Earl You state we believers have no choice, if you mean in the category of what we choose to do for God, Romans 12:2 Be not conformed to this world is a choice, Romans 12: 16 Be of the same mind one towards another is a choice, verse 21 be not overcome with evil but overcome evil with good, its a choice. What we have in our pots or vessels is perfect what an individual chooses to do with the gift is choice. I agree that in the end Gods Will his word will be done by those who choose by there freedom of will to do His will and spread the Gospel, and I understand that unbelievers are doing what he knows because God is all knowing in that sense I understand what your stating. I'm sure you know Revelation is the REVEALING of Jesus Christ.

John SIGNIFIED the words in Revelation.

Revelation cannot be understood by using a dictionary to define the words. They have to be understood through the words of God, which are Spirit.

The word HEAVEN in Revelation is SIGNIFIED, it's not defined as the dictionary would define it.

God's throne and place of dwelling is in heaven. SIGNIFIED, this would mean the ELECT are HEAVEN, where SPIRIT DWELLS; CHRIST IN US.

And there was silence (no activity of the Spirit) in HEAVEN (in mankind) for the space of twenty minutes.

Twenty minutes is just SIGNIFIED by TIME only; the amount of time it SIGNIFIES must be found in other parts of God's word.

Daniel 12:11 And from the TIME that the daily sacrifice (of animals) be taken away.....shall be one thousand two hundred ninety days (42 months; Christ ministry in the FLESH).

Daniel 12:12 Blesses is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred forty five days.

It wasn't clear to me in your post whether or not you are a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. So, to truly be forgiven by God you must accept HIS Son. So, below is an easy prayer to read to God, in order to be forgiven for everything past & future. Then, God will write your name on the palm of HIS hand ( Isaiah 49:16), so you will never be forgotten. Also, He will write your name in the Lambs book of Life. Then you can declare that you are a child of our Lord. You will be heaven bound. It's that simple. God bless you.

Thank you, brother, for your right, nobody is going to sleep when our Lord comes back. When that trumpet sounds and that lightning opens the heaven every eye will see him coming. I also like the parables, there are hidden jewels in them like the virgins the oil in the lamps.

The Christians in Afghanistan will face some terrible times, may the Lord be with them and they do need our prayers and you are right, we are not as safe as we think, change can come in a day.

We may disagree on the bride and when Jesus comes, before or after the beast shows up, we do agree on the importance of being ready. If we are ready and our lamps are full, we will be prepared, even if we have to face death, our faith will not fail and we will be ready. Just think, we will see Him face to face!

Hi Chris A lot of the Scriptures shown about baptism in Context of usage is spiritual in regards to holy spirit not water,and to say implied doesn't really hold any water. In Ephesians 4:5, no water, The context of 1 Corinthians 1:15-17 is baptism in Christ, so I don't see it as a condition to be born again. When Paul was born again in Acts 9:17+18 in verse 18 the word baptize is baptizo which can be translated on or in depending on context. Many of these verses which talks about baptism don't mention water. In Acts 15:1 there were men from Judea that were teaching unless you are circumsized you can't be saved, works of the law and that turned into an intense dispute. Acts 15:1-10 so I see where that applied also to water only it wasn't realized until later. That's my understanding It Is Written

One must be very careful when it comes to the phrase until there be a falling away. Some make it clear that the lord will not return until there is a great rebellion while others teach the lord will not return until the rapture. Dear Robert , all Christians sin . We all have our weeknesses , then there are the things that we really struggle with , those desires , whatever they may be , that we just cannot shake . It's very hard to beat these ones . We all occasionally give in to them , knowing that what we are doing is sinful , and we still do it . There is only one unforgivable sin and that's blasphemy against God's Holy Spirit . Everything else can be sorted between you and your Heavenly Father . You must open your heart to Him in prayer , you must talk to Him very honestly and in depth .This is for your benefit not His . He already knows all about you . He has always know what your weakness is . That didn't stop Him from loving you and calling you to Him . Please pray to Him every day without fail and be honest , don't allow shame or fear to block your communication with Him . He can sort this for you . Ask Him to help you to be stronger , ask for His help , every day and He will give it . You may sin again , all of us do , but His mercies are new every day and He loves you and wants you with Him . Don't give up on yourself or Him who knows you and loves you and wants you with Him . You are only human and God knows this ,ask and He will help you .

