Hi. John 13:16 Jesus says, he that is sent is no greater than he that sent him. Jesus was sent from God but in another scripture, Jesus says I and the Father are 1. So how is Jesus and God one, and Jesus was sent by God?

I thought I sent this in the right order. LOL i hope you can figure it out.

Lord, I don't know why the day feel so void and cold. One of my co-worker has been ill every since Tuesday of this week, and I do not understand what is going on but Lord I do pray for her to whatever it is that it be release in your name. Yes this is very helpful. I am just learning this site so I may be late in response and I am also not always online but I do read my Bible KJV daily. So this is very helpful to me to learn more and more from.

Dan.7:7-8 "The Little horn" (2 of 2)

The 1904-1905 Welsh revivalwas the largest Christian revival in Wales during the 20th century. Azusa Street Revival in 1906, United States of America, Los Angeles was not mere coincidence. But the outbreak of WWI wiped much of the force of the movement. The Three ribs were at it and it spoke from the pulpit and patriotic duty of Christian sounded high. The little horn had eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.

Dan.7:7-8 "The Little Horn" (1 of 2)

"And it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns./I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things. (vv.7-8)

The fourth beast was different in the sense that the three three ribs speaking 'Arise, devour much flesh"in the earlier cases were put in words so whoever heard them knew it came from the little horn, and its spoke great things. Thus when a former President said, '"I do not tell you that the war in Vietnam is the war to end wars" it had force and impact since the authority was one of them. Only time showed the lie and bad faiththat had nothing real about the man who was a creature of the Spirit of the times. The Silent majority of the three ribs merely spoke from the context. But the Spirit would not buy that. The number 10 instructs us the little horn was judged already.

Earlier the kings ruled Rome and from 509 BC, it became a republic till 27BC when it became an empire under Caesars. The little horn refers to Constantine the Great. Plucked up by the roots as with the eagle wings of the first beast indicate a violent action. Division of the Roman Empire into two is its result. "His legs of iron, his feet part of iron and part of clay." The subsequent development of Christianity kept the same number Ten intact. Instead of horns the alliance of the state and Christianity gives us its doctrinal quality. Heresies have become the norm.

Hi Inajermyn. Are you referring to Hosea 2:16,17 & also to Revelation 19:7-9? If so, we're not told in the Revelation whether the LORD God is referred to by a special Name (e.g. Ishi = Husband). We do know that ever since Jesus, God's Son, came to Earth to secure our redemption through His Blood, the LORD has always been referred to as Abba = Father, amongst those in that new relationship to Him (of Jew & Gentile).

God was once considered by Israel as 'Baali' (Owner), though the LORD longed that Israel would turn away from idolatry & turn back to Him, their Husband (Ishi). How that relationship with Israel pans out post-Cross is difficult to say, for the Scriptures are clear that only those who 'call upon the Lord (Jesus) will be saved' ( Romans 10:13) - and these people are those who call the LORD, their Heavenly Father, even as He is the Father of Jesus Christ, and we in Him, His Body, the Church.

Deification of Caesar was a clever way to marry state and religion and how did they placate the citizens but with 'bread and circus.' In this context Daniel interpreting the King's Dream in Ch.2 focused on the world empires becoming decadent which brought the nascent Christianity into a collision course. How the three ribs caused the head in solid gold end with feet of iron mixed with clay explains the consequence of the three ribs goading each heart on. Their truth was entirely set on the context, no wonder Machiavelli was yet to write his magnum opus, The Prince.

"His legs of iron, his feet part of iron and part of clay." White Nationalism, prosperity theology making common cause with the State ought to tell the three ribs are doing their work still.

The leopard is associated with Greece as well as to Pre-Columbian cultures in the Americas. Just as well. The three ribs in the second beast having created a no-man's land would work for Satan which we see in the Revelation as three unclean frogs. The beast (State). false prophet (Religion), working with the dragon (Re.16: 13)also supplies the spirit of the times. Thus with the Age of exploration we have the mercantile Spirit driving the Europeans to plunder the natives in the Americas. They would claim that they arrived for God gold and glory.

"Arise, devour much flesh" shall make man think beyond the truth written in their inward parts. Instead of fearing for their souls the conquistadores were guided by their Religion, State and glory. Glory of wealth, religion well knew; so did the State. This is what the leopard-like beast achieved. Here the Spirit is not giving us a lesson in history but in the manner State Religion and Reason have served the will of Satan to muddy the waters upon which the Spirit had worked on before the creation of man. "And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters."

