain the trip verse 28 God hath shown me that I should not call any man common or unclean. Look what it took to convince Peter that what he was about to do was Gods Will.

When Paul went to Believers at Jerusalem Peter was acting one way around the gentiles when the judeans

were not around and another way when they were around and that caused some serious division you had Jews siding with one person and then gentiles with another. Then in Galatians 2:14-21 he explains and corrects the error. So I don't see

willful sin I see respect of persons not intentional and paul explaining look were not supposed to be divided. Peter never

made an error of heart but of head. That's what I see. God Bless

    Brother S Spencer:

Revelation isn't in order as 1-2-3, but goes back and forth between different events.

Study a little close, John is being shown what is going to happen, not what has already happened.

Revelation 22:10 ...for the time is at hand, it had not already happened.

Revelation 22:12 Jesus hasn't come yet, to judge the world.
  • GiGi - In Reply - 4 years ago
Adam and Eve's bloodline is the one that the Savior of mankind would come from. About whether Genesis 1 and 2 are to separate creation events or two versions, there is room for speculation. But if you go with to creation events, then you have to also believe that God recreated the plants and animals in the second event. And then you would have to ask, what happened to the plants and animals from the first creation before day 7?

    Earl.

I have heard Your logic, and your views,

All the scriptures you ever presented doesn't reflect those views.

I am not asking you to interpret anything.

I'm asking you to show me the scriptures you draw your belief from when you said, "Pasting your Quote"

( Brother S Spencer, May I add three more scriptures to 1 Corinthians 3:14 -15 that helps clarify it.

Revelation 20:15 And whosoever was NOT FOUND WRITTEN in the book of life was.)

    End Quote.

You associated the refining fire mentioned in 1 Corinthians 3:14-15. with the Lake of fire in Revelation 20:15. According to your belief this is a refining fire and everyone will be resurrected. Some with Glorified bodies and some with Earthly bodies.

I'm saying if that is so who's those left without the Gate inRevelation 22:15.

with the resurrection being already passed

And Who is the unjust that will remain unjust Revelation 22:11. with the Resurrection being already passed?

    Who are they!?

Hello Mr. Scientist! What scientific field do you study? I love science. It has always intrigued me.

I do not believe in vaccine mandates,(or any of the mandates we've had forced on us this past 18 months). They infringe on personal liberty, which is constitutionally a God given inalienable right.

I am not pro or anti vaccine. I think that God works in many ways. He may be working through this vaccine or not. Each person needs to prayerfully consider what is best for themselves. I trust God to do and allow what is best for me. Due to several high risk factors, I got vaccinated. I am not trusting the vaccine. I am trusting God. For me, if I had a cancer that was easily treated, I would take the treatment, which has many side effects , but I would weigh these out and do the treatment unless God checks me and says, do not. I feel the same about the vaccine. God allows many things to be manufactured/invented that are helpful to mankind, for the most part, (nothing is perfect). If I had not had a Caesarean section operation for my first child, he would have died in utero. Though surgical birth was not normal, normal birth was deadly in this instance. So, here we are with the vaccine. I believe that God can deliver me from all harm and turn anything meant for harm and turn it around for good,, just like He did with Joseph.

Others may decide not to be vaccinated. I am o.k. with that. Some, like you, have had covid, so do not need the vaccine. If you did not have complications from covid, you are probably good on catching it again when your immunity wears off. I just don't think we need to be overly fearful over a virus that is 99% survivable, but some need to be cautious, as 1% of the American population is 3.5 million people. My doctor said I most likely would be one of the 1%.

Brother S Spencer, I said most of the nouns in Revelation are signified and don't carry the definition assigned that noun by a dictionary, you most definitely have to use ALL the scriptures in God's word to understand the signified definition.

The moon turned to blood. The moon signifies Christ, not a literal body, in the literal sky, that reflects the light of the literal sun.

    Revelation 9:10 ..... Luke 10:19

    God Bless You.

Earl, it is a false teaching to say that Christ has already returned at a Pentecost. Paul was converted after Pentecost and e clearly taught that we all hold this Hope, the coming of Jesus again (in the way Jesus said he would return at the end of the age.) What you said is fantasy thinking.

If After the Judgment and resurrection all will be saved. Some with Heavenly bodies Some with Earthly bodies.

Who's those left without the Gate inRevelation 22:15. ?

    The resurrection has already past.

And Who is the unjust that will remain unjust in Revelation 22:11. ?

    The Resurrection has already past.

    April,

    Love your post.

