Trials will come! They come in different ways, the trials would make us perfect is hard to understand. How consistent are the simplest things we fail at! Yet if you believe He is faithful to forgive He is molding you like clay! There may come a day ,maybe tomorrow? He will mount you up with wings. Use you to lead his children in the most unexpected time and place. Representing Him in all His glory as a friend and no longer a servant . We are His friend, if we trust Him, and wait on Him! Jon 3;16 and 17 were the first two verse I learned as a child! Thank you for your reply. Gods speed! FES

It was raining today where I live and I thought how much a simple thing like rain is a miracle, it is life giving it refreshes us it cleanses us, without it we can't grow anything to eat it is more valuable than any precious gems nothing about it is not life giving no wander Jesus christ said in Gospel of John 4:10-14 the spirit figuratively is called living water and whosoever drinketh shall never thirst again. The value of what we've been given cannot be measured.

Amen and Amen, Brother S Spencer, more expansion might not be as important as MORE BELIEVING.

WE ARE DEAD, on the cross with Christ, It's HIS LIFE. HIS RESURRECTION.

Of the TWAIN to make ONE.

Ephesians 4:4 There is ONE body ( 1 Timothy 6:16 Who only hath immortality) and ONE Spirit ( John 4:24 God is Spirit) .....One hope.....

Ephesians 4:5 ONE lord, ONE faith, ONE baptism,

Ephesians 4:6 ONE God and Father of ALL, who is above ALL, and through ALL, and IN YOU ALL.

Larry Who or what was the serpent in eden, that is a description of operation of our adversary the devil. Here are some other scripture references, Revelation 12:9 notice called the devil, satan that old serpent also 1 Peter 5: Be sober be vigilant for your adversary the devil as a roaring lion walketh about seeking whom he may devour notice in two verses we have 5 different descriptions devil satan serpent adversary roaring lion, these are different descriptions in Gods Word of His methods of operation and there's more. So your question is not a cut and dry answer.

please pray for my return to The Lord Jesus Christ. I've been severely backslidden for sometime and keep turning back to The World. Please pray for my repentance toward God and Faith towards The Lord Jesus Christ. Please pray that He heals my backsliding, body, mind, spirit, and soul. Also that He helps me and protects me in the trials that I am going through and provides for all of my spiritual and material needs. please pray for my delievance from any and all satanic bond ages and strongholds and that the attacks against me by the devil and my enemies cease and that the Lord will fight my enemies and deliver me from them once and for all. I need the lord to fix my spiritual and temporal life. thank you.

I think a lot of times we're lead by the flesh rather than lead by the spirit and it comes from not having a sound relationship with the lord. Often time we think we're strong when we're still weak, I had to learn that for myself as a Christian man when I failed. But when I totally committed and totally surrendered to the Holy Spirit, it helped me in the failing areas where I thought I was able to control on my own and gave me the power to overcome those failures.

Jesse said: "a non-believer can become a believer and still not be forgiven. A person has to be born of God's Spirit in order to be forgiven and saved. Belief is important, but belief itself does not bring salvation. Receiving Jesus Christ and being born of His Spirit is what saves a person. With that salvation comes forgiveness."? According To Plain/Clear Scriptures?:

Precious friend, then I must Misunderstand: "Repent, and Believe The Gospel Of The GRACE Of God"? = "Believe On CHRIST, His Death, Burial, and Resurrection, by GRACE Through faith {BELIEF, trust}." ( 1 Corinthians 15:3-4) ( Ephesians 2:5-9)?

I must Misunderstand "trusting CHRIST" In ( Ephesians 1:12)? Also:

"But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of The LORD, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and BELIEF of The Truth:" ( 2 Thessalonians 2:13)?

    "Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that BELIEVE..." ( Romans 3:22)? compare ( Romans 4:11) ( Romans 4:24) ( 1 Corinthians 1:21) ( Galatians 3:22) ( Ephesians 1:19) ( Philippians 1:29) ( 1 Thessalonians 1:7) ( 1 Thessalonians 2:13) ( 1 Thessalonians 4:14) ( 2 Thessalonians 1:10)

Finally IF I BELIEVE, "but sins are NOT forgiven," how is it that I HAVE Life Everlasting, According To ALL The above Plain And Clear Scriptures About "BELIEF"?:

"Howbeit for this cause I obtained MERCY, that in me first JESUS CHRIST might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter BELIEVE ON HIM to Life Everlasting." ( 1 Timothy 1:16)?

Upon my BELIEF Of Truth, did not The Holy Spirit Baptize ( 1 Corinthians 12:13) me Into The Body Of CHRIST, God "forgiving my sins," in the twinkling of an eye?

Now, IF you are referring to "water baptism for the remission of sins" that is altogether

Another Different Bible study we could pursue, IF you wish...

    Respectfully, ChrisE

    John 3:16-3:18

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

First of all, I welcome you and pray this receives you well.

