    Let us rejoice in the characteristics, and attributes of our Lord God Almighty. He is eternal, no beginning, no end. His Praise and glory reaches from the heavens to the ends of the earth to the depths of the oceans. He is greatly to be praised, and magnified. God is declared throughout the world and all of nature. He is known for His loving attributes, and holiness that surround Him. Although all grace and power are in His arms; his touch is never-the-tender, righteous, and comforting. His wisdom is all encompassing, but is easily entreated and soothing to the mind of men, especially to the saved and to the tender, humble, and faithful in spirit. Your loving kindness is a beacon to us to be bold, yet humble before your throne of grace. Thank you Lord for your Greatness and Tender Mercies. Bless us as we learn to look for your coming, and accomplish your will as you tarry. Bless our president and all those in need of your salvation in order to carry out your will and not our own.

    Make us to be bold and forth right to declare the glory of God and the Salvation of the Lord before we go into eternity. Help us to keep the whole counsel of God, the Lord Jesus Christ

    No. The signs, wonders, miracles, tongues (languages), and prophecies were given to prove to the lost sheep of the house of Israel that Jesus was the prophesied Christ, the Son of God who had come to restore the Kingdom to Israel. After the Jewish people had rejected their Messiah the second time by stoning Stephen ( Acts 7:54-60) and rejecting the kingdom gospel proclaimed by the Apostle Paul and Barnabas ( Acts 13:6), the signs, wonders, miracles, tongues, and prophecies faded away. To my knowledge, the last person raised from the dead was a young man named Eutychus who was raised from the dead by the Apostle Paul ( Acts 20:7-12). Note: Scripture says the coming Antichrist and False Prophet will be given great power by Satan to perform lying signs and wonders. See 2 Thessalonians 2:9; Revelation 13:13-14; 16:14.

    To each their own interpretation. The majority of churches preach neither suffer death but with taken from Earth by God. In fact I don't know one church that does teach as you say - and if I did I wouldn't want to be a part of it.

    Tom Any action in life that is done in repetition that is sin is in the category of seared conscience because a person does it not feeling a sense of right or wrong when doing it. Eventually it gets to feeling normal and the mind justifies the action not believing its wrong. A clear conscience is produced by endeavoring to line up our actions with scripture I.E. living it. We endeavor to walk with a clear conscience toward God.

    Why say "If a man love me ... my Father will love him" ( John 14:23a) if the Father loves everybody? Proverbs 8:17 says, "I love them that love Me." Psalm 5:5 says, "Thou hatest all workers of iniquity" Notice it doesn't say works of iniquity; it says workers. This verse alone is a flat out repudiation of the teaching that, God hates sin but loves the sinner. Scripture says that "God is angry with the wicked every day." ( Psalm 7:11) John 3:36 says, "He that believeth not the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abideth on him" Can God "love" the one on whom His "wrath" abides? Finally, Romans 9:13 says, As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.

    Paul asks rhetorically, "What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? God forbid. For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion." Romans 9:14-15.

    As for the verses you cite to suggest that I am violating God's "love" command, those verses are directed to the community of believers in Christ. What applies to believers does not apply to those who believe and promote a false gospel and serve the god of this world. That's why I said before that you are not my brother. Jesus told the Pharisees, "ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep." The tares and the wheat look alike until they produce fruit and are ready for harvest. The tares turn black and their fruit is poison; the wheat turns golden brown and its fruit is life sustaining. You and most people who identify as Christians are tares sown by Satan. Most people can't see the difference between the the wheat and tares because they look so much alike. It's been my experience that the tares hate the truth and openly resist it and they attack those who hold the truth in God's written word. This is how I know that you and your like-minded fellows on this site are tares full of hatred for the truth of Scripture and those who promote the gospel of grace.

