You didn't cite one Bible verse supporting your feelings, I wonder why.

Just 1 scripture shows whether what you said is true or false:

    John 1:1

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."

    "...WORD WAS GOD."

Is Jesus the Word? Yes, John 1:14.

This verse is like kryptonite to those who don't want to believe in Jesus's divinity, because it leaves no room for creative interpretation. Anti-Jesus folks hate this verse and will perform all kinds of mental gymnastics to try to make it mean something else, but it doesn't work. It already means exactly what it says.

But is that the only verse saying that Jesus is God? There's more...

    1 John 5:7

    Genesis 1:26

    Genesis 11:6-7

    John 10:30

    John 8:19

    John 1:1

    Philippians 2:5 - 2:8

    2 Corinthians 5:19

    John 1:3

    1 John 5:7

    Matthew 28:19

    1 Peter 1:2

    2 Corinthians 13:14

    Deuteronomy 6:4

    John 14:10

    John 20:28

    1 John 5:8

    1 John 2:22-24

Isaiah 7:14 - Jesus is called Immanuel which means "God with us"

    Matthew 1:23-25

Hebrews 1:8 "But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom."

Amen sister English Sacha, we sin on our own and we will face judgment on our own. There are principalities, powers of darkness, and spiritual wickedness that roam this earth. They can deceive us and lead us on the wrong paths and if we have not received the Holy Spirit they can do physical and mental damage but we still are responsible for our sin.

We are born with it and we will be buried in it, corruption, but if we have been sealed with the down payment (the earnest of the Spirit) we will not rise with it. Satan is an angelic being, he is not omnipresent, he cannot be at your house and my house at the same time. Like Paul said, "that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing".

Like you said we cannot pass the buck, and how can we repent if we do not accept we are responsible, it is empty and meaningless. If we are honest with ourselves, our conscience lets us know if we sin.

God bless you and your family,

    Part II

    2 Corinthians 1:9-10

    2) God's Eternal Salvation in The Present Tense:

As believers in Christ, in that He died for us on the cross, and was resurrected three days later, so that we could be forgiven our sins and have eternal life with our Father in heaven, we are all brothers and sisters sharing one faith, and as such we are all children of Abraham.

Simple said: "Where does Jesus identify himself as God ? He does not ."

So you want us to disregard all of this scripture?

    Isaiah 44:6

"Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God."

    Isaiah 48:12

"Hearken unto me, O Jacob and Israel, my called; I am he; I am the first, I also am the last."

    Revelation 1:8

"I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty."

    Revelation 1:17-18

17 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:

18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

    Revelation 21:6-7

6 "And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely."

7 "He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son"

Revelation 22:12-17 12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. 14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. 15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie. 16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star. 17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

Based on Scripture - Jesus is God.

    God Bless.

Which particular portion of the Scripture is your question related to? Matthew 16:13 when He refers to Himself as "The Son of Man" is one instance, which I believe could be attributed to the fact He was not trying to completely reveal Himself. Remember as well He spoke in parables, so that only those who believed would understand, and sometimes not even the Apostles and disciples understood. Even they weren't prepared for everything to be revealed, look at how they reacted to The Crucifixion. 1 Corinthians 13:12 Says of how we see, thru a glass darkly now, but then, face to face. We don't know alot of things now, but we can read and understand what the disciples didn't and the people didn't as it happened. Christ is a mystery that He reveals to us, but never fully until face to face.

Hi T. Lewis What made it bad is he not only didn't do what the man of God told Him but he lied to the man of god and blamed the people that he ruled over and made sacrifice to God for show which didn't mean anything because he didn't mean it in his heart. Then he's so spiritually checked out that later he tries to Kill Gods next man David. Eventually his own pride and fear produced his demise which was death.

Good morning Sacha and all! I agree with what you wrote. Thank you so thoughts and meditations arise.

