We don't know who Daniel's parents were. The Daniel of 1 Chronicles 3:1; 2 Samuel 3:3 - Chileab = Daniel, was a son of King David, but he was born about 400 years before the Prophet Daniel.

    Amen Brother Jesse.

The just shall live by faith.

If someone asks you "are you saved " and you reply "I don't know " There seems to be a lack of faith, and belief in scripture.

That was an interesting take on the Agabus prophecy to Paul. I've never looked it that way; I've always understood it as God's Word indicating what would befall Paul at Jerusalem if he went there, & Agabus' & others' compelling words for Paul to stay back was based on that fact only & not on obedience to the prophecy. So, I see that prophetical warning as just that, a warning, & not a disobedience by Paul to be at Jerusalem for Pentecost.

Sister Sacha, the Old is a shadow of the New. Death PASSED OVER the house covered with the blood of the LAMB.

We are the HOUSE of the Lord ( Hebrews 3:6) and we are covered with the blood of the TRUE LAMB; therefore DEATH will also PASS OVER US.

Confusion comes when we don't understand the two resurrections and when they occur, the first and second death and when they occur, the two judgements and when they occur, the thousand year reign and when it will occur.

The answers are in Revelation, but the answers are SIGNIFIED ( Revelation 1:1).

    God bless you!

Sister Sacha, Christ has returned (like a thief in the night, you didn't see him), he came the second time in the form of the Holy Spirit.

Hebrews 9:27 An it is appointed to man (sinful flesh) once to die, (sinful flesh died with Christ on the Cross), but after this the judgement ( 1 Peter 4:17).

Hebrews 9:28 So Christ was once (first coming in the flesh) offered to bear the sins of many, and unto them that look for him he shall appear the second time (as the Holy Spirit) without sin UNTO SALVATION (victory over the grave and death).

    God bless you.

Daniel 6:22, may have been the significant inspiration for the painting, Daniel 6:21 was when Daniel respectively replied to the king. Daniel 6:1-28, only the artist knows the thoughts behind their work. I paint on occasion some have personal meaning, some symbolic, some are just practice, some are artist relief. Many are gifts. Hopefully that's somewhat helpful

A, I give you words of encouragement and prayer. God saves. He promised to make your bed in all your sickness. So he is there, we just have to continue to believe and trust in him. Yahweh may you please issue a decree of protection around A's family. Protect them by the strips of Jesus and his blood. Amen.

Sister Sacha, may CHRIST IN US grace us with HIS wisdom and His understanding.

    Judgement is not punishment.

Psalms 89:14 Justice and judgement are the habitation of thy throne, mercy and truth shall go before thy face.

Psalms 37:28 For the LORD loveth judgement .....

Matthew 23:23 Woe unto to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites .....and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, JUDGEMENT, MERCY, and FAITH .......

    Wrath and indignation are punishments.

The Father put all HIS wrath and indignation upon Christ, so man would not have to suffer God's wrath and indignation.

Revelation 21:22 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the LAMB are the TEMPLE of it.

Revelation 15:5 And I looked, and, behold, the TEMPLE of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened:

We know that Revelation is the revealing of Jesus Christ. When John came preaching the kingdom of God, the TEMPLE of the tabernacle of the testimony was opened to man.

Revelation 15:6 And the seven angels came out of the TEMPLE (Lord God Almighty), having the seven plagues, clothed in pure white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.

Revelation 15:7 And one of the four living creatures (one of the living creatures is MAN) gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials (sins of mankind) full of the WRATH OF GOD, who liveth for ever and ever.

Revelation 15:8 And the TEMPLE of God (THE LAMB) was filled with smoke from the glory of God (the Father), and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the TEMPLE (INTO CHRIST), till the seven plagues (WRATH AND INDIGNATION of God was poured out on Christ) of the seven angels we fulfilled.

After Christ (THE TEMPLE) was resurrected, then man could enter into the TEMPLE (INTO CHRIST).

    God bless you.

I continue to ask for strong protection (esp. the little one) for all of us as well as deliverance, healing, salvation (those unsaved), guidance and the fullness of the Holy Spirit. Ok , thank you , I get what you are saying . That explains Matthew Ch 22 V 32 a bit more clear to me . Colossians Ch 2 V 12 becomes clearer also . I've always believed that the first ressurection occurs when Christ returns and the second at the end of his thousand year reign , the humans who have lived through that period will be ressurected and judged and then the Kingdom delivered up to God Who Will Be All In All . I've always looked at the Old as a foreshadow of the New and felt that we are like the Israelites being delivered out of Egypt . They put the blood of the lamb on their doorposts and the destroying angel passed over their dwellings , we get sealed in our foreheads , and will be "saved" from the wrath of God when he pours out His judgements on the earth . Your post has definately added a new dimension to my readings and I will be keeping it in my mind as I read in future , thankyou very much .

