I don't think I have ever added or taken away any words , if I have I ask for God's forgiveness , sometimes I can't remember the reference so just give the gist of the scripture . I am genuinely sorry if I have offended you . In my defense I would say that we are not strictly speaking , in a church on this site . In my congregation all women wear head scarves and are always silent . We never teach a brother anything ever .

Mostly we are totally silent at all times in church . Last year during the lockdown in u.k. we had no services at all for fifteen months . I started coming on here then looking for some Christian company . No one on here would know I was a woman if I hadn't said I was and I suspect that I'm not the only regular poster on here who is female and not revealing their gender . I can't say I blame them . Please don't read my posts on here if I offend you and I shall try to only post when I just can't stop myself . My husband occasionally posts on here but you don't and won't ever know who he is . He is sad for me regarding you but he did say " I told you this would happen " and he did . He's usually right , that's annoying to me .

It as the Holy Spirit wills. Tongues are a sign for the believer. It gives REST to our spirits. It is an act of faith. At times it is deep inner groaning. It makes no sense to the natural human mind.

If you ask the Holy Spirit for a gift; receive it by faith.

When we draw close to the Holy Spirit, He draws close to us. He comforts us. He teaches us, as in that He reveals Jesus to our mind, heart and soul.

An example of this is in Luke 1:46-55, 2:19

"My soul doth magnify the Lord, and my Spirit hath Rejoiced in God my Savior."

I ask? can anyone sing, "Holy Holy Holy is His Name" without your spirit exalting in God?

What do we think of those who almost died and were revived; and say they saw something or someone not of this world? Are they all faking it?

I was so close to dying from alcohol + downer cocktails; I was suicidal. I wanted to die from a broken heart.

One night I saw Jesus in a vision, not smiling. His eyes pierced my soul. Someone said, why does the Bible say it's wrong (evil). 2 Timothy 3:5, 15.

I woke up saved and sealed with the Holy Spirit the next morning. All the demons were gone.

Jesus is alive. He is involved in peoples lives. You have to decide that every verse in the Bible is Truth. If you seek a gift from the Holy Spirit, then ask. Read everything about it. Your faith has to be involved. Seek and you will find.

In my life, I learned to fast, and pray for answers.

Stay separated from the frivolous; read slower and ask the Holy Spirit to teach me.

The greatest power and faith, comes through a spirit that worships and is free to Praise exceedingly. Isaiah 6 makes me cry because Jesus is so Holy and lifted up.

We are clean through His Blood. We can approach for what we Need.

Sometimes perhaps we downplay the worship and adoration of who Jesus is.

I truly understand how hard it is to separate ourselves from busy lives, to spend an hour just sitting in His Presence. The benefits are worth it.

Pray for me that the Lord strengthens my mind, so that I am more resilient and steadfast in my faith and ultimately my full walk with Christ. Please, pray also for all the members of my immediate family (including first uncles, aunties, and cousins) in the same manner. I also ask that God keeps my grandparents within his grace, so that when the day comes they will be with Jesus in Heaven.

I'd like to share my interpretation of 1 Tim 4:8.

It says "For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come."

This doesn't mean exercise has no value or is 'bad'. It doesn't mean we should chug down a keg of beer and drink a gallon of ice cream while eating Doritos and sitting on the couch all day. Our bodies are a holy temple that God loaned to us to take care of. This page shows a lot of verses related to that: Link

Now that we have a bit more context of what the rest of the Bible says, let's reread this verse. It says it profiteth little and compares it to godliness. We are all doing to die. But one could say that our godliness and good character will extend into the afterlife. It's comparing physical exercise to spiritual exercise. One is important, but the other is so monumentally important that the other now seems of little importance. Again, it doesn't say it's not important, but profiteth little. And it's only temporary. So, this should affect our priorities in this life. One thing is ridiculously important and the other is insignificant in comparison, so which do we spend the most time on?

