In genesis chapter 11, why did God change the languages of the people and cause them to misunderstand each other?

    Hi Kenna.

You may find it surprising, that's probably not a bible question, in other words you may not be able to track that in the Bible. However I'm sure you can Google it.

satan's spiritual relationship with antichrist parallels that of God to Jesus.

-God's Spirit is counterfeited by satan spirit

-Jesus' Spirit is counterfeited by antichrist spirit

-Holy Ghost is counterfeited by the false prophet spirit

    1) Jesus's ministry was 42 months

To: ( Revelation 13:5) antichrist receives 42 months

    2) ( Revelation 1:8)

    To ( Revelation 17:8)

    3) ( Revelation 5:6)

    To: ( Revelation 13:3)

The three evil spirits that God had stricken us with, to prove us, are gone. ( Revelation 16:13) ( Revelation 19:20) ( Revelation 20:10). It is the dragon (satan) the boss that gets locked up for 1,000 years..

Below is conclusive "mirroring" evidence of the spirit world hierarchy:

( Daniel 8:24) And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.

"but not by his own power" as that power comes from the dragon, given from God.

( Revelation 13:2) And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

"the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority". satan gives power to antichrist, antichrist is the son of satan, but antichrist is not satan. antichrist is under the possession of satan.

( Titus 2:13) Many scriptures point to Jesus being God, but this hierarchy evidence can't be overlooked. Jesus told his adversaries all along who he was, but they didn't have the wherewithal to grasp it, Jesus continually said His power was not of His own, but of the Father. The theologians argue this paradox out to contention.

( John 5:19) ...The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do....

( John 12:49) For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me....

God loves sinners and he gives time for repentence but He detest sin itself so its better to REPENT. the Bible says even the Lord giveth rain both to the good and the wicked.. that is only by Grace and the mercy of GOD.. so if anyone would pray or believe in God for something then its the LORD drawing him.. for no man will say Jesus is Lord if not the Holy Spirit..

    Hi Bill,

Well I myself have only been saved(with the Lord) not even two full years yet. About the Angel of the LORD in the OT being Jesus Christ is not new to me. I just thought I'd post that as many have been trying to attack the deity of Christ recently.

Me stating what "came to light" was the verse in 1 Colossians 1:19. Which I just noticed the other night and just thought I'd post it.

Thank you for your kind reply Bill. God Bless.

You made my day. Peace and Blessings be upon you brother.
  • Adam - In Reply on Deuteronomy 18:18 - 4 years ago
Hi Juan, it is resolved that the Word is Jesus in this passage- one has to twist things significantly to get it to mean anything else, as already demonstrated. Open dialog is good, but we should pray for wisdom first before reading the Bible and ask God for understanding. We must seek Him. If someone attempts to undermine Jesus' divinity, that should always be a red flag. Such things don't come from God. We must keep our armor of God on and keep watch. The Bible predicts there will be deceivers, 1 John 2:22, Mark 13:22, 2 Thessalonians 2:3-12, Matthew 24:24. It sounds unbelievable, but some Christians I've heard even elevate themselves on the same level as Jesus Christ, which fits what these verses say will happen near the end times.

    God bless...

Is there any area of your life that is out of control?

A lack of self- control in any part of our lives does not fit who we are in Christ. His desire is that we live in full surrender to Him so that His Spirit can produce in us the fruit of self-control.

    The flesh versus the Spirit.

Self-control requires that we think before we act.

We must have a strong desire to obey God.

We must believe in our hearts that the Holy Spirit who lives within us will enable us.

When we are tempted to yield to sin, we should ask ourselves these questions-

    1. How will this affect me spiritually?

    2. How will this affect me financially?

    3. How will this affect my health?

How will it affect others how they will see me?

Never be deceived by the evilness of this world.

    Stay Strong!!!