There is no other way to know the Lord except by death and resurrection. In repentance and remission of my sins by faith, (my whole heart and life, anything that I was reminded of) I poured out my heart into Jesus at the foot of the Cross. I died and was baptized into the Lord's death by his spilt blood and water. Only I realized I was again alive, my burdens were lifted, my sins removed and that I was redeemed, loved, led by the Holy Spirit, a new man. I desired baptism by water as a sign of my new walk and as a testimony to those of the Kingdom that I desired to commune with them in Christ Jesus in Peace by the still water.

Israel had an advantage as they were taught by God by Moses and the Prophets to believe in Jesus. They understood the need for offering and sacrifice to receive the Promise. Any believing member at the time of Jesus could die in Him and be resurrected in Him. Because God loves all, we as Gentiles who were afar off, confess His name by faith with the same understanding, all Gentiles can die to sins and be reborn in His new Life.

So today, We walk in the New Life as little lambs, followers of our Shepard with a hope in heaven. This Life is opposed to old life in the flesh and we must be reminded to deny ourselves because of pride that never wants to die. Satan a spirit of pride wants to live in and command our clean heart with other spirits and defile the Temple. Jesus has overcome the Devil, Satan and these evil spirits and we must remain in Him by his leading which is the Holy Ghost.

So the commission commanded by Christ is to teach, repentance and remission of sins and to baptize with water those who by faith believe and confess His name.

  • David - In Reply - 4 years ago
Hi T. Lewis Sauls error was out of a heart issue of pride which goeth before a fall read 1 Samuel 15:9-26 first he blamed the people that he ruled over then lies to the man of God Samuel then sacrifices to God for show which is worse the end result is disobedience or rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft up until that time God was with him after that the true God was not talking to him at all. He became sick in the head and full of fear to the point of trying to kill the next appointed King David. Spiritually he was done.

Hi Sasha We were born under the influence or subjected to sin now when I was taught the greatness of what I was redeemed from by Jesus Christ I confessed my sin and my sins are paid for now when i sin or break fellowship I ask forgiveness through my saviour. How can an individual know if he is sinning if he doesn't know what sin is, that is in the category of ignorant but once I understood my fault through Gods Word I changed and accepted my fault and my Saviour. No one said they denied their sin but remember we were born in that state Ephesians 2:1 and 5 without God and without hope. Now being a saint being born again when I sin or break fellowship I confess and am forgiven because as it says in 1 John 1:8-10 but this applies to us who are born again.

    Brother Spencer,

Thanks. And with that, Paul was speaking to a very corrupt church.

There's no other custom in any of the churches of God than what Paul just said right here. So Paul says if you want to be contentious, you're going against God!

Please every one think about this with an open heart and mind if only for one minute . I say this with love from my heart to yours . How can any one repent from their sinfulness if they don't fully acknowledge it ? How can any of us acknowledge our own sinfullness if we don't recognise it ? How can any of us recognise it if we don't own it ? How can any of us own it if we ease our own and others consciences by blaming the devil or satan or what ever you want to blame as long as you don't blame yourself . This to me is a great evil . Our pride . It stands in the way of true repentance . To truly repent , we must own , recognise and acknowledge our sinfulness . How like Christ are we ? Really ? Are we homeless ? Do we have cash ? Do we know where our next meal is coming from ? Is everything we do done for the benefit of someone else ? All day every day ? Do we love our brothers and sisters enough to die a painfull and humiliating death for their sake ? We are not called to do all of those things but we are supposed to be trying very hard every day to be as much like him as we can and we all fail every day . We all sin , every day . We don't just sin when we give in to temptation and do something that we know we shouldn't really do. We sin also when we dont do those things that we know we should . Whose fault is that ? The devil's ? satans ? No . It's ours . Truly own it and repent of it and be washed clean in the blood of the lamb and be baptized into the Saving Grace of Jesus's Sacrifice....for OUR sinfullness . Much love to you all in Christ .