People sometimes don't know what to expect when they hear about the salvation of those who believe. Let me start by saying that there is no special wand, no wonderous feeling, nothing except the peace and understanding that overcomes you. It is, by God's grace alone, that we are saved. It's simpler than we can imagine. God's grace is a calling. A pulling of heart and mind towards Him. It is His act of forgiveness and our act of faith in believing in the salvation through His Son that saves us.

An example of this comes from the event that transpired when our savior was crucified. Next to Him was a man who also was on a cross, condemned to death, yet saved because of the grace of God who called him to the truth. The man accepted the truth and because of his belief and act of faith, God honored him by accepting him into His kingdom and he was saved.

If God knocks at the door of our heart, and you respond to the longing of the truth that you seek to find, and believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, God made flesh for the forgiveness of sins. That He became the living sacrifice that was needed for sin to be atoned because only holy blood would suffice as a sacrifice worthy of acceptance. Only then, by God's grace by the truth that is revealed to you, comes the salvation of God. You must come to the truth, the realization of who Christ Jesus our Savior is, and accept the truth for what it is. Only than can you begin the journey of re-birth.

Where in The Word of God, does it speak of people looking for someone to save them, in the last days, when the earth is in chaos, and they are deceived into accepting the antichrist?
  • Dianne - In Reply - 4 years ago
Jaden I'm mentioning this because you said of how confusing the answers you,ve gotten can be prayerfully this will help. Some other scriptural things to know the word repent means{to have a change of mind ] its not just an after thought its like I've made up my mind Acts 2:38, 3:19, 8:22, 17:30, 26:20 is to have a change of mind that indicates acceptance. We accepted that we need help then the action what to do Romans 10:9+10 then ye shall receive the promise from God His gift holy spirit. Remember God is more willing to help more than we are willing to accept, God will show you more as you pattern your life on It Is Written. Also repentance is for the unsaved person and forgiveness is for the saved. God Bless

Good day all! Thinking about justification and reconciliation a little right now. If we are found in Jesus, then we are justified and reconciled because of the finished work of Jesus Christ. God looks through Jesus and sees no sin and it is good.

We must be found in Him. The discussions are good for the soul.

    Thank you.

    :)

Hi Donnie, I don't believe that fornication is widely accepted among Christians. I don't know your social circle, but if you're only around certain people or certain churches or consuming only certain media it's likely not representative of the average Christian's sentiment towards sin.
  • Cowboy - In Reply on Revelation 13 - 4 years ago
Eluid you are looking at Revelation 13 with the carnal mind, Revelation 13: 1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea,(The sea represents the people of the world) and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, ( the beast was built by the people of the world) having seven heads (the seven heads represents the seven continents of the world) and ten horns, (the ten horns represents ten kings are ten presidents are someone over a nation) and upon his horns ten crowns, (these are people under the person over a nation) and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. This is a one world order that is run by the beast (a computer) the chips are to keep track of the people and to keep the people in order by fear because they will be able to kill a person that has the chip by entering the chip number and hitting delete, by doing so, killing the body. This is a one world order action.

Why does fornication, seem to be so widely accepted?Even among Christian families.
  • Jesse - In Reply on Numbers 15 - 4 years ago
    Hello Ron,

The short answer to that is yes. But I don't look at it as "if a non-believer sins" because a non-believer is living in a continuous state of sin whether they realize it or not. They may be a "good person," but until the sin remedy is taken care of, they are still in that continuous state of sin.

Forgiveness of sin and salvation is offered to every human being through Jesus Christ. Romans 10:13 says "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." That's a promise! But not everyone will receive Him.

Your question can be looked at in more than one way. In other words, a non-believer can become a believer and still not be forgiven. A person has to be born of God's Spirit in order to be forgiven and saved. Belief is important, but belief itself does not bring salvation. Receiving Jesus Christ and being born of His Spirit is what saves a person. With that salvation comes forgiveness.

A person who has been born of God's Spirit has been forgiven, justified, declared not guilty, and is now in right standing with God. That person has also been sanctified, set apart for God's purposes. A genuine believer is one who has surrendered their life to Jesus Christ, one who has made Him Lord of their life. That person is the one who is forgiven!

Personally speaking when affliction is at our door , one must know that their redemption is ever before them. This redemption in the shed blood of Christ. This blood even on the alter of the most high God the Father of the Son, who we worship and glorify !He is forever the King of glory , even now before the prophet, even now unto those who believe these things! No matter the affliction ,one must stay focused on the universal and know, it is impossible for Him to lie! His promise is ,even as he fills the universe. That all power and glory come in and through Him!

There is no fear in perfect love. How are you receiving the word. Are you believing it, are you waiting on Him? Soon this one that hates will come! He will come upon us, and threaten to destroy those who believe in eternal life, who trust in the Lord! Are you abiding in the light, there is no darkness in light. Only light, Keep your vessels full, for He comes, even when you least expect Him! The Christ the Savior of the World!

You must be born again! Even now while it is called day! For the night will come, and none shall be saved. This night is fast approaching! Repent and be baptized in the name of the Father ,Son, and Holy Ghost.