Hello Chris, re: I Corinthians 15:5,

Please read Acts 1:13-26, in which you will see that Matthias was not chosen until well after Jesus' Resurrection AND His Ascension back into Heaven - somewhere about 40+ days after His Resurrection from the dead, best I think the contexts give us to try to figure this out, and "40 days" being indeed given in Acts 1:3 - Jesus appearing to the remaining 11 Disciples together, plus others as per Luke chapter 24, especially verses 9 & 33. "Eleven" are also spoken of in Matthew 28:16 and Mark 16:14, thus Matthias was not yet included with them.

I think these are all collectively referred to by God in I Corinthians 15:5 as "The Twelve" for simplicity of clear definition and identification of who all is being spoken of...the central nucleus of the "Twelve" Disciples of Jesus as seen over and over in the Gospel narratives; and the number Twelve fully corresponding to the 12 Tribes of Israel as per the last line of Revelation 21:12, with that clear relation given to the "twelve Apostles of The Lamb" in Revelation 21:14.

To say it another way and make a further point, I do not believe this I Corinthians 15:5 terminology of "The Twelve" constitutes anything of a discrepancy or contradiction of Scripture, when at that time discussed by Paul "eleven" would have been perhaps the more exacting number; the word "twelve" being just a simplification that clearly explains who is being spoken of, and that keeps the discussion going as everyone would understand what was being said and who was being referred to!

    John 3:16

For God so Loved the world-

That He gave His only begotten Son-

That whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting Love.

Love is trusting in our God--

Love is being faithful to your partner and familes-

Love is being kind and patient with the world around you-

Let us Love one another, for Love comes from God.

Everyone that Loves has been born of God, and knows God:

For He sent His one and only Son into the world that we might live through Him.

And in the end of our life and see His Father in Heaven, because of His sufferings on the cross for our sins in this world of evilness:

Brother Richard, may the SPIRIT IN US; CHRIST IN US, grace us with HIS wisdom and HIS understanding.

You are correct THE ANGEL (of the Spirit; or Lord) is Christ. This ONE TRUTH is what is so hard for the mind of the flesh to understand. THERE IS ONE SPIRIT; many bodies only one Spirit. THE SPIRIT; OR SEED. Jesus was the FIRST to sprout from this seed (SPIRIT) the first man. Now with a body; but everything else IN THE FULLNESS OF GOD (SPIRIT). His words were from the WORD; because there is ONLY ONE WORD; HIS WORKS WERE from the only one who can do the works. Christ was sent to destroy the works of the devil. The devil says that that it is up to man to do the works (a murderer and liar from the beginning; when Adam was given a mind and body of flesh, this wisdom of the world began. Eve disobeyed God because SHE DID NOT BELIEVE GOD). WE TOO ARE BORN OF THE SEED; when this worldly wisdom is destroyed and replaced with THIS ONE WISDOM. Every ones words will be from THE WORD and every ones WORKS will be from GOD. There will be many bodies IN THE FULLNESS OF GOD.

Ephesians 2:22 In whom also we are builded together for a habitation of God through the Spirit.

Christ has a body in which THE FULLNESS OF GOD DWELLS; we are THE BODY OF CHRIST.

Ephesians 4:13 Till we ALL come in to the unity of the faith (of Jesus Christ), and the KNOWLEDGE OF THE SON OF GOD, unto a perfect man, unto the measure and stature OF THE FULLNESS OF CHRIST (GOD).

    My morning meditation.

The remnant of the Circumcision that were turned from unbelief to Faith in Jesus Christ, as a witness to each other and even for the Gentiles that the power of God to cover sin in Jesus Christ death and resurrection was true. Together those of the Circumcision when they spoke in tongues now by Faith, groaned in understanding of how God led them from darkness to the light of the new Covenant. The Gentile's faith began after this understanding was known first to the Jews. This faith was grafted onto broken branches by those who would not. Our understanding as ones who were grafted into adoption by the Father is mercy and our answer is more clear in our voice that other Gentiles can understand. Thank you Jesus. Amen.
