Indeed Rick, when we refer to the OT concerning the characters you mentioned, we can see how God spoke to them through dreams to reveal His future plans. However, with Jean Dixon, she was an astrologer/psychic who prophesied of Kennedy's assassination (though not naming him, but describing his features), but in the same vein, some of her other predictions failed (e.g. WWIII would start in 1958, the Soviets would land the first man on the moon, & others); so I don't think she would quite fit our thoughts here.

And in the NT (post-Cross), we have Agabus ( Acts 11:27,28; Acts 21:10,11), Philip's four daughters, Judas Barsabas & Silas, & of course, the Apostle John. We don't know what some of them proclaimed, but if true to their calling as prophets, their forthtelling & words of guidance would not only be Spirit-breathed but would not fail. It would be interesting if present-day prophets were checked for their annunciations & if found wanting, how would the Church deal with them. I fear, not well. But the Church would be blessed if there were those who truly brought out the Mind of God, as also the teachers of the Word, that God's people might be enriched & prepared. Or else, many will be left disillusioned.

I will be glad to pray for you. I am glad that you want God to be a part of your education and life. I will pray that God puts you into the school that is best for you and his purpose in life. I pray that our father God, who only wants the best for each of us will help you to accept his will. Happiness is an attitude we have when we accept his will and totally yield to him. Hello Professor Romans 14 comes into mind when it comes to other believers because what you choose to do is according to individual believing, I'm not going to judge my brother or sister on that. With an unbeliever go the route you understand its experimental it was done to prevent a serious epidemic outbreak and will it effect them you don't know because they don't know. I'm a christian and I won't take it because I'm too compromised, but I wear a mask all the time and am careful who I associate with. My oldest son and his wife got the shot because they travel a lot and to a lot of other countries they don't let you in unless you can prove your vaccinated if your not the hurdles to get in are insane. They are both healthy and young and no after effects. Personally if I was healthier I would just ask God can I do this and it would be a yes or no. I figure if Gods going to tell me and I'm just a fellow believer why wouldn't he tell another believer. Prayer fully this helps.

Chris Another point we believers already know because of what's written the world is corrupt so prophecy of a prophet i.e. should be stated to prepare for a specific situation, supposedly Jean Dixon gave prophecy of kennedy's assassination what's the point or profit it it wasn't stopped. We know the story of Joseph in Egypt with pharaoh and the dream of the drought, look at all the profit he was given the signet ring he was put in command of the egypt and built in up to a mighty empire under Gods guidance. Same thing that comes to mind with Daniel knowing the the dream of the king[prophecy]at that time look at all the profit lives were saved and Daniel Gods man was made a ruler. I can say to you now our country is doomed am I speaking prophetically absolutely not, there are so many things being done against the true God that if it doesn't turn its over that's already written. Keep something in mind we can save people but not nations or countries those are ruled by the enemy.

Hi Curious , I believe it can be lost . I don't think that it's an easy or common occurrence because I think that if you are truly Christ's then he will fight to keep you with him . We read Daniel Ch 12 V2 . I don't believe that every one who has ever lived will be ressurected , others disagree and that's ok by me . I think that only the responsible Christians , people who have heard the Word , and understood it shall be ressurected . Those then that at some point in their lives , rejected it and never went back to it , will be ressurected to face Christ's judgement of them . In other words they have died in sin .The ones found acceptable will live and reign with him for one thousand years on earth . That's my belief . As you read the Bible for yourself you will draw your own conclusions I'm sure . Enjoy .

Hi Charleston , I believe that the ressurected Christians who have been judged and found acceptable and the Christians who were alive when Christ returned and were judged by him as acceptable , will live and reign with him . There will also be humans that have survived the trials and tribulations of the last days . Others may and probably will disagree , as you read the Bible for yourself and you grow in understanding , you will make your own mind up based on what it actually says . Enjoy .

I have a son in law who is a pastor.

For the past 5-6 years he has managed to turn our daughter away from me. I haven't talked to her on the phone in years, if I ever wanted to ask to see my grandchildren I would text her. She would always text to say that I have them ready to pick up when they came to pick them up, not getting out to visit.

She never started a conversation even by text, it was always me. We are invited to go to birthday parties at their home, they do not speak to us or me when I am by myself, they only show up at our home for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Now they are refusing to let us see our grandchildren since July. I have tried to meet with my daughter to talk with her to talk about whatever ill feelings she has towards me, but she will only talk to me with her husband there. I won't talk to her with him around. He once hollared at me so loud that his veins on his neck were bulging. He has never liked our family. Whenever they use to come over more he wouldn't stay around the family and talk, he would go watch tv by himself. Yet he is totally involved when he is at his family's events. He has lied to my face. I have expressed my feelings about all of this to my daughter.

I don't understand how you can preach the word of God and act like this. I have tried to tell her that Christians don't act like this. And I did tell her that God will seek His revenge if they don't stop acting this way, maybe take their children from them. She didn't like this, but that is my understanding of God's word.

My heart is broken and I don't know what to do.

