Yes , I agree with you Roland , there has never been a truer verse than : all things work together for good to them that love God . As for the cancer , it seems a million years ago now , it was October 2013 and I found a lump . We are all full of lumps and bumps but this felt different , very firm and like a large pea . Had lots of tests quite quickly on our fab NHS .Got the results in Nov , three tumours one very close to my rib , stage 4 , there is no stage 5 . Hubby was a wreck .Surgery early in Dec 2013 , let's just say I'm no longer symmetrical . 2014 was taken up with 6 chemo sessions and 15 radiotherapy sessions . To be honest it was all a bit of a blur , chemo wasn't as bad as I feared and everyone assured me I suited being bald . I mostly just laid on the sofa and read Agatha Christie novels . I didn't want to die because of hubby , he is the only thing in this life that can keep me here , we were both changed by it all but in good ways . We are both much less scared of death , hubby now believes that there's a small chance he could live without me if he had to and we definately don't sweat the small stuff . Every day is a blessing and I am much more open emotionally , always tell the people that you love that you love them . Make sure they really know it . We both thank God for life .

The concept of "blasphemy against the Spirit" is mentioned in Mark 3:22-30 and Matthew 12:22-32. Jesus has just performed a miracle. A demon-possessed man was brought to Jesus, and the Lord cast the demon out, healing the man of blindness and muteness. The eyewitnesses to this exorcism began to wonder if Jesus was indeed the Messiah they had been waiting for. A group of Pharisees, hearing the talk of the Messiah, quickly quashed any budding faith in the crowd: "It is only by Beelzebul, the prince of demons, that this fellow drives out demons," they said ( Matthew 12:24).

Jesus rebuts the Pharisees with some logical arguments for why He is not casting out demons in the power of Satan ( Matthew 12:25-29). Then He speaks of the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit: "I tell you, every kind of sin and slander can be forgiven, but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come" (verses 31-32).

The unpardonable/unforgivable sin or "blasphemy of the Holy Spirit" is mentioned in Mark 3:22-30 and Matthew 12:22-32. Jesus said, Truly I tell you, people can be forgiven all their sins and every slander they utter ( Mark 3:28), BUT then He gives one exception: "Whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; they are guilty of an eternal sin" (verse 29).

My comment: satan has never done anything good in his existence.

Frequently people may go up front of the church to be prayed for: for healing, favor finding work, a sick relative at the hospital, etc.

And then the prayer is answered according to THEIR FAITH IN GOD.

The understanding of God & His Son Jesus meant much more than Jesus appearing at birth as the Son of God - it meant that Jesus proceeded out from God ( John 16:27,28).

You would not be denying the Son of God by referring to Jesus as God (always within the Deity from whence He came at the first). Jesus, as God's Word, was always within the Godhead. The fact that He became human can't deny Him His Divinity (or else, He wouldn't be worshipped in Heaven: Revelation 5:1-14; & holding the descriptions of God: Revelation 1:8,11,17,18). If He weren't part of the Godhead, how could He receive worship from the heavenly hosts?

"Can a person receive salvation and be a Christian without believing in the trinity?" you ask. I believe he can be. One doesn't have to know & understand all doctrines or have read the Bible through, to attain salvation, except to come in contrition, an earnest yearning for salvation, & that through faith in the Cross. But after knowing the Word, & rejection of the Deity of Christ, I have no opinion on what is God's matter alone.

Two questions from me, which I have asked several times before on KJBO, without answer:

1. Why did God have to send His only begotten to die for us - couldn't a special Heaven-prepared lamb not do the job? Leaving aside the prophecy speaking of a Man coming in David's lineage, since prophecy is only God's Word sent out after God's Determination first.

2. If John 1:1-14 speaks of God's Word being with Him & of Him, & that Word was given a human body & dwelt among His people, what other meaning can be given to these words, other than a clear belief of Christ's Deity? Why do those who reject Jesus' pre-existence fail to give an exposition of these verses? Every blessing.