    I have love and kindness for Christians, but for deceivers and charlatans or false accusers of the brethren, not so much. I understand that you're offended by the truth because the truth is often offensive to those who are offended by the truth. You wrote, "Esteem others, better than yourself." I'll be happy to comply with that when you explain to me how Jesus had esteemed the Pharisees and Scribes better than Himself when he called them hypocrites, serpents, and children of the Devil. While you're at it, please explain how Paul had esteemed Hymenaeus and Alexander better than himself when he handed them over to Satan so that they may learn not to blaspheme.

    The promises to the body of Christ are heavenly, the promises to the bride of Christ, i.e., lost sheep of the house of Israel are earthly. To be a nation of kings and priests is promised is to the Jews, not to the Gentiles. You're right that we walk by faith and not by sight.

    Gina I believe a person can come to Gods Word and be delivered from any illness by confessing Romans 10:9+10 and believing in their heart confessing with their mouth and asking God for forgiveness of sin and healing in any category.

    1 Corinthians 6:9-11. Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor( EFFEMINATE,) nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

    Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

    Notice verse 11.

    Verse 11: AND SUCH "WERE" SOME OF YOU: BUT YE ARE WASHED, BUT YE ARE SANCTIFIED, BUT YE ARE JUSTIFIED IN THE NAME OF THE LORD JESUS, AND BY THE SPIRIT OF OUR GOD.

    So shall we continue in sin?

    Romans 6:1-7. What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?

    God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?

    Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?

    Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

    For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:

    Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

    For he that is dead is freed from sin.

    This is something one can be freed from, atleast a repented heart.

    Hi Allen.

    To the Jews the sabbath was a day of rest. It was on the seventh day of the week,

    Deuteronomy 5:15. And remember that thou wast a servant in the land of Egypt, and that the LORD thy God brought thee out thence through a mighty hand and by a stretched out arm: therefore the LORD thy God commanded thee to keep the sabbath day.

    They couldn't even gather sticks to burn to keep warm. Numbers 15:32-36.

    Today some are confused when they see people gather on Sunday and thinking Sunday is being made a Holy Day or replacing the Jewish Sabbath day which is ( Set apart/Holy for a day of rest )

    Ezekiel 20:19-20. I am the LORD your God; walk in my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them;

    And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I am the LORD your God.

    Being that the Sabbath is a day of rest and one would want to keep the sabbath he should understand what that rest represents.

    Do a study on Hebrews Ch 3 and 4 and see is keeping the sabbath and giving it merit enters you into his rest.

    Infact a good study in all of Hebrews would broaden our understanding.

    Most people are difficult at some point especially when sharing the gospel. Just do what you do unto the Lord. Jesus said to turn the cheek but that does not mean go back for more mistreatment. Just remember we are living in a very wicked time. II Timothy 3 it doesn't matter what other people think.

    Side note: the word Saturday in Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, etc (Sabado) literally means Sabbath.

    Hello, keep in mind that all sin leads to death. Only through Jesus do we have hope for eternal life in heaven. And that doesn't mean it's a pass to commit sin as some assume, but we are to put away the old sinful self and become slaves to righteousness. Doing good is good. Some people falsely claim that doing bad is better than doing good and we know where that comes from. God bless.

    On the surface it seems that Love is what we are told to do, Actually it's what we are "CAUSED" to do!! This bond is only accomplished by the Holyspirit.

    By this we function.

    By this the law is written in our hearts.

    By this the Law is fulfilled.

    Romans 13:8-10. Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.

    For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

    LOVE WORKETH NO ILL TO HIS NEIGHBOUR: THEREFORE LOVE IS THE FULFILLING OF THE LAW.

    Galatians 5:13-14. For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.

    FOR ALL THE LAW IS FULFILLED IN ONE WORD, EVEN IN THIS; THOU SHALT LOVE THY NEIGHBOUR AS THYSELF.

    1 John 4:21. And this commandment have we from him, THAT HE WHO LOVETH GOD "LOVE HIS BROTHER ALSO." By this the commandments would be fulfilled ( LOVE WORKETH NO ILL TO HIS NEIGHBOUR:)

    If we Love God we ( WILL ) Love our Brothern.

    Isn't it amazing we tare one another apart about whether we should keep the commandments or not and we neglect the spirit behind the task.
