I was heartened to read of the great husband that he is & the openness & understanding you share between yourselves (and of course, also the dividing of family & work responsibilities). So, there seems to be no problem on that front, except for his disinterest in the weightier spiritual matters that are before him. And as Dianne has well written & quoted, that "the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the (believing) wife". Even as "marriage is honourable in all", though one spouse may be without saving faith, the other's love for Christ & by its visible expression, will have a positive effect on the other. Just as a believer's walk amongst the unsaved issues forth as a "fragrance of Christ", how much more will the Spirit of Christ bless one's marriage & work in the unbelieving spouse for his good. Your life & witness of being a joyful child of the King will undoubtedly bring the sweet presence & bearing of the Spirit on his heart.
I can understand that your divorced father-in-law can no longer preach & that ruling is valid on several fronts. But he can still see to your water baptism and baptise you, or even give you suggestions to consider concerning at which Church or a public area that can be done at. At least if you have the consent, if not support, from your husband, then your baptism would be all the more special to you. Thank you for keeping in touch Chelsea & may the Lord clearly direct you in this important step in your Christian walk & give grace to your dear husband, to the end that one day the scales from his heart will be torn away & he will understand his real needs, which only Christ can fulfil.

is the holy ghost and the holy spirit the same thing

Absolutely Yes. Everything in the Bible is true. Otherwise God would have failed to give us Instructions for Holy living and Salvation ect. It would be saying God can't preserve his word and preserve Truth!!
Wouldn't that be an insult to a Holy all knowing God?

I agree with you, God created time. He's outside of time and he created it for us.

Genesis 1:5. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening AND THE MORNING WERE THE "FIRST DAY."

I did not skip any of the verses you have quoted in your message, for I referred to Genesis 1:v.1 to say to you, I repeat, that "GOD did not create TIME in Genesis 1 or around 6.000 years ago, no, absolutely no"; indeed, to say so would be ridiculous, and cause for mockery against God's people.
My references in all my posts have been the Word of GOD - the Word is GOD - so what reference you imply it be by the spirit of the err?
When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
I believe the verse above to be true but how do I tell this to a father or mother with an afflicted child to aid them without getting them angry? The truth is revealing and hard but it is the first step to being healed. One problem is people immediately look outside instead of inside.
I know anyone can be healed but they must first realize they are the problem or the problem is within and repent before the healing can happen.

But of the TIMES and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.

These are the feasts OF THE LORD, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons.

And he said unto them, It is NOT FOR YOU to know the TIMES or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his OWN power.

This shows that God created, and is in control of Time. He said: In Beginning. The word THE isn't even in the Hebrew or Aramaic languages.
For me, it would be sin to argue with God about a Rhema word given. He doesn't give those out like candy from His pocket.
How many people do you think reject Gods part in Creation, because of archaeological discoveries and carbon dating? Why would not, now, introduce clarity? When "they" are digging up what they need to build the Third Temple.
Your argument is with God. Not me. I hear, I speak. He's going to watch over His Word. Not me.
I dare to say, there will be a huge harvest in the scientific community. They've been looking for aliens and planets they can colonize. Mining asteroids to see what materials they can make power with, for their space colonies. Sources for water. They just don't know that TIME is almost up.

You should know that Malachi did not prophecy that Elyjah would come two times, only one, and his coming would be in the same time of the coming of He who is known as the Sun of righteousness bringing salvation for the people of Israel.
Have you ever read the sing of Zechariah? Here goes part of his wonderful sing- Luke 1:v.76 to 80:
76 And thou, child, shalt be called the prophet of the Highest: for thou shalt go before the face of the Lord to prepare his ways;
77 To give knowledge of salvation unto his people by the remission of their sins,
78 Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on high hath visited us,
79 To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.

In Christ JESUS, KING of kings (kings made by Him), and LORD of the lords.