I took the SAT (college admissions test) on November 6th. Can you please pray for me every day until November 19th (that is when scores come out) that I did well on the SAT, that God is by my side, and that the scoring curve will be generous and lenient? As a high school senior, I am also applying to colleges this year. Can you also pray for me every day until May, that I will get accepted into the college of my choice? Would both the following be prophecies that one should give regard to? Someone prophesies in February, 2021 that a massive earthquake will hit Vanuatu in the Pacific this year. While another prophesies in the same month that this massive earthquake will strike early morning on Oct 2, 2021 but without any injury or death. One could say that both are correct as that earthquake did actually take place this year, but a discerning person will say, 'but Vanuatu regularly has earthquakes or tremors so what is that first prophecy, since there will very likely be one in 2021'. Maybe, we need to be wise to such proclamations & ensure their specificity. Hopefully, that Site will help me - thanks.

Thank you for your comments T. Levis, & more so for your prayers for Australia - she is indeed in great need because of their total disregard to the Word of God & apathy to spiritual things. In fact, eastern religions seem to have more appeal to many, which speaks a lot about the sad & sometimes bad testimony of Christians who ought to be the 'salt & light' to all. Not that the masses will come to the light, but it would be a righteous standard before them, so they are without excuse. And yet, there are many wonderful believers who are wholly devoted to the Lord. The Church is certainly visible - maybe not visible enough.

No rebuke taken - or even seen in your comments. I'm sure the things you've heard are true, but the other side is, if police orders are disobeyed, then we must expect a response; as in the Melbourne woman (she was arrested for "pursuing a course of conduct which would involve the committing of an offence", under stage three/four lockdown). Whether an order is right or wrong isn't the issue - following it or not, is. Sadly, Australia has gone the same way as many countries have, giving God & His Word no place, prohibiting strong discipline at home & school, quashing minority voices that go against righteous behaviour, etc. etc.

Having said that, we have a very strong connection to the States, my wife having spent over fifteen years studying & working there, mainly in Orange County, Ca. So our friends over there are scattered all over the country (East to West), some of them very fine believers. And yes, we too over here look at the U.S. with sadness, a singularly great nation being at the forefront in every field of service, now being decimated by evil forces seeking her ruin. As you pray for us here, be assured that my (& many other's) prayers for America are specific & for her govt, especially that believers will remain strong & resilient to those forces, resting on the Promises found in God's Word to all who abide in Him. There is a website called Elijah List, it has several 'prophetic words' listed for multiple years of several "Prophets" I have been able to read many then go back to check older archived words. I prayerfully read many some have been accurate. Two people really stand out today as very accurate propheticly Hank Kunneman & Amanda Grace both have been very accurate about several things. The things that were most accurate that came to pass Pastor Hank Kunneman said 2018 they wouldn't be successful in 'impeachment' that they would try twice both would fail, that the decade would start off harsh, last year snow in unusual places to be a sign that GOD hears our cries & HE will cleanse ._.etc. Amanda Grace, Ark of Grace Ministries said High tech CEO's would resign right before Bezos did, said NY Como would be caught up in scandal & resign, warning him to repent. Then said because he didn't his own party would turn against him & he would resign this year.

Further researching I found Bob Jones & John Paul Jackson both deceased had propheied about "a perfect storm" coming to America which both were uncomfortably accurate they explained it to be s combination of many elements of Government,financial, real storms, financial, racial unrest, fires in our streets. Jackson even spoke of the storm being about 300 miles wide "Dorian"?

Truly friends, in the Peaceable Kingdom of Christ the fear of man's devices good and bad are for a short time. Someday in Heaven we will understand the time of tribulations of the flesh an honor that seemed less than an one half hour of unpleasantness in comparison to eternity. If Christians properly believed in presence of the Kingdom of God in Peace now we would weather tribulations easier without partiality and with better wisdom from above. So instead we are searching for wisdom in this world trying to escape the Providence of God or worse take the Providence of God into our own hands. I would pray that you like many faithful brethren take or not take the vaccine according to your own conscience and use the results of which to show your peace and obedience to God and man instead of making a false image of the subject and accusing men whom are under the order of God whether they chose to be or not. Any man who is not dwelling in the fullness of God in Jesus Christ is a false man and an enemy to the faith. But we are called to refresh our enemies with the Testimony of Jesus Christ as an example. You asked a good question and one that sadly does not seem to even be publicly addressed by the government oppressors or the media. I know big pharma companies have big influence in the already corrupt health care industry and what is currently happening with the dangerous vaccines. In my experience, the side that is least transparent and pivots to avoid questions and scrutiny is the side that might be afraid of the truth getting out and likely the side in the wrong.

Most I speak with believe the vaccine mandates are wrong. It usually takes 10 years of study for the approval process and this was rushed to market. What bothers me is how many people repeat 'it's safe', but it's clearly not safe to everyone, so is it honest to say that? And it's concerning how this is brushed aside as insignificant somehow, but if you put all the worst disasters combined in the US for example (shootings, floods, hurricanes, 9/11, bombings (not war), it still won't equal the amount of death that this vaccine has caused. Also ivermectin and HCQ were already known as effective a year and a half ago. I think the entire country of India is using it in mass, but those countries not using it with the highest vax rate also have the highest covid rate. And those with no lockdowns like Sweden (and Florida) don't have as much illness. Somehow no one questions this. God bless.