Robert Apparently you think that believing Romans 10:9+10 is a head trip because if was from the heart you would have made the commitment to start letting the lord lead. Now only God knows your heart but its up to you to put His will to action, if not you will wind up with a seared conscience where you will keep an old habit pattern and convince yourself its O.K. Ty so much for your reply. I've been a Christian for many years. But I've allowed the enemy to get a foot hold in my life. I believed a lie that something was wrong with me. I was deceiving myself and others. I was making excuses. I felt rejected from the opposite sex and so I thought if women didn't like me maybe men would. I still believed God and went to church. God did some amazing things in my life. I need freedom now. I don't want 2 go to hell. I need to change but I've been told I can't.

RLW I think the key to whether the church will be here or not is in 3 Words, The Lords Day. Please allow me to explain in the book of revelation 1:10 I was in the spirit on the Lords day now some teach that is sunday but in the church epistles walking by the spirit is 24/7. In 2 Thessalonians 2:2 it says day of Christ but it does not say the lords day, no where in the church epistles is the Gathering together called the lords day. Now in the church epistles 1 Corinthians 4:3 Paul states But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you or of mans judgement, in this day and time in the court system its man who is doing the judging that's why people can curse God and do all kinds of stuff and God is so to speak holding back, that's why its called the age of grace, BUT once Christ comes back for The Church it's a whole different ball game. We're not under the Law, concerning Baptism!

When Nicodemus, a Pharisee, came to Jesus; Jesus spoke in John 3 about being BORN AGAIN.

Nicodemus had not been water baptized. He knew of the Baptism done by John the Baptist, assuredly. Water baptism is an outward expression of an inward desire to be forgiven of sin and be cleansed. It is realizing that an animal sacrifice is NOW NOT acceptable. Why? Because JESUS IS THE LAMB OF GOD. He is the sacrifice!!

So don't blast me with 25 scriptures of ritual, ok?

Jesus came to Earth to free us from Rituals. Gentiles first (because the Election is with us).

The Jews presently have a ritual cleansing process they still observe. Jesus will deal with that himself; when the Election passes back to the Jews. When? THE TIMES OF THE GENTILES ARE FULFILLED.

Jesus told us WE MUST BE BORN AGAIN. Receive Jesus as Savior and Lord, and He seals us with His Holy Spirit as promised.

We celebrate Jesus by doing as He demonstrated in the first Communion with his Disciples. As often as we come together. To partake of the communion with anger, unforgiveness towards anybody, we drink damnation to ourselves. We must walk in forgiveness!

We can't HATE our Government. We forgive. If we desire change, we pray always, and go through the channels of change that is provided. Support those that represent you. Effect change with your VOTES. Contact Representatives . All the phone numbers and emails can be found on Google. Does God care? You bet. He doesn't want us to wallow in anger or defeat. Barking like a pack of unhappy dogs. Jesus gives us His Holy Spirit to represent Him on Earth. We have to do and think as He does. May we remember to Thank Him for every victory.

We must genuinely repent of our sin. Jesus already genuinely died for your sin. No sin is too great for Jesus to cover, except blasphemy of the holy spirit Matthew 12:31 which is an form of speaking evil against that which is good and denial of Jesus Christ. What you are describing is not that. God's grace otherwise has no limit and no expiration date, except for your life on earth. Of course someone who deliberately seeks to take advantage of grace would have a problem on the being genuinely repentant part.

It's normal to assume we're not good enough and that our sin is too great. Most commonly feel that way regardless of the type of sin. I think that is the right mindset to feel absolutely dependent upon the grace of God and to accept the generous gift offered to you.

Keep in mind that the top evangelist for Christ used to murder Christians before being converted. He then wrote more books of the Bible than anyone else. Moses killed someone. David had someone killed over his own lust and affair with someone else's wife. These all became strong men of God. The story of the prodigal son committed all kinds of sin, but returned and was welcomed. There are many people who were absolutely filthy in committing evil but still had the opportunity to turn it around and be forgiven. If they can do it so can you. Now that you know yes, you will be forgiven, it sounds like you have a decision to make.

