I would like to attempt to refresh your question because it is All important.

To get a understanding of salvation we must recognize that we have come up short even when giving our best efforts.

We are sinners no matter who we attempt to compare ourselves with. And the wages of sin is death.

Romans 5:12. Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

Romans 6:23. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Hebrews 9:22. And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.

OUR REDEMPTION.

Salvation is not getting away with sin "because we say we believe" Salvation is Christ to on the penalty of our sins and died for us, And those who truly has been regenerated was baptized into that death. and when Christ rose again they was baptized into his resurrection with newness of Everlasting life.

1 Corinthians 15:21-22. For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.

For as IN Adam all die, EVEN SO IN CHRIST SHALL ALL BE MADE ALIVE.

Now to attempt to answer your question.

We believe we are without hope apart from Christ, Christ took the penalty of our sins upon him and paid for them with his life. Then rose again the third day. We were IDENTIFIED/BAPTIZED into that death and resurrection by the Holyspirit. Romans 1:3-4.

Now fruit in our lives confirms our belief.

and we. If there is no fruit produced in our lives then our faith was in vain.

Because it's Christ spirit in you that performs.

Philippians 1:6. Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

Gerald I have many times it's all good, Gods Word fits in this category The more you know the more you don't know, it is The Knowledge of God and no man will ever know all of that. It is enough to believe and do according to what he wrote. God Bless

I Feel I need prayer for my health cramps in my legs nuropathy burning in my feet and legs I have stabbing pain in my feet tooand my left arm is getting nuropthy in it to Ineed a lot of pryer I believe in Jesus and I' saved.

Good morning church family as God blesses us to see another day, let's give him all glory and praise....for each day is a gift from thy Father in Heaven, this is why HE calls it the PRESENT. He sustained us and kept us alive throughout the night, and allowed us to see another day. Please pray for the Lord's presence, hope, love, grace, mercy, help, blessing, favor, anointing, rescue and deliverance, complete healing , salvation, peace, comfort, provision, promotions, good health, success, safety and God's hedge of protection and Warring Angels around me, my children, our homes, cars, jobs, health, minds, lives & for God to protect my home from trespassers and stalkers and protect us on our job with peace and traveling grace when we travel and prayer against secretive enemies & for good godly long-term relationships, marriage and friendships in our lives. Prayer for The Lord to bless me with a home in good neighborhood where I can live in peace and be protected. To be debt free and all bills paid in fulPrayer for The Lord to bless me right now and God to lead, protected and provide and cover me in Jesus Blood and prove to leaders I am a true doer of God's word and for God to expose all liars that have cause some leaders to be against me w/o a cause in Jesus Name.

The vision may be of the future, resurrected Jesus Christ, transfigured as Son of Man, and may be predicting his descent (coming again) as the gospel says. The vision is seated, and referred in the masculine (His robe). The train of His robe are those saved, and there are many of them. Clearly Isaiah is terrified, but in crying out, recognising his guilt, he is saved. Although a mighty prophet, he is not permitted to explicitely predict the fulfillment of God's Law in The Crucifixion, instead predicting Messiah in terms that were concealed truths. (In the future, such salvation as Isaiah experienced will happen until The Day of Judgement, when many will not be saved, as they have closed their minds to what The Resurrection implies for the human race).

God, the Father (Creator) demands that no man made attempt be made to depict Him visually. Although Isaiah's vision is obviously not a man made object, the Book of Revelation Ch 5 v6:7 appears to be differentiating visions of God The Father (seated)and God The Son (standing). This might make you think that Isaiah saw The Creator seated on His throne.

So I'm sitting on the fence, but I think the question is excellent.

Jaden, A good question, and, I trust, a sincere one, because you do have to believe. Believe in God, believe in his Spirit, and believe in His word (The Bible) not just some of it but ALL of it even the parts you don't understand right now. Here are some scriptures to get you started(but I implore you to read the whole chapters). Mark 16:16, Luke 24:45-49, Acts 2:37-39, again I beg you to read the whole chapters and, I might add, hopefully it won't be true, you might start seeing comments on this site like; "that was for the early church", or "that doesn't pertain to us today", well who are we to pick and choose what God said? Dianne, Hi! thanks, Forgive me for responding so late I work at night and it's hard for me to keep a consistent schedule. I don't profess to be a scholar but I have been studying and reading God's Word for over 35yrs and still get amazed at how you can read a verse interpret it to some degree even be enlightened by it and a few months or even years later that same verse will speak to you again in a whole new way. I have no doubt it is what it says in 1 Peter 1:23.....being born again not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth forever....but please read that whole chapter it puts the scripture in better context. Larry Sin is broken fellowship with God I.E. going against His Word, the word serpent in genesis is figurative language for the slyness by which Eve was deceived, the two who first broke Gods word were Adam and Eve there actions went against the only thing God told them not to do. The consequences of their actions man has paid for ever since but was paid for by Jesus Christ.

What must one do to be saved? Christians say you need to believe and that's it, some also say that you need to repent and believe and be baptized, but them others will just say repent and believe. This is doing nothing but confusing me. How can I be saved?
