I spoke with my son who likes evil movies, spooky movies, Children's minds are different than ours. Empty hard drives, waiting to be filled. As a grandparent it is only possible to explain what evil and good is in the light of Gods word. Even so this child has a free will and therefore could be easily mislead. As the movies ,such is the ability to gain and hold the attention of the child!

I was " frank" with Him. I told Him, Evil is real even the most subliminal ,even so is the good!

That satan wishes to have the soul in fear and subjection. He comes easily, starting out small until the fear is complete! That there is a war. A spiritual war! Getting Him to think in the safe mode, while trusting in God, the creator of Heaven and earth!

This little one is bold, how lovely our God creates for the war that is beyond us? Even as Christ was born out of due time, such are the children , who the evil one tries, even medicating us to prevent the will of God! As to the answer of evil angels, if you can see with your eyes that they are real. Even walking among us! Even so is the spirit of God!

Hello William. According to 1 Kings 2:11, King David reigned a total of forty years; seven years from Hebron & thirty-three years from Jerusalem. Before David died, he appointed Solomon his son (son from Bathsheba) to take his place as ruler ( 1 Kings 1:28-40). So Solomon was anointed ( 1 Kings 1:39) as King prior to David's death & wasn't ousted.

Did Jesus answer his critics. Or did Jesus always start the argument?

Didn't Jesus always look at the heart?

He knew what was in it. He knew how to answer it! This is of course what the nature of man hates. How is it possible for this one to look into my heart and know how I am thinking?

My God is all powerful and can do anything that will glorify Him. He always has His people in positions that we lest likely to expect. Such as Obadiah, governor to king Ahab, who feared God greatly. And the 100 prophets of God who Obadiah hid in caves and took care of them.

We may believe that we alone are doing the work of God as Elijah thought, but the truth is -God always has other people in the land working in His name.

My God is capable in sending down fire so powerful that it "consumed" everything and left only a hole in the ground. The 12 barrels of water poured on the alter and sacrifice was and is as scripture said- water, and not some type of flammable liquid as some would contend.

As we go through more government mandates, that continue to change almost daily; we believers know that it will "rain" soon. Thank you Lord. Let us all have faith in God's promises.

Further to what Dianne has shared, it's interesting that the Hebrew word for what we read as "replenish" is 'mala or male' (pr. mar-lay) & that is rendered as 'to be full or to fill'. So whether there was some life form prior to verse 2 or that Adam & Eve were told to 'begin filling up the Earth' as a primordial event, is up to your understanding & opinion. I lean towards the latter: that the Earth was formless & empty & subsequent to God's Creative Work, this new man & woman were commanded to be fruitful, multiply & 'fill' the Earth with their progeny.

So, if Psalms 82 or any other scripture was read to a child, how would the child understand it?

As adults we have a great tendency to complicate things, it's the way we are. We want to read between the lines, figure out what is really being said, etc.etc. Then we come up with various interpretations and theories of our own.which really takes us away from the real meaning of the word/scripture.

A child will really listen, and understand, what is stated in scripture better than many adults.

We need to humble ourselves moreand become more like children..I know that I do.

When I say create, God brought nothing into something!! Whether you call him Lucifer, The Serpent, The Devil, Satan, Angel, or Cherub. Whether he turned Good to bad or bad to Good, ( In the beginning he didn't exist.) If there was no Lucifer there would be no Devil.

The question wasn't " Did God create the attributes of the Devil"

Lucifer was cast down "From his glorious position" and so did many other Angels, At onetime they didn't exist and God spoke them into existence.

Colossians 1:16. For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, VISIBLE and INVISIBLE, whether they be THRONES, or DOMINIONS, or PRINCIPALITIES, or POWERS: ALL THINGS WERE CREATED BY HIM, and for him:

Paul knew the WORKS were ALL OF GOD.

Everyone born to make there own decisions, an he sent prophets, an of course himself ( Jesus ) so far , you've passed the first test , being born of this age , for we know threw the book of Jude , 7000 , refusing to be born of this age, an instead leaving their place of habitation, to come an impregnate the daughters of Adam, which in turn made the giants , mixing a spiritual body of those of flesh , in turn having Noah , the only family not to mingle with the fallen angels, build that arch , an take 2 of EVERY flesh , for the flood to cleans the earth of the geber ( giants) it's been an unbelievable long story, an my frens , the best deceiver is yet to come , with his fallen angels, an the greatest tent revival this world has ever seen,.. will you be ready ? Nana Hi God created lucifer who in the beginning was a high ranking angel and rebelled against God and became the devil.

Hi Davy A great example of what your asking is in Luke 2:25-35 he came by the spirit to the temple and spoke by inspired utterance inspired by God, look how beautiful and positive what he says is. In 1 Samuel 19: 20-24 thats what they were seeing people speaking by inspiration from the spirit.

Hi Richard The bible says in the beginning God created no scientist or any one can argue because no matter how long ago it was it is still in the beginning also in the context of replenishing is talking about adam and Eve so there fore there was a life form before them what was it I don't know the bible doesn't say. I stand by what I wrote, but am unsure about your comment. I don't know what you mean by boxed in with no exit. And I don't know why you try to reduce the subject to 'God's work or man's work'. Some turn this into a false dichotomy and assume its one or the other, but scripture says do both. Paul already anticipated potential confusion over this topic in advance which is why he explained it thoroughly in the scriptures.

S Spencer I know your a stickler for what the word says and I respect that show me in those verses where it says the devil. He Was perfect the day he was created Lucifer then he changed he wasn't created that way. another question how can a God that's all love and light and heals produce a being his opposite. Davy Hi a good example of this is in the Gospel of Luke 2:26-35 it is speaking by inspiration from Gods spirit and the spirit told him or revealed to Him he would not see death until he had seen the Lords Christ talk about being blessed, then look at what he says about the child. 1 Samuel 19 is an example of the same thing speaking by inspiration by spirit of God.