Hi John , I've had coronavirus twice , at the end of April last year and in February of this year . So , having it in 2020 didn't stop me from catching it again this year . In 2020 it wasn't very bad at all , hubby was much more affected by it than me . This year we both had the same symptoms and felt really c - - p for 4 full weeks and then took another 3 weeks to slowly get better . I have a few underlying health problems , Sjogrens Syndrome and Menierres Disease , sorry if I've spelt them wrong . We are both in our mid fifties , slightly over weight but we both exercise very regularly and have done for most of our lives . We don't want to get vaccinated . Our only concern is for our relatives , both our Mums have bad chests , through smoking , are in their early seventies and probably wouldn't survive the virus . We would hate to infect them , we visit regularly but wear masks and keep our distance from them . Other than staying away from them completely what else can we do to make sure we don't infect them ? Any advice would be appreciated .

Sister Sacha, may CHRIST IN US grace us with HIS wisdom and HIS understanding.

In reading your past comments I know you think you are going to lay in the grave until the resurrection of the dead.

God's word says those born again (IN CHRIST, IN the book of LIFE) will never see death. You LIFE is IN CHRIST, Christ is IMMORTALITY.

You were RAISE with CHRIST (this is the first resurrection)

Revelation 20:6 Blessed and holy is he (you Sacha) that hath part in the FIRST RESURRECTION; on such the second death hath no power, but they (you Sacha) shall be priests of God, and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

Luke 20:35 But they (you Sacha) which shall BE ACCOUNTED WORTHY (you Sacha are CHOSEN) to obtain that world (the same way and glory Christ always had with the Father in that world) and the resurrection (you Sacha and Christ died together and were raise together, Sacha in Christ and Christ in Sacha, made ONE) from the dead .....

Luke 20:36 Neither can they (you Sacha) DIE anymore: for they (you Sacha) are EQUAL to the angels (Christ is the angel of God); and are the children of God, being the children of the (you Sacha and Christ) RESURRECTION.

    God bless you!

Revelation 17:10 . The sixth kingdom though at the time of John's vision was the Roman kingdom it was still vaguely described since the time of Daniel's vision looking forward in time to different governments. The Roman government was the last earthy, worldly government that had no formal border to the Spiritual Kingdom of God in Christ Jesus. Once this Kingdom began it became a border to itself and all other future govenments, limiting their growth and their names because the True Kingdom on Earth prevails.

These earthly smaller kingdoms to this day are where God's Providence continues to work miracles. If Satan were not bound with chain, there would be no weakness in the World for an escape into the Spiritual Kingdom of Christ. This Heavenly Providence is Grace and a way of escape.

This is the door of Grace into Salvation in Ark of Jesus Christ and his Church and by the Providence of God. From the beginning of His Kingdom until now the door of the Ark is opened to all whom confess their sins, turn from them and by faith enter in by faith which is freedom.

When the Providence of God in the little governments of the World ceases, then Satan will be released fully and the route to escape becomes impossible because God will not prevent Satan's killing lusts. Worse yet, for the protection of the souls in the Ark of Salvation, the spiritual border crossing will be forever closed.

The tourists Ark in Kentucky may well be an example for some that are like the foolish virgins. They once entered the Ark of Salvation and instead of remaining steadfast in faith they exited a remaining open door to a gift shop to walk around and buy memories of the Ark.

The time of the Covid also seems to be under appreciating the Providence of God as a sign of the times. The day of Provocation is at hand and we as Christians are complaining about the World when it is the World (by water) Spiritual Grace that saves the way of escape across the border to the open Ark.

    Dear Curious,

Thank you also for answering my question. Like you, I also do not believe that a person who has been born of God's Spirit (Salvation) can ever lose their salvation. A person is saved only when the presence of God's Spirit is living in them. At the point of salvation, we become a new creation in Christ Jesus. Jesus has promised us that He will never leave us nor forsake us. He also says that His sheep hear His voice and HE KNOWS THEM. Who is He referring to as His sheep, those who are lost or those who are saved? I would say those who are saved. With that being said, and knowing that Jesus calls you one of His sheep and says He knows you (Present Tense), how could He one day tell you "Depart from me, I NEVER KNEW YOU?" Doesn't make sense!

If you are saved and trusting in the one who saved you to keep you by His power, then you do well. Now, this does not mean that you can go out and sin all you want to because you're saved no matter what. Some will accuse you of believing that you can sin all you want because you're saved no matter what. What a terrible accusation to make against a believer in Christ Jesus! A person who is truly saved and being led by the Spirit of Christ would never believe that.

Also, if salvation cannot be obtained in this life, but only after death and judgement, then no one can presently say they are saved now, so then the question "Can we lose our salvation" wouldn't need to be asked. Some say yes, you can lose your salvation, and some say no, you can't lose it. But how can a person lose or not lose something that they don't presently have? The question would make no sense at all if we had to wait until after judgment. The bible speaks of salvation being present tense.

Stay strong in the Lord, remain in His word, and trust in the one who has saved you, the one who has promised to keep you by His power alone, and the one who said He will never leave you.

    God Bless!!!
