The reason why there is only three God person, the father, the son, the holy spirit is because they are the only perfect ones. If there were someone else who would've lived a perfect life just like Jesus, they would've been a begotten son just like he was.

In the scriptures when God says he won't give this glory to anyone else...doesn't mean that the son, and the holy spirit don't exist, but rather that they are 1 and considered one. If someone had done what Jesus did, there would have been two begotten instead of 1, but no there isn't. God bless!

Is it conceivable that after Job lost his livestock & also his children, that it never occurred to him throughout the intervening period to check on whether he was lied to or whether it was factual? We're not told how long Job had suffered his great loss & the intervention of his 'friends' at his side, but it was at least 7 days to a more likely figure of a year or two. I would think he would have noticed some family & animals missing during that period. Do you not see that this is more probable?

I ask you tonight to bind the demons of anger and addiction, and any other demons at work in Petey's sons life.

Lord I rebuke them in Jesus Mighty Name with all power and authority! Help Petey's son to repent and despise these activities in his life.

Lord be merciful to him and deliver him. Save him Father and render those demons inoperable and bound, reserved until the day of judgement never to harass him again, please.

I pray that Petey's son will have a great testimony of Your deliverance and saving power in his life and That you will use it for Your glory.

Is it possible Jobs seven children were never killed but rather a lying messenger from Satan was sent to Job to cause him to believe they were killed bringing about the same results of the test between God and Satan. This would explain why Job has all seven children mentioned at the end of the story. Also how he had double the blessings as at first. One half would be from what people restored onto Job to replace what they believed he had lost and the other half would be the original blessings he never lost but was only lied to that he had. Also Satan is the father of lies so why should we believe his messengers are telling the truth. The truth for Job is what Job believed even if its a lie. He would have all the physical responses like the boils caused by a weakened immune system from heavy stress of all the bad news even if non of it was true. There is no reason Job would have to loose his children and livelihood to accomplish the same test results. Truth is what people believe more so than what is. The best liars stick closet to the truth.

Kent, there is no teaching by the apostles that states that any believer becomes a God. That is an erroneous statement, I believe. There is and always will be only one True God. He will not share his glory with another. We become sons of God, adopted into Him by faith in His one and only begotten Son. Jesus is the only Son of God who shares the essence of God. We will never possess His essence. We are privileged to share in the fellowship of the Trinity, but we do no become gods. That is the ancient lie and hook Satan used in Eden to tempt Adam and Eve. He, himself birthed sin in himself when he hoped to ascend to the throne of God and become equal to Him, thus existing as another god beside the one true God.

I do not mean to be harsh. But this is an age old false teaching. I pray that you will gain understanding on this idea through the Holy Spirit and the Word.
