    Beautifully put Richard in Christ

There are many deceptions in the world. Like you said regardless of what we will face we must be ready and hold to our faith with all our might and prayer and be led by the Holy Spirit and trust what Jesus said. The first thing Jesus said to the four disciples when they asked Him about the end of the age was "take heed that no man deceive you".

There is an hour coming and we that are still here will be tempted with death or the mark, and if we hold fast by faith, to the promise we who are His, have been given in Jesus, eternal life with Him, He will give us the strength to face it. But I fear if the faith is the hope of being spared tribulation, many will be overtaken by the temptation, may God forbid.

Revelation 3:10-11 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

Revelation 14:12-13 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.

    Thank you Richard.

I personally don't think the real significance of that stanza is to express how all knowing and all colorful the creator is over his creation.

The reason I say this is because if that point could be expressed any number of ways more efficiently then by doing it the way it was done; this is because the way it's done the reader has deposited think wait a minute who is Arcturus what is Masa Ross etc point could've been made easily without the distraction if that was the point trying to be made.

    cont:

I have always had an interest to that angel and the glory of him "clothed with a cloud, a rainbow upon his head, his face as it were the sun, and feet as pillars of fire". Which really are numerous details we have about God and His countenance also the Glory of Christ. I like how you perceive this to be God as I have never heard that but I like it. As stated the Glory of God is with this "angel".

Next I will put my view of the Rapture. Which I have heard people preach with numerous perspectives of "when" this will be. My feeling is this. If the will of God is for those in Christ to be "raptured" before the great tribulation, wonderful! If the will of God is for those in Christ to have to go through the great tribulation, maybe to weed out those whom are weak in faith and let the true children of God shine (those who will endure till the end), wonderful!

As the thought of us in the Lord not having to go through the worst of times is nice. I believe we should be preparing for the worst. Hoping for a pre trib rapture though being ready to endure anything. As it is written no servant is greater than his Master. Christ had to suffer unto being put to death, all His apostles(except John) were martyred or put to death. We also know Christian persecution has never stopped.

I believe we are living is very historic times as it seems you do also. Also as it seems you and I agree that the most important thing is to get right with the Lord NOW! Not tomorrow. As long as we have our full faith and trust in the Lord with a pure heart. We have nothing to fear. As the evil powers that run this world have their agenda and plan and we should be sober and vigilant perceiving what is happening. Draw nigh to God through Jesus Christ in His Word and serve Him. To do His Will and please Him. Not the world. As we are becoming enemies, to the world, more and more everyday.

Praise the Lord as He told us we are not of this world. We are His and nothing will separate us.

    Good day brother John,

I enjoyed reading your reply and if I can't fit everything in this post I will make another to go along with it.

I'll start with this "Is it not GOD Who comes down, to open the Seals, as HE alone can do that, to call out HIS children for 1Thes.4:15-16?

How does GOD communicate with HIS children?

Deut.18:18; Amos 3:7 explain that, prophets, through whom HE, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, communicates.

As we're told that Christ, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Lamb of God, is the only one worthy to take, from God, and open, or even look upon, the book with the seven seals.

I believe I understand your perception of how God communicates with His children. Through the Spirit of His Son, or the Holy Ghost, with whom we have been blessed to receive when we gave our lives to the Lord. Him knowing our hearts and who is ready to receive the Spirit of Christ. Receiving the Spirit of Truth that shall help guide, and teach, us in all things to live for the will of our Father. If you meant anything else please correct me.

Before I get to the angel in Revelation 10 I would like to post something I perceive. As I have spent some time reading through the Scriptures, and others with views to this, I would like to bring up the Angel of the LORD in the OT. He is first spoken of in Genesis 16:7-13. As He is the one who stopped Abraham from slaying Isaac. Also as He is stated to be the one in the burning bush who spoke to Moses. As most of these accounts with Him also indicate Him as the LORD our God.

An account of an Angel that God warns them to obey because "my name is in Him". Exodus 23:21. My perception is that this may be(I say may as only God knows the Truth of this and is only my perception) the pre incarnate Jesus Christ.

Sorry about that, I just thought I'd put that in here. So back to the angel in Revelation 10.

    Will continue in next post:

    Dear Chris,

You wrote "Some suppose that Russia is referred to here, in which case those nations around them & under her influence & power will come against Israel in that Great Day of God's Judgement."

That's a fair account, and true. From my perspective, it is down to team US vs Russia/China, the iron & clay team.

Putin has made it clear, to win he will throw the first punch, a surprise shock. Russia won't be held back anymore; they are a decade ahead of the US in military technology: Mach 27 hypersonic missiles in service....

The beast vs Babylon allegory is unfolding in broad daylight. I haven't counted the US govt as the good guys since WWII. I'm sorry if you are offended, not my intentions, but to make unbridled points of view for discussion.