Also, I think it's a sin to abuse our bodies and to overeat and become obese, to defile ourselves with gluttony, drunkenness, drugs, or sexual impurity, or lust, or self-harm, or any number of physical body-related sins. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. There are many overweight pastors who should deeply consider if what they're doing is truly glorifying to God. Fasting has many health benefits and helps us keep God #1 instead of a food idol.

    God bless...

You might enjoy the Jewish scholars teachings on 'GEVTE'. It's on YouTube too.

I must caution: Jesus Taught Us that only the Father knows the exact moment.

Maybe we can pinpoint really close, but I believe the actual Date is secret.

We all need to be mindful of signs Jesus told to us. He's the Son of God and we can trust Him.

We're talking half of an eyeblink. People in the office will think you're in the rest room.

I used to have a little 3inch tall Cross laying on my desk. I wish I had counted all the people who stopped and asked me concerning it. I always worked like Jesus was watching over me. No goofing off, or too many bathroom trips and everything in between. Asked my boss for more work if I finished mine early. :O lol

    Life is good.

I only have antenna tv too. Half of my mail is media offers on cable and satellite.

Cool thing is I was a draftsman for 15 years for telecommunications companies on buried utilities. At some point, they'll cut away from buried plant.

After the rapture everyone will have to get rid of cell phones to hide.

My thought is WHY even put yourself in harms way? Receive Jesus, and go with Him. We will reign and rule with Him. No goons will ever track us and throw us into death camps.

    PREACHING>

Our Government is building Covid Camps right now. It's on YouTube at times. People who refuse to be vaccinated will be incarcerated.

We have to Impeach this President. Powers that be (behind a veil) are in control. I can't give their names on here.

We need to be vigilant to look for a politician who is raised up as having answers to all nations difficulties; especially Mideast. There's a lot of sneaking around concerning oil and fuel sources.

They're not going to bust down our doors looking for cash. They'll just make it obsolete. They'll bust doors for guns and ammo. People choosing to be left behind need bows and arrows to get food.

There will be fires, tsunamis, and then water will be turned to Blood.

If you really want to Live, then choose to follow Jesus now. Jesus has prepared everything we will need.

We know by all of the signs given in the Bible, that we've arrived at Decision Time. You will escape the judgment to be poured out upon this earth.

[All the super volcanoes will explode, all earthquake faults will snap like tree branches; water reservoir dams will rupture] Balcones Fault alongside Austin to San Antonio is being held open by One Large Rock. If it's crushed it will crack open. Google all of my claims.

Choose Jesus now. Choose Life and not Death. He will lift you away from harm, to safety. Someday heaven will be returned to Earth. Live For That. Love, the Lover of your Soul. Choose now! Stop waffling.

    Hi TNT.

Thanks for responding, I had to go back review my reply to see if I had another type error. I can see where the confusion may have occurred. The first paragraph of Page 2 of my post was a continuation from Page one where I said " 1 John 3:9. Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. I dont believe Adam would have been driven out of the Garden to keep him from eating of the tree of life because that life would have abided in him.

Meaning if Adam had God Spirit "IN" him as mentioned in 1 John 3:9. He can not sin, so he would have remained in the Garden. But he didn't and he was convicted a was driven out.

I will tie into the thread again this weekend.

    Thanks and God bless.

I will try to answer your question. If you're asking who wrote the code for the website, Administration can answer that better than I. If your asking the translation it appears to be exact translation from 1611 & a later version. KJV isn't covered under copyright. Newer versions can be covered under copyright because of the laws of copyright & date of publication. There are several versions that will have their version in the title. In this Title it's "The King James Standard"

The King James Bible Online has a recent copyright 2021, most likely to protect it's code, uses, design, images etc.