    PRINCE OF THIS WORLD

I would say most everyone would agree that SATAN is the prince of this world.

But would you agree that the princes of this world would also be SATAN.

1 Corinthians 2:6 Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect; yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of THE PRINCES OF THIS WORLD, that come to nought:

1 Corinthians 2:7 But we speak THE WISDOM OF GOD in a mystery, even he HIDDEN WISDOM, which God ORDAINED before the world unto our glory:

1 Corinthians 2:8 Which none of the PRINCES OF THIS WORLD knew (this hidden wisdom): for had they known it (this hidden wisdom) they (the princes of this world) would not have CRUCIFIED the Lord of glory.

ALL FLESH crucified Christ, FLESH is the princes of this world.

    Brother Mishael,

Amen! Jesus Christs words are EVERLASTING!

    John 3:5

"Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God."

    Matthew 24:35

"Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away."

    Matthew 28:18-20

18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

In summary: Jesus tells the apostles to TEACH ALL NATIONS, very important - ALL NATIONS. Some teaching false doctrine will state that the above scripture is directed at Israel only - NOT SO!!!!!

ALL NATIONS - means all people all over this EARTH!

    God Bless!

Please consider signing this petition on the ALCJ website, for this young man of faith. Mishael

An innocent Christian young man could be convicted and sentenced to death for blasphemy in Pakistan.

Shahzad Masih has been charged with blasphemy after he was asked by his Muslim coworker to answer questions about his Christian faith. He was a MINOR at the time of the alleged offense and now faces death for saying something that does not constitute blasphemy even under the prosecution's version of the facts.

This Christian boy has now languished four years in prison, being tried as an adult for an offense that carries the death penalty under Pakistan's barbaric blasphemy laws. Even worse, the police investigators specifically found that his statements did NOT constitute blasphemy.

Yet he could die for his faith. Our global affiliate office in Pakistan is working in court to defend Shahzad. We recently presented an oral intervention to the U.N. Human Rights Council on his behalf. And JUST DAYS AGO, our attorneys presented before members of the European Union Parliament, urging action and the quick passage of a resolution in support of Shahzad.

No one - especially someone who was a child when falsely charged - should ever face death for their Christian faith. We've helped free Christians from death row in Pakistan before. But now we need you to take action with us.

Do you think the final decision was when Saul killed the priests of the LORD & their children, cattle, wives? Psalm 105:14-15

1 Samuel 22:12-23 or the hypocrisy in not obeying GOD to kill the enemy's cattle, & leaving the enemy king alive yet not sparing GOD's priests? 1 Samuel 15:18-35 Was Sauls fear of losing his power greater than his fear of GOD?

    Dear Sister Cindy,

It's wonderful that you want to be in the House of the Lord. Here are the keys to the Kingdom - per Jesus!

    Believe!

    John 3:16

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

Be baptized in water and receive God's Holy Spirit!

    John 3:5

"Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God."

    Repent from your sin!

    Revelation 3:19

"As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent."

Strive to keep God's 10 Commandments.

    John 14:15

"If ye love me, keep my commandments."

Come judgement day, Jesus will be our Judge, he tells us here in scripture below what will he will want from us to enter into his Kingdom.

    Revelation 22:12-14

12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

Keep your bible close to you, read it and Believe!

    God Bless.

The answer to your question, in the beginning everything ate grass, herbs of the field, and fruit from the trees, there wasn't any need of meats. Adam was immortal like the creator (God) and when God created Eve she was immortal too. Adam and Eve did not need nourishment for the body they were like God's, the animals ate grass and herbs, the lion would lay down beside the lamb. But like everything that God does humans get into it and it becomes a mess. After the sin of the forbidden fruit Adam and Eve became flesh and blood, God took their immortal away from them and block the way to the tree of life which would have gave them immortal back. After Adam and Eve lost their immortal there was a need for meats and a need for nourishment for the body. hope this clears up the scripture for you.

    God Bless