Who else left fits the Bible's end-time descriptions other than these 2 sides? I know Jeremiah 50 & 51 describe the fall of pride. Also, something to factor in is Cyrus' army quietly entered Babylon's impregnable fortress through aqueducts and took Babylon without a fight. It appears that that's also how badly the beast defeats Babylon. 539 BC will come again for modern day Babylon and it will be a frightening scene being on the other end of it, the receiving end.

    Peace be with you always.

    Vonetta,

may Christ strengthen you in your weakness and give you wisdom and understanding of the word of God. If Jesus said we had to forgive our brothers and sisters in the Lord seven times a day than how much more will our heavenly Father forgive us. Being said that Jesus will forgive the same sin but he will expect you to learn from your mistakes. If you refuse to learn from your mistakes than yes he will refuse to forgive you of that sin until you learn better. Jesus said my spirit will not always strive with man. ( Genesis 6:3) There is a point where God will stop listening to a forgiveness of the same sin over and over again. So, pray for God to strengthen your weakness in that area. God be with you stay prayed up so you can go up

    God bless

    Hello Catherine,

Gen 27 started the major rift. Esau sold his birthright to Jacob for a bowl of soup. At the blessing Jacob tricked his father Issac that he was Esau. If this never would have happened, the Holy story would have been set around Esau.

    Bless you for seeking understanding.

Hi WH Hamilton. These names you see in Revelation 20:8 go all the way back to the days of Noah. As you know, Noah had three sons: Shem, Ham & Japheth. From Japheth issued sons: Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech, & Tiras. And Genesis 20:2-5 tell us that "By these (the sons/descendants of Japheth) were the isles of the Gentiles divided in their lands; every one after his tongue, after their families, in their nations."

Then the Word of the LORD came to Ezekiel ( Ezekiel 38:1-3): "Son of man (i.e. Ezekiel), set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him". Even though we can't be certain of the exact locations of where these people actually settled in, we can assume that they went into Europe (northern parts) & the various countries formed from these families. Therefore, this 'person' Gog, is also unknown, even though he is referred to as "the chief prince of Meshech & Tubal". These names certainly don't have any modern day counterparts, though it seems that these countries, maybe a union of them, will figure in that great battle in the Valley of Megiddo (Ezekiel chapters 38 & 39; Revelation 16:14-16; Zechariah 14:1-3; Joel 3:1,2). Some suppose that Russia is referred to here, in which case those nations around them & under her influence & power will come against Israel in that Great Day of God's Judgement.

Did you know that Jesus personally declared he is God?

    Revelation 21: 5-7

5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.

7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.

Here, resurrected Jesus is the "mighty God", is the "everlasting Father", and God enough to make Genesis 3:22 proud.

Isaiah 9:6 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Best of health and Spirit to those reading this today.

    God Bless all.

I'm with you, Richard. I have been a Christian all my life, and have never spoken with 'tongues', but we do know that satan also can speak with ongues and duplicate every gift of the Spirit, except discerning the thoughts of the heart, which is Heb.4:11, butwe also know Paul stated that the 'gifts' will fade away, so, why concentrate on that rather than a continuing revelation of Christ, Who is here, now, Col.1:27, in each of His children.

Yes, some may have a gift of tongues, others a gift of healing, but we need ensure we are expressing Christ, through our daily walk, being living examples of the standard our Lord Jesus demonstrated for us!

Greetings brother Ron. If I was an attorney for the befuddled, I would win every flawed Bible case. The confusion needs to be overlooked because no one wants to admit how error riddled it is. I'm not here to trash it, but tell you that I enjoy studying these editing anomalies. It is pure human error in prose.

In this case, dissect Genesis 3:22

22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us. us = plural

And I thought my heart-felt thinking on Christ was glorious and pure and good and lovely, but now I understand that nothing I could have thought meets the loveliness of these verses. It takes me to a completely new place, a new birth, a new love and binds me at the feet of the Almighty where I land... only to look up and see all that He is and much, much more. His eyes and His Spirit, His softness and His desires, so full of love and compassion, they pours out like warm oil to my soul. I, filled unlike any description of fulness and realness and passion, am unable to articulable to utter or to think. All to my self I see Him, He's more than I ever imagined; He's all I ever need.

Oh, you make me smile. The Lord has been good to me, gave me a green thumb. Roots & branches. I started 3 strong business after college, in high demand. I was becoming Park Ave. I felt so embarrassed about my wealth in my 30's that I resolved to give money to charities, individuals, victims, at least 50% for 38 years. Having half of more than enough is still too much for me. It was like watching plants and flowers grow; with the gifted money came responsibility to God and community. I bought their lives on the right path. The inequality, competition is unfair and no way to live a full life. I wanted to build non-profit container homes for the homeless across the US at $20B start up. Cities would be cleaned up, pressure washed, and rebranded, but govt doesn't want it.

I'm long retired, but in the game, surfing spiritual houses. This website has a remarkable reference guide.

    Safe travel to you.

    God bless you Richard.