    I hope that's helpful

Just finished Readings wisdom of Solomon (KJV Apocrypha)

Wisdom of Solomon chapters 1-16 matches the history of many chapters in the bible we know today.

he talks about how Jehovah ( psalms 83:18 he uses title: 'lord' 'God'),

How God gave him wisdom (wisdom he calls "her" or she"), he talks about Moses and the deliverance (did not mention Moses by name), the plagues of Egypt (exodus) he talks about the wilderness (snakes, quail, manna), he talks about knowing the beginning of creation (Moses wrote genesis 1,2), the rebellion of Israel's idolatry (making of images in worship), the unrighteous, wicked ones and their destruction ( Psalm 37:9-11,29,34), he was a young man possibly when he wrote these verses. he rebuilt the temple. so he had these writings to read in the temple. just make since!

not sure about Wisdom of Solomon chapters 17-19. I got lost in translation. a few verses like him talking about the quail make since... but the rest not sure. not clear! to me personally.

    "We shall be like him" O how rich the promise ;

What greater could our Fathers love prepare?

Few are the words, and softly are they spoken,

But who shall tell the blessings hidden there?

    "We shall be like him"-pure in heart and sinless;

    But his redeeming mercy ends not there;

Theses bodies like to his shall then be fashioned,

And we his resurrection glory share .

"We shall be like him"- raised above all weakness,

    For ever past all weariness and pain;

E'en death itself shall have no power to reach us

When with our risen Lord we live and reign.

So in the hope of bearing his bright image ,

Rejoicing in his present gift of grace,

His love shall keep our hearts in patient waiting

Till we in glorious beauty see his face .

12And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 13I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. 14Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

Revelation 22:18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall (add) unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:

19 And if any man shall (take away) from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book

WHEN WILL JESUS RETURN? The bible says no one knows the day, but we should know the season.

Imo, Jesus prophesied His Death, Resurrection, Second Coming, and a Clue when to start God's Calendar.

When He told the Pharisees, "Destroy This Temple, and I'll Rebuild it in 3 days."

or, " Kill This Body, and I'll Resurrect it on the 3rd day."

and, " Kill This Body, and I'll Return after 2-1000 year days."

Prophesy #1. Jesus told us when He would Die when he said, Destroy This Temple, (His Body) and when He

would be Resurrected when He said, I'll Rebuild It in 3 days, or on the 3rd day, which was fulfilled.

Prophecy #2. Jesus also told us He would return after 2 biblical 1000 year days, or 2000 years.

Prophecy Clue. Jesus told us when to start God's calendar. When The Temple (His Body was destroyed).

The upside down worldly Gregorian calendar, was incorrectly started on the Birth of Jesus AD, but

Jesus told us to start God's calendar, not at His birth, but on His death and crucifixion.

To determine when Jesus will return, we simply need to add 2 biblical 1000 year days, or 2000 years not to His birth date 0 AD, but to the day He died 33AD, which puts Him returning on about 2033.

So end times biblical prophecy is early and off by the span of His Life 33 years. (Imo, 3 Is God's Holy number)

Many believe the true birth of Jesus was earlier from 4-2BC, so His return could be as soon as 2028.

For Pre-Tribulation believers, the Rapture is Imminent, and 7 years sooner, or as soon as 2021.

However much we love God we are still human , all humans sin , David was human . He made mistakes just like we all do , when we recognise our sin we are able to ask God for forgiveness through Jesus Christ ,our sinless high priest in heaven .

Hiya Christ thanks for your input but this 1 God the FATHER had an absolute Son whom he instructs ALL the Angels to WORSHIP , THE Father wd be breaking that 1 st commandment if he instructs all the Angels to worship the Son if he were not God the Son . Chris you are describing a token Son like Adam but Jesus was a heavenly Son a type of God the Father. And Jesus says that All men should honor the SON even as they honor the FATHER . But here is the Kicker this 1 GOD the Father makes a Promise to his SON that he wd be multiplied as the stars of heaven. Thus the Multiplication of very GOD to whom the Word came it made them GODS PLURAL .And the Father swore by his own self That Christ wd be multiplied as the Stars of HEAVEN. Thus there will be an ISRAEL OF God. Chris the very Kingdom of God is gonna be with in US as Jesus said and we are gonna do the works he did and greater Thus we will be Gods and if that is not intimate enough we are gonna be married to God see Christ we are gonna be Gods, We wd have to be GODS in order to do the works Jesus did and greater. You need to study a bit Chris.