Yes, there are many things happening today that concern us. It is good to be concerned. We do not want to be apathetic or unaffected by what happens Being concerned causes us to have compassion on others. But, yes, it is true, we are to trust Jesus and love like He would have us in order to do what He would have us do.

    Blessings to you

    Hi Gina,

I thought that someone would have responded to your post by now. Sorry, the Bible calls the seventh day the Sabbath. Genesis 2:3.

The believers in the Old Testament kept the 7th day Sabbath beginning what we call Friday at sundown to Saturday at sundown. In the beginning there were not the current names for the days of the week. So I am not sure we can really know exactly which was the seventh day in the earliest times. At one point, someone created a calendar, and determined what day was the seventh day according to the calendar. The Israelites were commanded by the Law of Moses (10 commandments) to set the Sabbath aside from working. So, they had to have some calendar to go by for determining the days of the week.

As Christians, we are urged to keep every day as a Sabbath, not to rest from work everyday, but to live it for God. But it is fine for Christians to keep the seventh day as a Sabbath, or Sunday, or any other day of the week as a day of rest and worship. We have such freedom to obey the commandment in its elevated way that Jesus taught His disciples and then they passed it on to their congregations. ( Colossians 2:16)

I Hope this helps you. Looking forward to your reply.

Hi there, these verses in 1 Timothy 3:15-17 are verses I have memorized as well. One way I memorized them was to make them into a melody that matched the cadence of my walking steps. That way, when I go for walk I can sing the verse along the way.

This verse teaches me to love Scripture and to believe that it contains the words of eternal life. Therefore, knowing them will always help us.

    God bless you.

Brother S Spencer, New Jerusalem is not a Literal city, but a city whose houses are men, Son's of God, just like Christ. ( Hebrews 3:6) As all things were given to him by the Father, we are given all things by Christ, POWER to rule the nations. AS Moses was made a god over Pharaoh ( Exodus 7:1) the ELECT are going to be made gods over the nations, and the nations want be able to STAY THEIR HANDS.

In Ezekiel 38 this is describing the second resurrection.

In Revelation when John is describing the city (new Jerusalem) the talks about the walls of the city.

In out parts of prophecy it says our walls are salvation.

In Ezekiel 38:11 When Gog comes against the elect, it says UNWALLED villages.

Revelation 20:7 After the thousand years, flesh is released out of prison, death and the grave, the bottomless pit, and they come against the ELECT. But the Elect brings down the FIRE of the LORD on them. The stubble in the is BURNED UP.

Hi David, returning to this once again, I think I read somewhere that all of the apostles/disciples were baptized in water prior to this moment in time where Jesus promised the Holy Spirit. That is why the apostles baptized new believers in water: that Jesus was baptized and the manifestation of the Father (voice) and Spirit (dove) were a visual teaching what those who are baptized receive; that they were baptized in water when they were called follow Jesus (Jesus baptized at the same time John did); and that Jesus commanded it in Matthew 28.

    Thanks David,

I always try to see things God's way, no matter what the circumstance, conversation, or my own thinking. I pray for Him to guard my mind and heart as I read and study Scripture, but also, in my day to day work and interactions with others.

Hi, I am going back to Hebrews 10:26. This verse is set in the context of someone denying the gospel, so the willful sin here is a believer who apostasizes and continues in stubborn, persistent deliberate rejection of the gospel. If they do not repent and return to faith, they will not be saved in the end. In the mean time, the time period that they are in rejection of the gospel, having previously believed, they are unsaved until they repent, being returned to the same state as non-believers, in which there is no other way to have forgiveness of sins outside of Christ.

Later in this passage, Paul says: Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has a great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God (believing the gospel, you may receive the promise (salvation.)

For we are not of those who draw back to perdition, but of those who believe to the saving of the soul.

    Hebrews 10:35-37; 39

Paul is urging his congregants to persist in the faith, as some were known to have apostasized among the churches in those times.

  • Earl Bowman - In Reply - 4 years ago
Brother S Spencer, I don't know whether you believe the ELECT are going to judge the world. If we have that common ground, we can build from there. No one but the ELECT, as you say, go to heaven, everyone and everything else will happen ON EARTH, after the world, from adam forward, are raised back to earthly flesh.

And death an hell were cast into the lake of fire.

What is accomplished by hell being cast into hell.

But if the Greek word Hades had been translated GRAVE like it was in 1 Corinthians 15:55.

Now death and the grave are cast into the lake of fire. Which is the second death.