Thanks for your response, and, yes, all answers must come from GOD.

We need assure we are not personally interpreting HIS Word, adding to, taking from or leveraging IT to fit any denominational teachings. Rev.22:18-19

Is it not GOD Who comes down, to open the Seals, as HE alone can do that, to call out HIS children for 1Thes.4:15-16?

How does GOD communicate with HIS children?

Deut.18:18; Amos 3:7 explain that, prophets, through whom HE, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, communicates.

There is only ONE GOD, and HE must stick with HIS WORD!

GOD included the seals, in our Bible, but they are still in mystery form, so HE, GOD comes down, again, Rev.10:1-7, to speak through a Biblically vindicated prophet, revealing what the meaning of the Seals is, getting HIS children ready for the rapture.

'Strait is the gate and narrow is the Way and few there be that enter therein'; and few will accept what GOD has done, is doing, here, today, repeating that horrific mistake Israel made, in their past, with the Gentiles fulfilling Heb. 6:6.

GOD is bound, by HIS WORD, to reveal all mysteries.

Israel again became a nation, in 1948, and are now looking for their Messiah, thus time must be exceedingly short.

Who comes down, in Rev.10:1-7, with a covenant rainbow on HIS head?

Scripture explains that, once that takes place, 'time shall be no more, (no more delay)' Rev.10:6

Jesus, our prophet Son of God, comes down in Rev.19, with the saints, not for them, which implies there is much misunderstanding about the Second coming, and those who are seeking HIM need turn to HIM, not dogma and interpretation of man, to comprehend what is taking place, for HIS children, today.

    Praise our LORD GOD!

Might be a bit of a challenge, Richard, and may our LORD bless you as you research what is said thus.

May God bless, heal and protect you, Tanya, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ! Read the Psalms out loud each day - they are so uplifting and will help you to renew your mind in Christ Jesus! Cry out to Jesus Christ and speak to Him like you would your best friend - tell Him everything, no matter how big or small. Set aside time each day, in a special place where you can pray to Him. Be sure to pray before the start of each day, throughout the day - does not matter how small or big the need is, and finish by praying each night. Your prayers can be brief and to the point. Be sure to tell Jesus that you praise & worship Him, are grateful & thankful to Him. Tell Jesus you want to know Him & you are not sure where to begin - He will speak to you - sometimes in a knowing from your heart, but sometimes you will find answers come up out of the blue after you pray over something.

Remember to read your bible, every day! Even if it is just a paragraph, chapter or a few chapters. Praise Jesus Christ for healing you and for helping you to know Him! Sing worship songs or pray - in your car on the way to work or school.

Be sure to take everything one step at a time - be gentle on yourself. Jesus Christ loves you, just as you are! Jesus will never leave you nor forsake you - He is with you every step of the way. Keep your bible close to you and open it at all times, if possible - satan hates the word of God!

Take care! Have a blessed day!

    Hi John,

I guess I would say many of your questions are for God. The one who comes down in Revelation 10 is noted as "another mighty angel". Are you looking for a name?

So what meat would you like to converse about? Just trying to decipher Revelation or what's going on in the world now, etc?

As I shall happily wait for your reply. To me the most important thing is to be right with the Lord. Not knowing exactly what is going to happen and when. Obviously this world is getting pretty bad and I have my own perception of certain things that are coming. Though again the most important thing is to keep our faith and trust diligently in Jesus Christ and be ready for anything. Following the ways of Christ serving God with a pure heart.

    God Bless.

May God Almighty bless, heal and protect you in the name of Jesus Christ! You might want to go to you tube and listen to Derek Prince - specifically "Spritual Warfare". He has about a 2 hour teaching and then a spiritual warfare prayer, you are to say out loud, too (you might have to search for that "spiritual warfare prayer" on youtube). Also, please read your bible every day. Read at least one Psalm out loud, every day and read the psalms as you walk through each room of your house. Put a bible in each room of your house and open them! satan hates the word! The enemy must leave when you speak out loud the name of Jesus Christ! Go to youtube and sing praise hymns or songs - satan hates this, too. Praise Jesus Christ, God Almighty & the Holy Spirit out loud several times per day - satan hates this, too!

I pray you have a blessed day! If God is for you, who can be against you?

Proverbs 3:5-7, "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not on thine own understanding; in all thy ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct thy paths."

My brothers and sisters in the Lord,

As this has come up here before and I have been labeled a "heretic" by another. Tonight going through my Bible a verse came up that I would just like to post which would answer a question of "give me one verse where someone received the Holy Ghost and did not speak in other tongues or languages".

Acts 4:31 And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.

Not that I need this verse to prove to any other person I have received the Spirit of Christ. Just that I feel bad for others who may be shunned and denounced if they do not speak in "tongues". Told by others they have not received the Holy Ghost unless they do. Which is false. Speaking in another language or "tongue" is just one of many gifts from God.

    God Bless.