The third beast, 'like a leopard' also refers to the Hellenization of the world conquered by Alexander the Great. Dividing the lands into the hands of four generals (four heads) create distinct cultural context (four wings of a fowl). Antigonus,Cassander, Ptolemy, and Seleucus are merely figureheads since the three ribs having muddied the glory of power to goad each other 'Arise, devour much flesh' and their rivalries ultimately would weaken their own resources. For example Alexander's general set a dynasty which ruled Egypt for more than 300 years. There were 15 Ptolemic leaders and they ruled from 332 B.C. to 30 B.C. from Alexandria.

The glory of God, the prince of peace has shaken the world and was presented as a gift in Bethlehem. He, Jesus filled the house and overcame the darkness of Egypt. There will no other house on dry land or sea except the one Messiah, Jesus Christ at his planting. He will come again in the harvest and will harvest His Olive Tree as He has already prepared the Work.

Spiritual Israel will always have a Prophet.

That is a good observation Avinash, as we on these pages have picked up on this before. This has nothing to do with this KJBO Site's presentation of the King James Bible, as they have given it verbatim from the written Scriptures.

This discrepancy with King Ahaziah's age as he went to the throne after his father Jehoram, found in these passages in 2 Kings 8:26 & 2 Chronicles 22:2, is what is termed as a 'copyist error'. That is, when the Old Testament Scriptures were being copied (& they were copied many many times over that period), sometimes an error crops up. In this case, as I've read, in the Hebrew language, the written form of the numbers "22 and 42" are very similar & is easy to make an error in copying. Some Bible translations have made the correction to '22', others have not. As we also see in, "His mother's name also was Athaliah the daughter of Omri", where clearly, Athaliah was the grand-daughter of Omri (King of Israel) who married into the Kingdom of Judah.

Heavenly Father, I pray that You guide Bibleman 72 with his mother being home.

I will give you my understanding, If we look at the end of Rev. 12 after Satan is cast down to earth, in the original text Satan is standing on the sand of the sea when the Beast in Rev. 13 arises, in Rev. 11:7 and Rev. 17:8 this is the bottomless pit. He is given only 42 months, Rev. 13:4-8, that is 1260 days or 3 1/2 years, this is all the time this beast has been given. If we look at Rev. 19:11-16 we see the second coming of Jesus, the first resurrection and the vials of wrath start Rev.16.

This is before the battle and In Rev. 19:17-19 an angel cries out for all the fowls to gather themselves unto the supper of the great God, to eat the flesh of the men who will be destroyed at Armageddon, this matches with Ezekiel 39:17-21. The beast and false prophet call the ten kingdoms to gather after the 6th vial is poured out Rev. 16:13-16 then the last vial is poured out in the air Rev. 16:17-21.

Also, we see the beast and the false prophet, and the 10 kingdoms or countries are who will make war with the Lamb, Rev. 17:12-14.

In Ezekiel 39:9-15 this is them cleaning up after this battle, and the beginning of the 1000-year reign of Jesus and setting up the kingdom.

Ezekiel 38:22 may be Rev. 16:21 and Ezekiel 39:6 may be Rev. 20:9.

This is a short view of my understanding may it help, and others may give a different understanding, prophecy is hard, and some things are yet to be revealed, we just need to watch and be ready and stand firm in our faith.

In this instance , I think that you are referring to a person , who completely sacrifices their own desires , in order to live to only please or do the will of some one else . Christ was a living sacrifice in that he never did his own will , never satisfied any of his own desires , just always did what God wanted him to .

Good to hear from you. Thank you or reminding us again to pray for you and Shelley. I will certainly do so. God is good, and even though the answers we hope for have not yet materialized for us, He will always do what is best for us. We believers are His adopted children, the greatest privilege in all of history! He promised in His word that he, our Heavenly Father will give good gifts to those who ask.

Help out a family member and a nursing home put in 25 hours a week for a couple years she doesn't want me to come anymore unable to get her out of my head because it's a nursing home I do put her on the prayer list for a lot of churches I'm sure Jesus Christ wanted me to do this I don't know why this happened her name is Shelly Bailey my name is John I did go to the church route as much as possible I'm not perfect at the end of the day I'm just a wimp I guess if you don't go you don't ask you don't see I guess you sleep good at night I can't sorry about the long text thank you