1 John 2:22-24. You seem to be well studied brother. Then you would know that 1st John was written explicitly to confront the errors of Gnosticism (& other false teaching) that were running rampant in the Church. The discussion begins from verse 18, concerning the many 'anti-christs' in the Church, deceiving the believers by their lies & corruption of accepted apostolic teaching. The prevailing Docetic (an off-shoot of Gnosticsm) heresy was that "the incarnation was incredible because Deity cannot unite itself with anything material, as a body of flesh".

Then in the reference you gave, the question from John is, "who is a liar?" The liar is that one who has come to you denying the incarnation, saying 'it's impossible for a Holy God, Who is Spirit, to unite with sinful flesh by having a Son: "but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son". This would have reference not only to the Jews that deny Jesus as their Messiah, but certainly to those who went by the name of 'Christian'; they who denied either His proper Deity, or real Humanity, as Ebion and Cerinthus, who were denying Him to be the God-man, the Mediator, & the Messiah. Yes, Ivermectin saves lives and is even better than HCQ. That's common knowledge for a subset of society, but for others who consume only filtered news propaganda, they probably will just assume it can't be true. Hello Mary. It can be understood that Ananias & Sapphira were indwelt by the Holy Spirit & was a part of the new Church in Jerusalem. However, they allowed Satan 'to fill their hearts & lie to the Holy Ghost', therefore paying the awful price for that deception. Discipline by the Lord was very direct in those days as the new Church was forming & developing under the guidance & teaching of the apostles. The Lord still disciplines the Church today as a whole & individuals, whenever we force our way against His Will or live lives that are dishonouring to Him; but I've not seen such a heavy discipline today as we see performed in the Bible & even if that happened, it may not be as swift & public as it was then.

You need to read the Book of Daniel First. And then have 2 Bibles or sources to reference. In my Studies, and I am certainly not a Scholar. But the Book of Revelations needs to be taken as Literal as Possible. I understand there are symbols and meanings. I got saved in 1996 under My Father in Law's Ministry. He always said this Bible Is so simple a child can understand it. There are no doubt many mysteries in this Book which Man can only guess at. The amazing thing is you could buy 10 commentaries and not one of them would agree much with the other. That's why when Men who think they are so much more educated than me speak. I remember the Foolish confound the wise, and God speaks to me also. Having said all that, line upon Line , Precept upon Precept. You cannot begin to understand or have knowledge of just one Book. You have to Get in the Bible, front to back. And as you read , going forward and backward in Scripture. But God will give you the desires of your Heart . If you lack or desire Wisdom,,, ask God he giveth Liberally. And too often , ,,We have not because we ask not.

So ik alot of you might find this hard to believe but I'm a guy that converted from islam to christianity because I met Jesus in my dreams. I was born muslim but kept questioning all the time tried to study more bout bible one day a beautiful spirit should up to my dream delivering power peace and feelings I can't even describe he just said seek truth. So I told a friend about this which was a christian friend and he recommended me going to church so I went to church with him while we were praying same guy in my dreams showed up glowing like a beautiful star I was surprised no one saw him but me so everyone told me I'm blessed and then left me alone speaking with the spirit which later I've been told it was the holy spirit.

He gave me a massage bout next year but church recommend that i keep the massage for my self and right now my family is angry that I converted but Ive seen the truth so I 100% tell anyone who thinks christianity ain't they way that they have been miss leaded and 2022 will be a hugeeee year for all of us so please everyone hold on to your faith and love jesus he is there to all of us who believe .

As I am learning with my conversations with him everyday I keep thinking of him and singing to him but I have a recurring dream and it keeps going. I believe that he's working in me a fire that's deep in my heart that even the forces of Hell will not overcome but that doesn't mean I'm immune that's why he gave us the sword of the spirit. I do believe that my wife was given to me based on his will for my life and it's my duty to honor him and if I do that I honor my wife as well.