Sorry, but I am not a prepper and do not plan to bug out. What, three of your so-called prophecy experts? Don't know where that came from. I guess it was brotherly love how you placed me outside of "those of us, In The Body Of CHRIST". You must have a picture painted in your mind that clearly shows you who I am and what I believe, quite haughty and discerning!

I admire you took the time to list all the scripture, assuming I do not know them or follow them. But I am also watching, and waiting patiently for the coming of our Lord Jesus as He told us to do. ( Mark 13:33-37) Jesus also said take heed that no man deceive you. ( Matthew 24:4)

It is clear you believe in the seven-year end-time teaching with the Church gathering and taken to heaven but I don't. To discuss it would be endless because you seem pretty dogmatic. What I see in scripture does not support that belief and what I meant is to be ready, strong in our faith, and ready to face what is coming before the return of our Lord Jesus.

If someone's hope is to be spared the tribulation that is coming and are here when it starts, will their faith be strong enough, some will, but sadly many will not. Jesus did say after the tribulation of those days. That is what I meant by being prepared.

Ian....God reveals Himself to ALL! Choosing to have FAITH Him is all up to US!! God says in His word that He would have NONE to perish, His word also says that He will not return until ALL have heard! Broad is the way that leadeth to destruction...but Narrow is the way that leadeth to righteousness(Christ in US).. Mankind, especially these days, naturally look to self (pride)..I CAN DO THIS. When in reality WE CAN"T....we MESS it UP! Society and the World teach this philosophy on top of many other philosophies that go AGAINST God making it very difficult to show people that we are sinners...and that Jesus died for our sins...and He arose three days later...and sits at the right Hand of the Father...waiting to return to get His children... the mere teaching of "GOD LOVES EVERYONE" is also another hurdle to over come! God LOVED ALL of us enough to die for us!! God only continues to love His children...the unsaved will receive the wrath of God, my Father. It all boils down to simple FAITH!! Some CHOOSE it...other do not...Sad things is they will die and go to hell....

Please don't take time out of context. God's timing is perfect, but in 2 Peter 3:8 according to HIS word, one day with the Lord is as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day. John is writing this as the Lord gives it to him. John can only express time as he knows it here on earth. He has never seen the things that he is being shown and therefore is trying to express them in a way we can know. Time was made for man. God tells us that there is a time to sow and a time to reap. Here on this earth we have times and seasons. I would just ask that anyone reading this, please get into the truth of God's word, pray and ask for wisdom of understanding. What is most important is that we try to win lost souls for the kingdom of God. I have been reading God's word all my life and I cannot find IN THE WORD OF GOD, where it says that 1/2 hour of silence in Heaven equals roughly 20 years on earth. If you can tell me the exact scripture according to the WORD OF GOD, I would like to read it. God bless and thank you.

( our hearts and minds ) Behold i stand at the DOOR and knock ). Jesus knew that All of his disciples had been water baptised but he warns them If i wash thee not you will have NO PART WITH ME, which speaks volumes of another baptism of the H.G. that resulted from the Cross his blood etc. He tells his own disciples if i wash thee not you will have NO PART WITH ME. But Peter was commanding water baptism after that God had given them the BAPTISM OF THE H.G. Acts 10 . But Peter was not satisfied with the Baptism of the H.G. HE WAS COMMANDING WATER BAPTISM IN ESSENCE SAYING THE BLOOD WAS NOT SUFFICIENT they needed water h20 to be made CLEAN,which was a slap in the face of God, And the lamb of God. Thats y the LORD was so upset with Peter saying what i have made CLEAN ( by the blood ) the CROSS ETC Donot call common or unclean. Then God showed Peter that sheet with all the Unclean Animals which was the Church that was made Clean by the Blood of Gods lamb. Not Water . Then after that Peter understood the VISION he says then remembered I the Words of our Lord, John baptised you with water but i will BAPTISE you with the H.G. and Fire. Thats y Paul was so reluctant to preach water baptism, he knew it wd make the Cross ( the blood ) of no effect.
